Scott Feeney, currently CEO and a co- founder of Gaming Concepts Group Ltd (GCG), started his casino career in 1986 in Burswood Casino, Perth, Australia. His casino management career began with management positions on casino cruise ships out of Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan and went on to manage land-based casinos in Cambodia. Thereafter Scott set-up and managed gaming operations in various senior executive positions over five start up casinos in SE Asia within a six-year period. In 2004, Scott worked with Century Legend, a Hong Kong listed, company to set-up and manage a modern sophisticated casino and hotel operation in Subic Bay Philippines, which quickly became a prized asset. Scott then presided over several key casino development and management projects in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Nepal, as part of a Spectrum Gaming Group team, worked as a gaming development advisor for over two years for the owners of Bloomberry’s US$1 billion Solaire
Resort casino project in Manila Bay, Philippines, which opened very successfully in March 2013. Scott has worked on several consulting projects since including Resorts World Manila’s 2013 IPO and in 2015 completed the design, interior fit out, project management and construction of Naka Entertainment Palace, Laos. In 2015 Scott worked on a feasibility study and business plan for Tianjin Union Development Group’s Cambodia Coast Tourism Zone project, which is planned to be SE Asia’s largest integrated destination resort outside of Macau. Through 2015-2016 Scott oversaw the casino operations contract for GCG in Samoa wherein GCG operated the Whitesands Casino. In 2014 Scott was contracted by Silver Heritage (ASX : SVH) to oversee the casino design, set up and operations of Tiger Palace Resort & Casino, the 1st of 3 large-scale resorts set to open along the Nepal/India border. 2017 has seen the development and establishment of a small boutique casino on the Thailand / Laos border in Vientiane.

Executive Scott Feeney completed his 18 month consultancy agreement with Spectrum Gaming for the Bloomberry Resorts & Hotels Inc. project in 2013. The main scope of the work was advising the client throughout the entire period on all casino related matters for the set up of the US$650 million casino and hotel.
Gaming Concepts, with Brad Gordon & Associates and Intelligence Macau, conducted two studies for the client. Together with Horwath Ltd, and drawing analysis and data from their master planning and overall development guidelines, Gaming Concepts wrote the Feasibility Study and the Business Plan for the project.
The project is to include such attractions as multiple golf courses, 1000’s of villas targeting the Chinese
market, several hotels and multiple casinos. Planned are 500 + villas, 3 hotel, 4 golf courses, a ferry port feeding customers from Sihanoukville only 1 hour away, agricultural farm and 65 km’s of brand new highway leading into the resort.
This world-class project is slowly taking shape and over the next 10 years will be the largest resort development in SE Asia.

In partnership with IndoPacific Gaming International and Grey Investment Group, Gaming Concepts operated two magnificent casinos on the island of Upolu, Samoa. These exciting casinos located at the beautiful Sheraton Resorts, offered 36 gaming tables and over 200 electronic gaming machines. The casinos offered exciting entertainment options for business and tourist visitors.

This project brings together a land based design and international style of management into an online gaming environment. Working alongside our partners Club 3 Asia, the planning of the 1,700sqm space was completed in early 2014. The Client brief included modern design style futuristic design elements and furnishings.
