Para Pemangku Kepentingan yang Terhormat,Suatu kebanggaan besar, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. telah lebih dari 6 dekade berperan sebagai motor pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Dengan slogan “Beyond Construction”, ADHI tidak hanya berupaya memberikan inovasi dan solusi terbaik bagi kemajuan Indonesia untuk memenuhi pembangunan berkelanjutan yang berkualitas, namun ADHI telah melampauinya dengan memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan ADHI bertujuan menciptakan sinergi positif antara lingkungan dan manusia dalam setiap tahapan operasionalnya.

Isu keberlanjutan sekarang ini telah menjadi tujuan moral yang telah diterima secara luas, tantangan global pun telah ADHI respon dengan berbagai program yang dicanangkan. ADHI mengambil peran dalam mengakselerasi praktik-praktik pembangunan berkelanjutan yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat, mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

Tanggung jawab terhadap para Pemangku Kepentingan untuk menerapkan transparansi sebagai perwujudan Good Corporate Governance, telah ADHI tuangkan dalam Laporan Keberlanjutan 2019. Laporan Keberlanjutan ini menguraikan capaian pembangunan keberlanjutan ADHI di sepanjang tahun 2019, di antaranya mengenai kontribusi membangun negeri melalui pembangunan infrastruktur yang berkualitas, keunggulan dalam bidang Mutu dan K3, serta inovasi dalam bidang teknologi untuk mengatasi tantangan global.

ADHI Memajukan NegeriADHI menerapkan kerangka Triple Bottom Line (TBL) secara seimbang dalam strategi bisnis, ketiga fokus tersebut, people, planet, profit dijalankan secara konsisten. ADHI percaya bahwa siklus sirkular antara lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi dapat membawa kemajuan substansial bukan hanya bagi Perseroan namun juga Indonesia dalam jangka panjang.

Fokus keberlanjutan diusung dalam proyek-proyek lini bisnis investasi. Misalnya Proyek Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) Air Baku. Proyek ini mengekstrasi air yang berasal dari sumber air permukaan, cekungan air tanah dan air hujan, dipindai dengan standar baku mutu tertentu dan dialirkan menjadi air baku untuk air minum. Contoh lainnya adalah pembangunan pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Beracun dan Berbahaya (LB3) di Kawasan Medan dan Majalaya Bandung serta Pembangunan Jaringan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) sebagai layanan sanitasi di Palembang. Semua limbah baik padat maupun cair dikelola untuk menjadi produk-produk yang bisa digunakan kembali.

Sustainability has become a widely accepted moral objective and a global challenge that we have responded to through our various programs. ADHI plays a role in accelerating sustainable development practices that directly impact communities, encourage local economic growth and improve the quality of life.

To realize transparency as an element of Good Corporate Governance, we disclose our responsibility initiatives to Stakeholders in this 2019 Sustainability Report. This Sustainability Report details ADHI’s sustainability development achievements throughout 2019. It includes our contributions in developing the nation by building high quality infrastructure, our excellence Quality and EHS, and our technological innovations in meeting global challenges.

ADHI Advances the NationADHI implements a balanced triple bottom line (TBL) framework in our business strategy with the three key focuses of people, planet and profitbeingpursuedconsistently.ADHIbelievethatthecircularcyclebetween environment, society and economy promises substantial progress both for the Company as well as Indonesia in the long run.

Sustainability is an underlying theme of our projects in the investment business. Take, for example, our Drinking Water Supply System Project (SPAM). The project involves the extraction of water sourced from surface water, groundwater basin and rainwater, its scanning using specific quality standards and its provision as raw drinking water.Other examples are the development of the management of Toxic and Hazardous Waste Materials (LB3) in the Medan and Majalaya Region of Bandung and the Construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant (IPAL) as a sanitation service in Palembang. All solid and liquid wastes are managed to become reusable products.

ADHI’s construction operations deliver positive impact on the advancement of Indonesia and the nation’s economic equity with the unlocking of access to infrastructure, especially in underdeveloped

tertinggal. Sekian banyak kegiatan operasional ADHI yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia telah banyak membuka peluang bisnis untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.

Dalam menyelesaikan proyek-proyek ini, dalam hubungannya dengan Pemangku Kepentingan dari pihak instansi pemerintah, ADHI menerapkan prinsip transparansi dalam kerangka Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik demi mewujudkan Perseroan yang sehat, efisiendan berkelanjutan.

Pendapatan ADHI tahun 2019 sedikit menurun 2% menjadi Rp15,3 triliun. Net income tercatat Rp665 miliar. Total nilai ekonomi yang didistribusikan untuk masyarakat meningkat 1% menjadi Rp14,188 miliar.

ADHI’s revenue in 2019 slightly decreased 2% to Rp15.3 trillion. Our net income was Rp665 billion. Total economic value distributed to communities increased 1% to Rp14.188 miliar.

57%ADHI mendorong kompetensi kontraktor lokal, dan pada tahun 2019 nilai kontrak yang didapatkan oleh kontraktor lokal melonjak 57% menjadi Rp 1,1 triliun.

ADHI passionately drives the improvement of local contractor’s competency. As a result, the contract value secured by local contractors jumped 57% to Rp1.1 trillion in 2019.

ADHI Tackles Global Challenges

In tackling global challenges, ADHI has implemented various initiatives that bring ADHI toward business value-oriented principles. Those initiatives have served to improve our people’s competencies, raise product quality, expand our Quality and EHS implementation and innovate our information technology deployment.

ADHI believes it is crucial that we improve product quality, focusing on developing innovations in technological products for construction. For example, in the LRT project, ADHI implemented the U-Shaped Girder structure and technology, and we built the Longest Span Curved Construction Structure. This achievement was even recognized with its entry into the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI).

In the current Industry 4.0 era, the entire world is pacing ahead with rapid technological advances. Keeping up with the dynamics of such era, ADHI has developed and deployed the BIM technology in the interest ofachievingefficiencyinprojectimplementation.ADHI’sBIMsystemisintegrated with our ERP (enterprise resource planning). As a system of information used by manufacturing and service industries, including construction, ERP integrates and automates business processes involved in an enterprise’s operations, production and distribution.

