Before shifting to MW Invoice Workflow, Ergonomic Solutions Manufacturing spent a lot of precious time distributing invoices to the company’s divisions in order to get them approved.
By month end it was extremely time consuming to gather the invoices again from all the different appro-vers.
If an approver was away, the invoices could lie and wait on the desk for days. This resulted in a great deal of wasted time.
