For areas where plumbed potable water is not available, Encon’s 15-minute supply

self-contained and portableeyewash stations meet ANSI Z358.1

requirements. The personal wash stations provide a flushing fluid of an undetermined volume for less than

15 minutes. To fully meet first aid requirements, personal wash equipment should be used in conjunction with

15 minute supply stations.

Encon offers several models of self-contained eyewash stations:

■ 5 gallon pressurized personal wash station — Five minutes of initial irrigation, after which point the user

should continue irrigation for the duration of the wash period at a 15-minute supply station

■ 10 gallon pressurized model

■ 14 gallon gravity-fed model — Lowest profile lightweight unit on the market

■ 37 gallon pressurized model — Up to 30 minutes eyewash

Easy to transport, pressurized units offer convenient air fill stem, customized pressure gauge to simplify tank

pressure monitoring and corrosion-resistant components. The flex-coil hose doesn’t crimp and eliminates

trip hazard. Relief valve protects against overpressurization. While not freeze resistant, 12 VDC and 120 VAC

heated models maintain water temperature near 85°F to prevent cold water shock. Hydrosep® eyewash addi-

tive ensures end-user safety by eliminating harmful bacteria and organisms in water supply. Freeze-protected

gravity-fed models are designed and tested to -20°F temperatures where plumbed potable water is not available.

One bottle of Hydrosep® is shipped with each Self-Contained Eyewash Station.

ENCON HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALLWARRANTIES EXPRESSED ORIMPLIED OR STATUTORY INCLUD-ING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY ORMERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESSFOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTYRIGHTS EXCEPT AS HEREAFTERPROVIDED.

Encon warrants the equipment to be freeof defects in materials and workmanship ifproperly installed, cared for and operatedunder normal conditions with competentsupervision and in accordance withEncon’s installation, operation and mainte-nance instructions. With respect to theequipment, Encon’s only obligation andthe purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty is to repair or replace suchequipment:

1. As it proves defective and Encon is sonotified within one year after shipment.

2. As it shall appear to Encon’s satisfactionto have been defective in materials orworkmanship and;

3. Encon is provided an opportunity toinspect such material or workmanship, andat its option, allowed to repair or replacesuch material or workmanship.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrarycontained herein, Encon shall not be liablefor loss, damage or expense arising directlyor indirectly as a consequence of use of theequipment with other products, or fromany other cause including any consequen-tial, incidental, special or exemplary dam-ages, including lost profits, loss of businessor labor costs, except for Encon’s obliga-tion to repair or replace defective equip-ment or other products as expressly provid-ed in this warranty statement.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.314 OFTHE TEXAS BUSINESS AND COM-MERCE CODE, CUSTOMER’S PUR-CHASE AND ACCEPTANCE OFENCON PRODUCTS SHALL BEDEEMED TO BE ITS AGREEMENTTO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS ANDPROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITEDWARRANTY AS SET OUT HEREIN.

Under no circumstances will Encon everbe liable for indirect or consequential lossor damage. Encon assumes no liability forlabor and/or other expenses incurred byanyone without Encon’s expressed andwritten consent.

Equipment replacement parts purchasedfrom Encon are warranted for one (1) yearor until the expiration of the warranty peri-od for the equipment, whichever is less.No warranty is given in connection withequipment or other products which arealtered or rebuilt without Encon’sexpressed and written consent. The samewarranty limitations and the obligation ofEncon as set out herein above shall applyto replacement parts.

Under no circumstances shall Encon’s totalliability of all kinds arising out of this war-ranty (including but not limited to warran-ty claims) regardless of forum and regard-less of whether such action or claim isbased on tort, contract or otherwise exceedthe total purchase price of the products.