Furthermore, enhancing system efficiency and facilitating workprocesses are ADHI’s objectives in pursuing IT and Big Data products. In addition to evaluation and forecasting purposes, ADHI’s big data solutions also help provide resource inputs in developing our managerial dashboard.

ADHI is committed to improving our human resources and EHS quality and competencies. Our people are provided with training andareencouragedtopursuecertificationprograms.ADHIhavealsodeveloped a Learning Management System to facilitate knowledge acquisition within our organization.

ADHI Atasi Tantangan Global

Dalam menghadapi tantangan global, ADHI menetapkan berbagai inisiatif yang membawa ADHI selangkah lebih dekat pada pola business value-oriented. Inisiatif ini diantaranya dengan meningkatkan kompetensi SDM, menaikkan mutu dan kualitas produk, mengembangkan kelengkapan penerapan Mutu dan K3, dan berinovasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

ADHI memandang pentingnya peningkatan kualitas produk dengan mengedepankan pengembangan inovasi dalam bidang produk teknologi di dunia konstruksi. Contohnya dalam proyek LRT, ADHI menggunakan struktur dan teknologi U-Shaped Girder dan Struktur Konstruksi dengan Rentang Melengkung Terpanjang. Terobosan ini bahkan tercatat dalam rekor MURI.

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 sekarang ini, seluruh dunia telah menciptakan dan mengembangkan teknologi dengan pesat. ADHI yang memahami dinamika yang muncul di jaman teknologi mempersiapkan diri dengan mengembangkan Teknologi BIM yang bertujuanmenciptakan efisiensi padapengerjaanproyek. BIM yangdikembangkan ADHI terintegrasi dengan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP adalah sistem informasi yang diperuntukkan bagi industri manufaktur dan jasa, termasuk konstruksi, yang berperan mengintegrasikan dan mengotomatisasi proses bisnis yang berhubungan dengan aspek operasi, produksi maupun distribusi di perusahaan bersangkutan.

Lebih jauh, efisiensi sistemdanpercepatandanpemudahanproseskerja juga memotivasi ADHI untuk merancang produk-produk IT dan Big Data. Selain memanfaatkan Big Data untuk evaluasi dan forecasting, ADHI juga melakukan utilisasi Big Data sebagai input (resources) dalam pengembangan dashboard manajerial.

ADHI berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi SDM dan K3. Para Insan ADHI selain dibekali dengan pelatihan juga didoronguntukmengambilprogrampendidikanyangbersertifikasi.ADHI juga mengembangkan Learning Management System yang menjadi wadah untuk insan ADHI menambah pengetahuan.

Berbagai inisiatif keberlanjutan ADHI mendapat apresiasi positif, terutama dalam bidang Mutu dan K3, antara lain adalah Penghargaan pada acara ICSA A2K4 (Asosiasi Ahli Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja Konstruksi) dimana ADHI memboyong 6 penghargaan sekaligus serta Penghargaan dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (KPUPR) atas kategori Penyedia Jasa Konstruksi Terbaik dalam Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK).

ADHI Tingkatkan Kualitas Hidup Masyarakat dan LIngkungan

Sebagai tindakan nyata untuk mencapai Visi, ADHI selalu mengarahkan kegiatan pada operasi-operasi yang peduli terhadap lingkungan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. ADHI terus memperkuat kemitraan melalui dialog dengan para Pemangku Kepentingan di sekitar wilayah pembangunan, dengan harapan sasaran kegiatan-kegiatan sosial yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan permasalahan yang dilakukan.

Komitmen ADHI dalam tanggung jawab sosial tidak hanya berupa bantuanfilantropinamunmembantumewujudkanmasyarakatyangmandiri, salah satunya adalah program meningkatkan kemampuan usaha kecil dengan pinjaman modal serta hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan melalui Program Kemitraan ADHI seperti pelatihan untuk mengembangkan kapasitas Mitra Binaan maupun membantu mempromosikan produk dari Mitra Binaan. Kegiatan kemasyarakatan sepanjang tahun 2019 yang dilakukan meliputi pembangunan MCK dan sarana air bersih di Aceh dan Banten, bantuan pesantren, bantuan elektrifikasi, bantuan rehabilitasi sekolah, danbantuan penghijauan. ADHI pun mendukung program Pemerintah dengan turut serta menyediakan hunian yang layak bagi masyarakat ekonomi menengah ke bawah dengan membangun berbagai rumah susun.

Dalam kinerja lingkungan, ADHI menerapkan praktik-praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan lingkungan. Kami memastikan kegiatan operasional sesuai dengan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku, termasuk ISO 14001 untuk Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan. Secara berkala kami melakukan pengawasan atas dampak operasional terhadap lingkungan dan melakukan inovasi untuk memitigasi dampak tersebut.

A number of our sustainability initiatives have gained recognition. In Quality and EHS, we were awarded by the A2K4 (Association of Construction Safety Experts) in their ICSA event, during which we received 6 awards. We were also recognized by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing as the Best Construction Service Provider in the Implementation of Construction Safety Management.

ADHI Improves Life Quality for Communities and Environment

As a concrete actions to achieve the vision, ADHI strive to focus our operations in ways that improve the environment and the quality of life for communities. We strengthen partnerships by ensuring that communications take place with Stakeholders surrounding our operations so that our social initiatives are truly tailored to existing issues and demands.

ADHI’s commitments in social responsibility are not only about charity, but are also aimed to help communities become independent. An example is our program to improve small business capacities through capital loans and other entrepreneurial initiatives through the The ADHI’s Small Micro Enterprise Partnership Program includes training to develop the capacity of the Fostered Partners and to help promote the products of the Fostered Partners. Some of our community activities in 2019 include the building of toilets and clean water facilities in Aceh and Banten, aid for Islamic boarding schools, assistanceforelectrification,supportforschoolrehabilitation,aswellas greeningprojects. ADHI also supports the government’s effort toprovide proper housing for low income groups by building a number of housing projects.

ADHI has also implemented best practices in environmental management. ADHI ensure that our operations comply with prevailing regulations, in addition to ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System. ADHI regularly conduct evaluation on the environmental impacts of our operations and create innovations to mitigate those impacts.

