Optimism is great, but when you are attacked with radio frequencies, you must be very careful what you say and to whom you say it. If you feel urged to try to convince someone that unseen forces are the cause of your discomfort, people who have been indoctrinated to attack you may try to give you a free mental health exam as a tool for separating you from society with a label of "mentally ill." Things will not work out well. You are a pawn in a game that is quickly engulfing the world populations with misused technology.

Without the truth, the public has no way of knowing the suffering going on behind the walls of your home. This is why it is essential that people learn the truth about electronic weapons. You must not be quiet but be careful with your words. Connect with other people who understand and share your experiences.

Use of the electromagnetic spectrum as a weapon is heating up the earth, destroying life in the oceans and the food supply. M isused technology may not kill the whole human race, but it will set it back in a catastrophic way. It is like diving into a treacherous underwater cave without a guide line to lead you back out.

Ordinary life has many ways of creating fear, worry, guilt, regret, sadness, envy, greed, hate and negative feelings, but when your life is eclipsed with technology which allows other people sitting at a computer clicking torture selections to control your mind and body, it is a whole new war. It is an opportunity to become a better person. Choose autonomy to believe your thoughts, not theirs. Be aware that not all thoughts, moods and feelings you have may not be your own. When you don't have any food to eat, having a voice in your ear will not be a priority. The dams which previously provided water and power for the western states have been shut down. Hoover Dam is dry and so are 6 other large dams. The main environmental hazards being used against us right now are chemtrails for weather manipulation causing drought for destruction of the food supply, pollution of the Pacific Ocean and contamination of the Gulf of M exico which is killing the sea food supply. When the food supply has dwindled enough to cause wide- spread panic, it will be too late. While people are overwhelmed in their own self- interest, the world's food supply is also being engineered scientifically so that an induced famine will occur at a pre- determined time. This is not a possibility, it is a reality.

It will also be too late for TI's to get the main- stream media educated about electronic harassment and surveillance. Efforts need to be organized for TI's to unite, gather together and get the information to the public. Everyone is a target.

Armin Gross: Matters related to the secret services are usually not dis-closed. You want to bring them out in the open though. Who did you work for?

Carl Clark: I worked freelance from 1980 to 2003 for various secret services. I worked for the American Central Intell igence Agency (CIA) up to 1997. I then worked for the Israeli Secret Services, Mossad and for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), a US organisation against dis-crimination and defamation of Jews. I was also employed by MI 5, a subgroup of the Brit ish Secret Services.  I later moved to the Police Secret Services as well as to the secret services of an investigation laboratory.  I was deployed in European operations in Paris, Zurich, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Munich, Madrid, Lyon, Bilbao and Moscow.

Armin Gross: What were your main assignments?

Carl Clark: An important assignment was to inf iltrate certain groups to obtain inside information about them. I would join certain groups, make friends with some of the members and then proceed to ruin their l ives.

Armin Gross: What kind of groups were they?

Carl Clark: First and foremost criminal gangs and drug cartels. I pro-vided information about the National Front, Nazis or skinheads to Is-raeli Secret Services. What they were interested in were names, ad-dresses, meeting places, projects and objectives. I tracked individual targets for the CIA.

Armin Gross: Did you also use such weapons?

Carl Clark: No. I was responsible for surveillance. Colleagues from special departments did this. However, I was at t imes on site when these weapons were deployed.

Armin Gross: Can you describe in more detail how the deployment of weapons took place?

Carl Clark: It?s a bit l ike what takes place in a science f iction movie. People can be tracked anywhere by radar, satell ite, a base station and complimentary computer programs. For example, three radar devices would sometimes be positioned in the vicinity of the target. The radar emits electromagnetic waves, some of which pick up the target and the result is then evaluated. My friends who work in the special de-partment could then follow the target all day on their computers. This form of localising the target made it easy to deploy the weapons accu-rately. My colleagues could see exactly where to aim and also observe how the target reacted.

Armin Gross: What effect did the weapons have on the targets?

Carl Clark: They create heat, inner burns, pain, nausea, fear. Some-times traces are left on the skin, but mostly not. If the targets go to the doctor, they get told everything is OK. Take into account, this was the situation ten years ago. This technology has advanced consider-ably since then.

Armin Gross: What is the objective of such attacks?

Carl Clark: The aim is to intimidate certain people, for example people who make a lot of noise. I myself was under attack for three years af-ter opting out. I?m virtually sure that weapons were used against me in 2003/2004 which provoked strong aggression. I almost kil led some-body on two occasions, once a neighbour who was a pleasant elderly lady.

ATTEMPTS TO DRIVE PEOPLE TO INSANITY

Armin Gross: Do you think it?s possible to directly inf luence feelings by weaponising electromagnetic rays?

Carl Clark: Without doubt. We know that l iving organism is sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. Elementary life processes within cells function by biogenic electromagnetic oscillation. Frequencies from the exterior can damage or change these processes. There have al-ready been far-reaching attempts at inf luencing body, mind and soul through frequencies within the framework of military research. It?s possible to provoke fear, aggression, nervousness or forgetfulness in this way. In combination with other interventions, a target can be dri-ven insane. For example, radiofrequency can be manipulated so that the target hears his own name on the radio or his computer shows his name time and again. Voices are also specif ically transmitted to a tar-get commenting on his activit ies. For example, I heard a voice in the morning after getting up which said ?Get up and injure somebody?.

