The control panel controls: lights, water purifier, water-jet cleaning pump, Speed-Dry for drying and soap and wax automatic sprayer.The control panel ensures that washing phases are performed in the correct sequence, according to the selected programme.

CarWASH is the perfect washing cabin to be installed inside the car body shop and to be used both in winter and summer without running the risk to contaminate the other car repairing operations with humidity.Cabin is made of clear polycarbonate lined steel frames providing waterproofing to the washing area; one model features a side pneumatic door for vehicle handling on the CarMover, inside the external detailing bays.Cabin is equipped with 10 Powerlux IN3 lights (30 neon lamps) ensuring a perfect lighting. It features a rear opening for closed vehicle loading with scrolling transparent PVC curtains.

The cabin’s ceiling is equipped with 10 Power-lights, for a total of 30 neon lamps. The unique and innovative Powerlight lamp was designed and developed by Symach, and offers far superior light-ing performance with respect to traditional light fixtures in terms of quality, quantity and colour.It is an innovative reflector that projects and con-centrates the beam of light on the vertical part of the vehicle, thus tripling the lighting performance of a conventional light fixture.

The CarWASH is made of two types of painted steel frames, the first one has an external coating of clear polycarbon-ate/methacrylate panels, whereas the second one has an internal aluminium lining and an external CoverTop panel secured to frame with plastic clips: these linings can be opened and closed at any time, whenever necessary.The CoverTop panel is available in six different colours, which can even be mixed and matched.