Laporan Keberlanjutan PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI) menguraikan inisiatif-inisiatif keberlanjutan yang mencakup triple bottom line – ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan – terhadap para Pemangku Kepentingannya. The process of compiling the 2019 Sustainability Report started with an internal discussion involving the Corporate Secretary, QHSE, Legal, CSIT, and Human Resources department. During this discussion, participants spoke about the topic materials to be included in the report, referring to the Company’s performance during 2019

That ADHI’s business is conducted in a traditionally masculine field that attracts male personnel is evident from the percentage of female employees, which represent a small

portion of Company personnel. Over time, this percentage has continued to increase and led ADHI to realize that female employees play significant roles in complementing the characters of ADHI personnel to promote collaboration between employees that results in increased productivity. It also proves that ADHI is open-minded and against gender discrimination.

Mandietha Dinanty, who holds a Communications degree from the University of Indonesia, started her career in Adhi Persada Properti in 2015 as Marketing Communication staff. Given a natural talent for communication, Mandietha possesses a strong personality and strives to give her best where ever she works.

With an enthusiasm to learn new skills, Mandietha always participates in various training sessions provided by the Company. This training has helped her boost her knowledge and confidence, and in 2016, Mandietha was promoted to a higher position as a Corporate Secretary of ADHI Subsidiary. Then in 2020 she was promoted as well to be a Secretariat and Community Development (PKBL) Manager with a more complex scope of work.

The Company policies on compensation, benefits and facilitiesfor employees, provided in return for their contributions to the development of the Company, are adjusted to comply with the provisions of legislation, including the provincial minimum wage (UMP). Sistem Manajemen Unjuk KerjaPenilaian kinerja karyawan di ADHI diawali dengan penetapan Performance Planning di awal tahun yang dituangkan dalam bentuk KPI yang kemudian diturunkan hingga tingkatan KPI individu. Tahap selanjutnya adalah Performance Review yang dilakukan setiap triwulan berbarengan dengan review informal yang dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan. Di tahap ini, para pemimpin melakukan coaching dan counseling, mengevaluasi kinerja tim dan masing-masing individu dan langsung menyusun action plan pencapaian sisa target ke depannya. Pada awal tahun berikutnya dilakukan Performance Appraisal untuk menilai kinerja selama satu tahun, dengan sistem gabungan antara penilaian kinerja individu (aspek bisnis dan perilaku) dan potensi pengembangan karyawan.

Indikator Rasio Produktivitas 2019 mencapai 98%. Hal ini disebabkan pencapaian pendapatan yang tidak sesuai target, yang juga berpengaruh pada instrumen laporan non keuangan.

Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L)

ADHI memiliki kewajiban untuk menjamin kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan serta kondisi lingkungan di sekitar proyek, dan sebagai bentuk komitmennya ADHI menetapkan organisasi K3 berada di bawah pengawasan langsung Direktur QHSE dan Pengembangan. Sistem manajemen yang menjamin sasaran kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja serta perlindungan terhadap lingkungan tertuang di dalam Kebijakan dan Sasaran Mutu dan K3L yang ditandatangani langsung oleh Direktur Utama.

Hasil survey SMK3L tercatat dari 125 proyek & plant dengan 240 responden yang merupakan peningkatan dari tahun 2018. Nilai survey mengalami peningkatan setiap semesternya, di tahun 2018 sebesar 77,75% dan meningkat pada semester 1 2019 menjadi 78,75% dan meningkat lagi pada semester 2 2019 menjadi 80,29%. Hal ini tidak menjadikan tim K3L berpuas diri, tim terus menekankan implementasi budaya dan kepemimpinan K3L di seluruh jajaran organisasi Perseroan. [103-2; 103-3; 403-1; 403-8]

Performance Management SystemEmployee performance appraisal at ADHI begins with the determination of Performance Planning at the beginning of the year, as outlined in the form of KPIs which are then adjusted to the level of individual KPIs. The next stage is the Performance Review conducted quarterly in conjunction with informal reviews carried out as required. At this stage, the leaders conduct coaching and counseling, evaluate the performance of the team and each individual, and immediately develop an action plan to achieve any remaining targets. At the beginning of the following year, a Performance Appraisal is conducted to assess the performance for one year, using a combined system of individual performance appraisal (business and behavioral aspects) and employee development potential. The Productivity Ratio Indicator for 2019 was recorded at 98%. This was caused by the achievement of below target revenue, which also affectedthenon-financialreportinginstruments.

Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE)

ADHI has an obligation to ensure the occupational health and safety of its employees and environmental conditions around its projects, and as a proof of this commitment ADHI established an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Organization under the direct supervision of the Director of QHSE & Development. The management system that guarantees the fulfillment of occupational health andsafety targets and environmental protection is contained in the Quality and HSE Policy and Targets, which are signed directly by the President Director.

Customer satisfaction surveys related to the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3L) were carried out at 125 projects & plants and involved 240 respondents, an increase from 2018. The survey score has continued to increase everysemester, from77.75%in2018to78.75%inthefirstsemesterof 2019, and to 80.29% in the second semester of 2019. Untuk memastikan komitmen dan tanggung jawab ini dilaksanakan oleh seluruh Insan ADHI, top management melaksanakan kegiatan Management Walkthrough (MWT) ke proyek-proyek. Pada tahun 2019, sejumlah 45 kunjungan MWT dilakukan oleh Direksi bersama General Manager. Dalam kegiatan ini, top management berkesempatan berkomunikasi dengan Insan ADHI yang ada di proyek, mengetahui secara langsung pelaksanaan komitmen di atas, memberikan masukan, dukungan serta berbagi solusi atas permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan.

To ensure implementation of this commitment and responsibility by all ADHI personnel, top management carries out Management Walkthrough (MWT) activities at the project sites. In 2019, a total of 45 MWT visits were conducted by the Directors and General Manager. During this activity, top management gained the opportunity to communicate with ADHI personnel involved in the projects, learn firsthand of the implementation of the above commitments, and provide input, support and share solutions to any problems that occurred in the field.

Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian Risiko dan Pengendalian Bahaya[403-2]

ADHImenetapkanmetodologi identifikasi aspekK3Ldanpengujianrisiko dalam menentukan pengendalian risiko bahaya, sasaran dan programK3L.MetodologiidentifikasiaspekK3Ldanpengujianrisikobahaya dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan lingkup aktivitas, persyaratan peraturan pemerintah, standar dan persyaratan kontrak. ADHI melakukan Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) di setiap proyek dalam rangka melakukan pengendalian bahaya yang ada di area kerja proyek. HIRADC dilakukan untuk mengetahui semua potensi bahaya K3 yang berpotensi terjadi selama aktivitas kerja berlangsung di area kerja, serta merencanakan tindakan pengendalian untuk menghilangkan atau meminimalisir potensi bahaya yang ada. Secara berkala HIRADC ditinjau untuk memastikan bahwa tidak ada potensi risiko bahaya yangtidakteridentifikasidandikendalikan.Selainitu,setiapbulannyaproyek juga melaporkan data terkait statistik K3 ke Departemen QHSE seperti data insiden, severity rate, frequency rate, incident rate, kecelakaan yang nyaris terjadi, jam kerja, dan jumlah pekerja.

Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control[403-2]

ADHIhasspecifiedmethodsfortheidentificationofHealth,SafetyandEnvironment (HSE) topics and risk assessment in determining HSE hazard risk control, targets and programs. Methods for managing HSE topicssuchashazardidentificationandcontrol,andriskassessmentare implemented by taking into consideration the scope of activities, government regulatory requirements, standards and contract requirements. ADHI applies Hazard Identification Risk Assessmentand Determining Control (HIRADC) at every project as a hazard control measure within the working area of the project. HIRADC is carried out to identify all Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) hazard potential during work activities in the work area, and plan control measures to eliminate or minimize any potential hazards. HIRADC is periodically reviewed to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in identifying andcontrolling any potential risk or hazard. In addition, every month a report disclosing OHS statistics for the project, which include incident data, severity, frequency and incident rates, near misses, working hours and the number of workers, is submitted to the QHSE Department.

Pelatihan K3[403-5]

Pelatihan K3 diadakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terkait aspek K3, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran pihak yang terlibat dalam aktivitas ADHI. Pelatihan diselenggarakan tidak hanya di kantor pusat, namun juga di area unit kerja. Selain mengikuti pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh pihak eksternal, pada tahun 2019 ADHI mengadakan 10 jenis pelatihan yang dibagi menjadi beberapa gelombang, yaitu:

Tanggap DaruratDalam rangka menerapkan dan mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen K3L di lingkungan ADHI, Direktur Utama telah menetapkan kebijakan tentang tanggap darurat. Adapun isi dari kebijakan tersebut adalah memastikan seluruh area kerja dilengkapi dengan sarana dan prasarana pendukung, tersedianya prosedur tanggap darurat, terbentuknya tim tanggap darurat dan merencanakan serta melaksanakan program simulasi tanggap darurat. ADHI melaksanakan Simulasi Tanggap Darurat (Emergency Response Drill) minimal setiap satu tahun sekali dengan melibatkan semua karyawan baik di kantor pusat, kantor departemen maupun proyek. Simulasi Tanggap Darurat ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memastikan perlindungan yang maksimal bagi karyawan dan semua orang yang ada di lingkungan kerja ADHI serta penyelamatan aset berharga dan dokumen penting perusahaan ketika terjadi situasi/kondisi darurat.

OHS training is carried out to increase the competence of ADHI personnel related to OSH aspects, while increasing the awareness of other parties also involved in ADHI activities. Training is held not only at head office but also inwork unit areas. In addition to attendingtraining organized by external parties, in 2019 ADHI held 10 types of training which were carried out in several terms, namely:

Emergency ResponseIn order to implement and develop the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3L) within the scope of the ADHI environment, our President Director has established an emergency response policy. This policy aims to ensure that all work areas are equipped with supporting facilities and infrastructure, ensure the availability of emergency response procedures, create emergency response teams and plan and implement emergency response simulation programs. ADHI carries out an Emergency Response Drill at least once a year, involving all head office,departmentaloffices,andprojectemployees.ThisEmergencyResponse Drill is also intended to ensure maximum protection for employees and all those within the ADHI work environment, as well as emergency situation occurs.

Promosi, Sosialisasi dan Komunikasi K3L[403-2]

Berbagai program dan bentuk promosi, sosialisasi dan komunikasi K3L dilakukan antara lain:

a. Safety Induction – Pengenalan lingkungan kerja/tempat yang memiliki potensi bahaya tertentu dan bagaimana upaya mitigasinya. Safety induction harus dilakukan untuk setiap pekerja baru maupun pengunjung, agar kecelakaan akibat kurangnya informasi lingkungan kerja dapat dihindari.

b. Safety Morning Talk (SMT) dilakukan untuk mengingatkan secara periodik tentang aspek-aspek K3L. Melalui SMT, potensi bahaya yang berada di lingkungan pekerjaan diidentifikasiuntuk meningkatkan perilaku dan kondisi yang aman.

c. Tool Box Meeting (TBM) - Pertemuan di kelompok-kelompok kecil dalam suatu pekerjaan tertentu yang membicarakan apa saja pekerjaan yang dilakukan, sasaran mutu yang ingin dicapai serta potensi bahaya aspek K3L apa saja yang mungkin terjadi.

d. Rapat P2K3L (HSE Commitee Meeting) - Sarana komunikasi untuk memberikan saran dan pertimbangan kepada Perseroan terkait pelaksanaan program K3L di unit kerja serta membahas isu dan regulasi terbaru terkait K3L. Setiap tiga bulan sekali Organisasi P2K3L baik di kantor pusat maupun unit kerja berkewajiban membuat laporan P2K3L yang diserahkan ke Dinas Tenaga Kerja setempat.

e. Kampanye peningkatan mutu dan K3L berkelanjutan dilaksanakan di semua unit bisnis, entitas dan proyek.

f. Tagline “Safety is Our Spirit” dikampanyekan dan menjadi slogan untuk meningkatkan semangat dan kesadaran Insan ADHI terhadap K3L.

g. Penghargaan atas inovasi dan implementasi sistem manajamen mutu dan K3L secara individu atau kelompok (tim proyek).

Kesehatan Kerja[403-3; 403-6]

Perseroan mendorong pola hidup sehat dan seimbang melalui penyuluhan intensif mengenai pengelolaan kesehatan masing-masing insan ADHI, menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan serta kesehatan jasmani dan rohani.

