This project sketched movement in aikido on Tuesday 7th June 2011

Normally I would be doing aikido but instead I was sketching the movement. On reflection, as I sketch more, I found I could capture the movement in simple lines. More so when sharing these sketches with my friends doing aikido they could identify each other, when the lines were simpler. Also I began to see

how everyone aikido was different through drawing the movement.