Armin Gross: People are actually being driven to psychic extremes then?

Carl Clark: Yes, the undoubted goal is to have select people end up in psychiatric institutions. If a target seeks help by going to the police or to the doctor, they don?t get taken seriously. Some doctors and hospi-tals actually work together with the Secret Services. Diagnostic direc-tives permit a patient who feels persecuted or hears voices to be clas-sif ied as schizophrenic.

Armin Gross: Hospitals cooperate with the Secret Services?

Carl Clark: Yes, certainly. Large companies too. That?s why one lives dangerously if one carries out investigations on large companies. The American State protects large companies like MacDonald?s, Coca-Cola and certain pharmaceutical enterprises. These companies also have FBI agents at their disposal for matters related to industrial espionage. The Freemasons who are widespread within the CIA also play a major role.

ENORMOUS SURVEILLANCE NET

Armin Gross: Do you know in which countries individuals are under surveillance and are being assaulted by energy weapons?

Carl Clark: The USA, Germany, China, North Korea, Russia, France and England, normally without the off icial knowledge of the particular government. But unoff icially, I believe that government personnel must be involved in some way or know something about the goings-on.

Armin Gross: Do you know how many people are under surveillance?

Carl Clark: There are about 5,000 in England under surveillance and about 15,000 overseeing the operation. Apart from the large Secret Service agencies, there are 300 or 400 minor Secret Service agencies which were formed by former policemen or former Secret Service agents. They have permission from the Home Off ice to spy, take pho-tographs and procure information. Their employees are well paid.

Armin Gross: Was it a problem for you to switch from one Secret Ser-vice agency to another?

Carl Clark: No. It was always a positive move from my new employer?s viewpoint as I could always provide information to him about my pre-vious Secret Service agency. The large Secret Service agencies mis-trust each other totally. I earned more money as a result.

OPTING OUT

Armin Gross: Why did you opt out?

Carl Clark: I saw that what I was doing was wrong. The last two targets that were allocated to me had done nothing. They were not polit ical, quite normal, nice people, not criminal or economically dangerous. The only reason I could come up with for them having been selected as targets was their DNA or their blood. There has recently been a lot of research done in this area. The DNA is associated with the f inest de-tails of our character. The Human Genomes Project between 1993 and 2004 analyzed all chemical base pairs which make up human DNA, also collecting the genetic data of people from isolated communities in danger of extinction (Human Genomes Diversity Project). The re-sults were then all compared and correlated. Our employers were al-ways very keen on DNA analyses of the people under surveillance. It was always one of our most important tasks in the init ial period of surveillance to organize DNA or blood analyses of these individu-als.make friends with some of the members and then proceed to ruin their l ives.

CISA, Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act

CISA is a surveillance and incarceration bill which has been attached to the omnibus, a budget bill that has to be passed to prevent a government shutdown. It is a proposed law to "improve cybersecurity in the United States through enhanced sharing of information and for other purposes". The law would allow the sharing of Internet traffic information between the U.S. government and technology and manufacturing companies. The bill was introduced in the U.S. Senate on July 10, 2014, and passed in the Senate October 27, 2015. Opponents question CISA's value, believing it will move

responsibility from private business to the government, thereby increasing vulnerability of personal private information, as well as dispersing personal private information across seven government agencies, including the NSA and local police.

The text of the bill was incorporated by amendment into a consolidated spending bill in the U.S. House on December 15, 2015.

WARNING: FFCHS IS GATHERING INFORM ATION ON TI'S

The recent request by M ax Williams (Board M ember for 7 yrs) for TI's to participate in yet another V2K study before his departure from FFCHS in January, 2016, is evidence of data mining of targets. TI's should realize that they are providing data to government agents through their general survey and FFCHS 800 info line and member data bases. Williams is a government employee. A document called "How to Spot a Spy" is a good description of people who take control of activists. They make sure that nothing is done and that people are divided so that no progress is made.

LATEST THREAT TO FREEDOMS

IMPLANT TECHNOLOGYDo stalkers point phones at you? Phones do not have to be pointed at you to talk to your implants or send the RFID and GPS data from the microchips in your body to a satellite. Within seconds, Directed Energy will be pointed at you to stimulate your implants. A brain implant provides a continuous connection through satellite to an Artificial Intelligence computer. To the right is an illustration of what a phone can do. It is the brains of an implant system called a Wireless M edical Body Area Network ("BAN"). It is intended that every citizen will have their medical information available to police, firemen, EVAC personnel and your local stalker! Please take note of this technology, it is the way the one world government plans to control the whole human race. It is already in operation for TI's. One way to neutralize a potential activist is to get them to be in a group that does all the wrong things. Why?

1) The message doesn?t get out2) A lot of time is wasted 3) The activist is frustrated and discouraged 4) Nothing good is accomplished. FBI and Police Informers and Infiltrators will infest any group and they have phony activist organizations established.