Perseroan secara rutin menggelar sejumlah program untuk meningkatkan kesehatan karyawan, termasuk:

Medical check up dilakukan setahun sekali Evaluasi risiko kesehatan Pengukuran kelembaban, pencahayaan dan suhu ruangan. Pemeriksaan biometric Sesi-sesi senam pagi reguler Pemeriksaan bio-monitoring air minum. Poster-poster yang mendorong pola hidup sehat

Perseroan mendukung work life balance dengan menyediakan berbagai fasilitas olahraga di kantor pusat seperti lapangan badminton, tenis lapangan, futsal. HSE Promotion, Publicization and Communications[403-2]

ADHI carries out numerous programs to promote, publicize and communicate HSE, such as:

a. Safety Induction – Orientation to work environments/workplaces with certain hazard potentials and learning how to mitigate these risks. Safety induction must be conducted for every new employee and visitor, to avoid accidents due to lack of information about the work environment.

b. Safety Morning Talk (SMT) is carried out as a periodic reminder of HSE aspects. Through SMT, potential hazards in the work environment are identified to help improve safe behaviorand conditions.

c. Tool Box Meeting (TBM) – Small group meetings in certain work areas to discuss the kind of work to be done, quality targets for this work, and any hazard potential and HSE aspects involved in the work.

d. HSE Committee (P2K3L) Meeting – Communication forum for sharing advice and input with the Company concerning implementation of the HSE program at work units and discuss the most recent topics and regulations related to HSE. Every three months the HSE Committees at head office and in thework units are obliged to submit a HSE Committee report to the local Manpower Office.

e. Campaign for quality improvement and sustainable HSE in all business units, entities, and projects.

f. Campaign using the tagline “Safety is Our Spirit” to boost the spirit and awareness of ADHI personnel of HSE issues.

g. Awards for innovations and implementation of quality and HSE management systems on an individual and group (project team) basis.

Occupational Health[403-3; 403-6]

The Company encourages a healthy and balanced lifestyle through intensive counseling on health management for each member of ADHI personnel, to balance their work loads while and maintaining physical and spiritual health.

The Company regularly organizes a number of programs to improve employee health, including:

Medical check-ups conducted once a year Evaluation of any health risks Monitoring of humidity, lighting and room temperature. Biometric examinations Regular morning gymnastics sessions Bio-monitoring of drinking water. Posters to encourage a healthy lifestyle

The Company supports work life balance by providing various sports facilities such as badminton, tennis and futsal courts at head office. A variety of active employee communities areorganized in accordance with the interests of ADHI personnel, including sports communities for bicycle, badminton, tennis, futsal, basketball, photography and video, etc, enthusiasts. These various community activities also hold contests at ADHI Sport to enliven ADHI anniversary celebrations held on March 11. The Company believes that healthy employees will achieve good performances and high productivity, produce flows of fresh ideas and create apleasant working atmosphere alongside fellow employees.

Fokus Perseroan untuk Kesehatan Kerja di tahun 2019 adalah salah satunya mengenai Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan penyakit HIV/AIDS. Tujuan dari program Pencegahan dan Pengendalian HIV/AIDS adalah untuk melindungi pekerja dan menjamin kelangsungan usaha dari permasalahan HIV dan AIDS di tempat kerja. Selama 2019 ADHI sudah melaksanakan sosialisasi kebijakan serta edukasi terkait HIV/AIDS, baik di kantor pusat maupun proyek. Pada tanggal 4 Desember 2019, kantor Pusat ADHI Karya mengadakan peringatan hari HIV/AIDS sedunia sebagai bentuk kesadaran terhadap bahaya HIV/AIDS. Antusias tinggi ditunjukkan oleh seluruh peserta yang hadir dengan turut serta mengikuti pengecekan HIV/AIDS dengan sukarela. Dengan berbagai kegiatan terkait edukasi HIV/AIDS yang diadakan ADHI, diharapkan Insan ADHI memahami dan selalu berhati-hati dengan berbagai kegiatan yang dapat menimbulkan risiko HIV/AIDS.

The Company focus for Occupational Health in 2019 includes attention to the Prevention and Management of HIV/AIDS. The aim of the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control program is to protect workers and secure business continuity from HIV and AIDS issues in the workplace. During 2019, ADHI carried out policy promotion and education related to HIV/AIDS at head office and its projects. On 4 December, 2019, the ADHI Karya Central Office commemorated World HIV/AIDS Day to increase awareness of the dangers of HIV/AIDS. The huge amount of enthusiasm displayed by all who attended was also expressed by participation in voluntary HIV/AIDS testing. It is hoped that the various activities related to HIV/AIDS education conducted by ADHI will help ADHI personnel understand and maintain vigilance during any activities that can cause the transmission of HIV/AIDS.

Membangun hubungan yang saling menguntungkan antara Perseroan dan masyarakat sekitar juga menjadi salah satu perhatian ADHI. Tim PKBL selalu memastikan keterlibatan masyarakat sehingga tercipta pengertian antara kedua belah pihak dan menghasilkan program CSR yang efektif dan tepat sasaran. Informasi mengenai kegiatan program kemasyarakatan disebarkan melalui press release, majalah ADHI dan website, ADHI juga aktif di media sosial (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) dan berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat. Untuk merealisasikan program CSR, ADHI menggelar pertemuan tatap muka untuk pemetaan sosial, survey dan diskusi atas kebutuhan masyarakat. Saat program dilaksanakan, dilakukan pantauan langsung ke lapangan oleh tim PKBL dan perkembangannya dikomunikasikan melalui saluran media tersebut di atas. Setelah program selesai dilaksanakan, tim pun melakukan evaluasi atas dampak dari pelaksanaan program tersebut.

Building mutually beneficial relationships between the Company and surrounding communities is another of ADHI’s concerns. The PKBL team always ensures community involvement to generate understanding between the parties and produce effective and targeted CSR programs. Information of community program activities is spread through press releases and ADHI magazines and websites, while ADHI is also active on social media (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) and interacts directly with the community. To realize a CSR program, ADHI holds face-to-face meetings for social mapping, conducting surveys and holding discussions concerning community needs. When a program is implemented, monitoring is carried out directly to the field by the PKBL team and developments are communicated through the above-mentioned media channels. After a program is complete, the team will evaluate the impact of the program.

