My analyses, opinions, and conclusions were developed, and this report has been prepared, inconformity with the Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Classification and Regulation Act and theRules and Regulations of the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board.

FORECLOSURE ACTIVITYPer GA Law, the appraiser must report on the effect of foreclosures (if any) on the subject'smarket value and marketability. These factors were considered in the analysis of the subject'smarket and final opinion of market value. The effect of the foreclosures has already beenreflected in the comparables chosen by the appraiser and therefore the effect on the opinion ofvalue.