Bidang Ekonomi

Dalam usaha untuk mendukung percepatan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat dengan misi membantu pelaku usaha kecil, Perseroan mengelola Program Kemitraan yang berisikan Mitra Binaan, membantu pelaku usaha kecil untuk mendapatkan pinjaman yang disalurkan dalam bentuk:

1. pinjaman untuk membiayai modal kerja dan/atau pembelian aset tetap dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi dan penjualan;

2. pinjaman tambahan untuk membiayai kebutuhan yang bersifat jangka pendek untuk memenuhi pesanan dari rekanan usaha Mitra Binaan.

Jumlah maksimal pinjaman untuk setiap Mitra Binaan dari Program Kemitraan Rp200,000,000 (dua ratus juta rupiah), kecuali pinjaman untuk membiayai kebutuhan yang bersifat jangka pendek untuk memenuhi pesanan dari rekanan usaha Mitra Binaan dimana jumlahnya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan.

Di samping memberikan pinjaman kepada Mitra Binaan, ADHI juga berkewajiban melakukan pembinaan secara terintegrasi baik untuk membiayai pendidikan, pelatihan pemagangan, pemasaran, promosi, hal-hal lain yang menyangkut peningkatan produktivitas Mitra Binaan, maupun untuk pengkajian/penelitian yang berkaitan dengan Program Kemitraan. Dana pembinaan tersebut bersifat hibah dan besarnya maksimal 20% (dua puluh persen) dari dana Program Kemitraan yang disalurkan pada tahun berjalan.

Sepanjang 2019, Perseroan telah merealisasikan penyaluran dana Program Kemitraan sebesar Rp2,986,080,000 yang disalurkan kepada 46 Mitra Binaan dengan berbagai sektor usaha, yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Penyaluran tersebut juga termasuk pelaksanakan pembinaan dan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada 41 Mitra Binaan ADHI periode 2019 yang terpilih dengan total serapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 82 orang.

Aspartofeffortstosupporttheaccelerationofcommunityeconomicindependence and the mission to help small businesses, the Company manages a Partnership Program for mentored partners to facilitate small businesses obtain loans disbursed in the form of:

1. loans for finance working capital and/or to purchase fixed

assets to increase production and sales;

2. additionalloanstofinanceshort-termrequirementsandfulfillorders from the business partners of Mentored Partners.

Maximum amount of loan made to each mentored Partner of the Partnership Program is Rp200.000.000 (two hundred million rupiah), exceptforloanstofinanceshort-termrequirementsandfulfillordersfrom the business partners of the Mentored Partners, as these amounts can be adjusted to suit the requirements.

In addition to providing loans to Mentored Partners, ADHI also conducts integrated apprenticeship training, mentoring through the provisionofaneducation infinance,marketingandpromotionandother matters relating to increasing Mentored Partner productivity, as well as studies and research related to the Partnership Program. The development funds are provided in grant form to a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of Partnership Program funds distributed during the current year.

Throughout 2019, the Company disbursed Partnership Program funds amounting to Rp2.986.080.000 to 46 Mentored Partners in various business sectors spread throughout Indonesia. The distribution also includes the mentoring and training provided to the selected 41 ADHI Mentored Partners a total workforce absorption of 82 people throughout 2019.

Program kemitraan ADHI di bidang peternakan ini berawal pada tahun 2009, Perseroan bersama masyarakat setempat mendirikan Kelompok Peternak Sapi Mekar Mandiri yang terdiri dari 21 Peternak sapi. Dengan dukungan modal sebesar Rp1,050,000,000 dari Perseroan, para Peternak sapi mengembangkan usahanya dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2019 ADHI berkolaborasi bersama PT PNM Cabang Cimahi memberikan pengetahuan tambahan mengenai kesehatan sapi perah, pengolahan susu menjadi yogurt, serta pengolahan pakan alternatif berupa silase. Usaha peternakan dan pengolahan susu ini berhasil

memberdayakan masyarakat setempat, produk susu dan yogurt dipasarkan ke beberapa koperasi daerah sekitar dengan omset rata-rata per bulan sebesar Rp65 juta. Para Peternak pun mendapatkan pengetahuan untuk mengatasi masalah ketersediaan pakan di musim kemarau dengan membuat pakan yang diawetkan.

The ADHI partnership program for animal husbandry began in 2009, when the Company and local community established the Independent Mekar Cow Farmers Group consisting of 21 cattle ranchers. With capital support of Rp1.050.000.000 from the Company, these cattle farmers have continued to develop their businesses. In 2019, ADHI collaborated with PT PNM Cimahi Branch to provide additional knowledge concerning the health of dairy cows, processing milk to make yogurt and processing alternative feed from silage. This dairy farm and processing business has successfully empowered the local community, with dairy products and yogurt being marketed to several regional cooperatives to achieve an average monthly turnover of Rp65 million. These breeders also gain sufficient knowledge to overcome the problem of food availability in the dry season by making and preserving their own feed.

Peta Sebaran Program Kemitraan ADHIBerdasarkandiskusidanpemetaansosial,Perseroanmengidentifikasibahwa mayoritas mata pencarian warga setempat adalah sebagai petani, peternak maupun pengrajin. Ibu Ayu, Mitra Binaan ADHI dari Kelompok Petani Kopi Dharma Giri “Pembekalan yang kami dapatkan sangat bermanfaat untuk pengembangan usaha kami, kami diajari bukan hanya teori namun juga praktik teknik penyangraian biji kopi paska panen yang sesuai standar pasar. Saat ini kedai kopi menjamur dimana-mana, sebagian besar orang menjadikan kopi sebagai gaya hidup. Kami ingin mengisi pasar tersebut dengan menghasilkan kopi yang berkualitas bagus.”

ADHI bersinergi bersama PT PNM Cabang Denpasar menggelar pembinaan terhadap 10 orang dari Mitra Binaan Kelompok Petani Kopi Dharma Giri di Kintamani. Kopi yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok petani ini diberi merek dagang “Kopi Dadong” yang dipasarkan ke beberapa daerah; Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, Lampung, Surabaya bahkan sudah diekspor ke Dubai sebanyak 1 ton per bulan.

Selain kopi, Petani jeruk lemon di desa Cibodas, Kab. Bandung Barat pun disasar oleh ADHI dan PNM. ADHI memberikan bantuan pinjaman modal usaha kepada 10 Petani jeruk lemon sebagai Mitra Binaan sejumlah Rp600,000,000, untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunan di atas lahan seluas 6000m. Saat ini produksi Jeruk Lemon perbulannya mencapai 42,000-50,000 kg di mana keuntungan gross per bulan bisa mencapai rata-rata Rp165-170 juta dari hasil pasokan jeruk lemon ke berbagai supermarket, restoran, hotel dan industri olahan jeruk lemon. Sebagai kelanjutan dari program ini, ke depannya Mitra Binaan akan diberikan pelatihan agar dapat mengembangkan bisnisnya.

ADHI mentored partner from the Dharma Giri Coffee Farmers Group, Ibu Ayu, said, “The supplies we received were very useful for the development of our business; we were taught not only theory but also how to roast harvested coffee beans to meet market standards. Nowadays, coffee shops are popping up everywhere, and many have adopted coffee as part of their lifestyle. We want to fill the market by producing good quality coffee.”

ADHI and PT PNM Denpasar Branch cooperated to conduct coaching for 10 representatives of the Dharma Giri Coffee Farmers group Mentored Partners in Kintamani. Coffee produced by this group of farmers bears the trademark “Kopi Dadong” and is marketed in several regions including Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, Lampung and Surabaya, while up to one ton per month has even been exported to Dubai.

In addition to these coffee farmers, lemon farmers from the village of Cibodas in West Bandung were provided assistance by ADHI and PNM. ADHI provided Rp600.000.000, in business capital loans aid to 10 Mentored Partner lemon farmers for plantation business activities conducted over an area of 6.000 meters. The present, lemon production per month is 42.000-50.000kg while gross profit per month is an average of Rp165-170 million from the supply of lemons to various supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and the lemon processing industry. As a continuation of this program, these fostered partners will receive training to develop their businesses.

Komitmen ADHI dalam tanggung jawab sosial tidak hanya dilakukan oleh Perseroan sebagai salah satu kewajibannya, namun juga dipraktikkan oleh Insan ADHI. Hal ini terwujud dalam beberapa kegiatan sosial yang diikuti oleh karyawan-karyawannya secara sukarela.

ADHI’s commitment in social responsibility does not only serve as one of the Company’s mandates, its practices have become embedded in the employee’s day-to-day behavior. This is reflected in their voluntary participation in some social activities.

Bidang Sosial dan BudayaPerseroan secara rutin melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial seperti donor darah, khitanan massal, perayaan dan pembangunan fasilitas keagamaan, santunan anak yatim yang dilakukan di kantor pusat maupun anak-anak perusahaannya. Di luar kegiatan rutin, Perseroan juga selalu tanggap terhadap bencana alam yang terjadi dan hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat untuk meringankan beban masyarakat yang terkena dampak bencana.

September 2018 lalu gempa dan tsunami mengguncang kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah, bencana tersebut bukan hanya merusak fasilitas, sarana dan prasarana, tetapi juga merenggut banyak korban jiwa dan meninggalkan trauma yang mendalam bagi para korban. ADHI bersama BUMN lain terjun langsung memberikan bantuan logistik, bantuan alat berat, membangun hunian sementara serta selanjutnya bersinergi secara optimal untuk merehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi paska bencana.

Hampir satu tahun berlalu. Namun, Insan ADHI Peduli tetap terus memberikan support untuk saudara sebangsa yang ada di Palu dan sekitarnya untuk bangkit.

Petobo, 6 September 2019 Insan ADHI Peduli kembali memberikan bantuan, melalui tim PKBL, bantuan disalurkan kepada masyarakat langsung. Bantuan yang diberikan adalah:

1. 2 Unit Kapal Nelayan untuk Nelayan Kelurahan Lere2. Santunan Anak Yatim korban likuifaksi Petobo

3. 1050 bibit tanaman untuk penghijauan lokasi likuifaksi di Petobo

4. Santunan Pensiunan ADHI di Palu

Dana yang terkumpul dari insan ADHI mencapai Rp531,478,398,- ditambah dana Bina Lingkungan ADHI Rp25 juta, sehingga setengah miliar rupiah disalurkan untuk membantu pemulihan masyarakat Palu untuk kembali bangkit dan mandiri.

Social and Cultural AffairsThe Company head office and its subsidiaries routinely carriesout social activities such as blood donations, mass circumcisions, celebrations, the construction of religious facilities and provides financialaidtoorphans.Beyonditsroutineactivities,theCompanyisalso always responsive to any natural disasters that occur and makes its presence known in the midst of the community to ease the burdens onthoseaffectedbydisasters.

The September 2018 earthquake and tsunami that shook the city of Palu in Central Sulawesi not only damaged facilities, property and infrastructure, but also claimedmany lives and left the victimsin a deep state of trauma. ADHI, alongside with other SOEs, was directly involved in providing logistical assistance, heavy equipment assistance, building temporary shelters and synergizing optimally to rehabilitate and reconstruct post-disaster.

Although nearly a year has passed, ADHI Cares Personnel continue to provide support to aid reconstruction to their fellow countrymen in Palu and the surrounding areas.

At Petobo on 6 September, 2019, ADHI Cares Personnel again provided assistance through its PKBL team, when assistance was channeled directly to the community. The Assistance provided consisted of:

liquefaction disaster3. 1050 plant seedlings for greening the soil liquefaction

Bidang KesehatanSetiap tiga bulan sekali Perseroan mengadakan kegiatan donor darah yang dilakukan di kantor pusat dan kantor anak perusahaan. Dan sebagai salah satu kegiatan rutin di HUT ADHI setiap tahunnya diadakan khitanan masal bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Berbagai program kesehatan lainnya, seperti sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kesehatan masyarakat rutin digelar oleh Unit Kerja QHSE di bawah biro HSE.

Untuk mendukung sasaran SDG melalui penyediaan pendidikan berkualitas, setiap tahun ADHI memberi prioritas pada peningkatan infrastruktur dan fasilitas pendidikan bagi para siswa di seluruh negeri. Pada tahun 2019, di bawah program Bina Lingkungan kategori Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Perseroan menggelontorkan dana senilai Rp932,875,000 untuk perbaikan/pembangunan fasilitas pendidikan.

Dalam rangkaian program BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri, pada tahun 2019 ADHI bersama PLN dan PT PN I menjadi koordinator untuk melaksanakan pertukaran pelajar melalui program Siswa Mengenal Nusantara yang telah menginjak tahun kelima ini. Sebanyak 23 siswa SMA/SMK dari provinsi Banten di mana 3 di antara penyandang disabilitas diberangkatkan ke provinsi Aceh selama 8 hari untuk mengenal keanekaragaman budaya maupun kekayaan alam Provinsi Aceh dengan berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat sekitar.

In 2019, under the Education and Training part of the Community Development Program, the Company disbursed funds of Rp932.875.000 for the improvement and construction of educational facilities.

In 2009, within the framework of the BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri (Here for the State) program, ADHI worked with PLN and PT PNI as the coordinator for student exchanges through the Students Learn Know theArchipelagoprogramwhich is in itsfifthyear.A totalof 23highschool and vocational high school students from Banten province, including 3 with disabilities, were sent to Aceh province for 8 days to become familiar with the cultural diversity and natural riches of Aceh Province by interacting directly with the surrounding community.

Sebagai salah satu perusahaan BUMN terkemuka, Perseroan berupaya memastikan operasional yang ramah lingkungan untuk mencegah dampak negatif pada kualitas dan keberlanjutan ekosistem lingkungan sekitar. Komitmen ADHI di bidang pelestarian lingkungan bukan hanya semata bertujuan untuk mentaati peraturan-peraturan lingkungan yang berlaku, melainkan juga meliputi upaya-upaya mengadopsi praktik-praktik manajemen lingkungan terbaik. Program-program pelestarian lingkungan Perseroan disusun tidak saja berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007 tentang program PKBL BUMN, melainkan juga mengacu pada standar-standar internasional seperti ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 dan ISO 14001:2015, di mana sertifikasi tersebut adalah kerangka kerjabagi perusahaan dan seperangkat prinsip-prinsip dasar dengan pendekatan manajemen yang berfungsi untuk memastikan bahwa proses yang digunakan dan produk yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi komitmen terhadap lingkungan, terutama dalam upaya pemenuhan terhadap peraturan di bidang lingkungan, pencegahan pencemaran dan komitmen terhadap perbaikan berkelanjutan. ADHI berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan program pelestarian dan pengendalian lingkungan hidup di seluruh lingkungan kerja ADHI, baik di lingkungan kantor maupun proyek.

Program Diet Plastik diserukan kepada karyawan agar bijak menggunakan plastik sekali pakai untuk meminimalisir sampah plastik di lingkungan kantor maupun lingkungan proyek ADHI. Himbauan untuk membawa botol minum pribadi dan kantong belanja terus digalakkan secara terus menerus, sehingga diharapkan menjadi gaya hidup insan ADHI yang kemudian menularkannya kepada lingkungan terdekat seperti keluarga dan teman.

Era digitalisasi di lingkungan kerja Perseroan diterapkan sebagai upaya mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan, namun secara eksplisit terselip pesan khusus bagi karyawan. Yaitu bagaimana menghemat kertas, mengingat bahan dasar kertas adalah dari pohon. Selain itu, aksi ADHI lainnya di lingkungan proyek terkait pelestarian lingkungan hidup adalah dengan melakukan penanaman bibit pohon. Pada tahun 2019 sendiri, ADHI melakukan penanaman sejumlah 2310 pohon lokal. Di samping menjadikan area kerja lebih asri, pohon-pohon tersebut berperan sebagai pembersih udara, menyerap zat-zat polutan dan menggantikannya dengan oksigen.

Through our Plastic Diet program, we encourage employees to be smart about using single-use plastic bags in order to reduce plastic wasteinourofficesandprojectsites.WealsourgeADHIemployeestoalways bring their own drink bottle and shopping bag so that they will adopt these ecologically sound habits and pass them on to the people around them.

The Company has embraced digitization in our operations to increase efficiency in our work. But it also conveys an explicit message foremployees to reduce the use of paper in order to save trees. Our environmental preservation projects also comprise tree planting drives. In 2019, ADHI planted as many as 2310 local trees. Besides improving the aesthetics of our workplace, the trees help clean the air, sequester pollutants and provide oxygen.

Beyond planting trees, our commitment to helping minimize pollution is also demonstrated in the establishment of our employee cycling club ADHIGOS. ADHIGOS is encouraging employees to hop on their bicycles

Setiap tahunnya, Perseroan ambil bagian dalam program SRI KEHATI yang diselenggarakan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Yayasan Kehati guna mendorong kepatuhan terhadap prinsip keberlanjutan, keuangan, dan tata kelola yang baik, serta kepedulian terhadap lingkungan hidup. [307-1]

Program Green Office yang diterapkan oleh Perseroan, dimana penghematan energi listrik dilakukan melalui sumber pembangkit listrik tambahan dari energi sinar matahari, memanfaatkan panel surya yang dipasang di atap gedung kantor pusat pada tahun lalu. Konsumsi listrik di kantor pusat tahun 2019 sebesar 439.886 kWh dimana penggunaan pada semester 1 sebesar 177.548 KWh dan semester 2 sebesar 262.338 KWh, dibanding penggunaan listrik pada tahun 2018 yaitu semester 1 sebesar 153.123 KWh dan semester 2 sebesar 151.555 KWh. The Company has expanded its business with the development of properties that offer transit-oriented development projects, which are intended, among other things, to reduce private vehicle use and increase public transport utilization. In October 2019, ADHI and subsidiaries PT Adhi Commuter Property (ACP) and LRT City organized a biking event called Ride and Charity. The collaborative event was intended to introduce cyclists to the bicycle lane built by the Jakarta Provincial Government and encourage charity.

The Company’s Green Office programinvolves the use of solar panels, which were installed on the roof of our head office last year, to supply part of ourelectricity demand. Our head office’selectricity consumption during 2019 was 439,886 kWh, comprising semester 1 consumption of 177,548 KWh and semester 2 consumption of 262,338 KWh. These compare to our 2018 consumption of 153,123 KWh during semester 1 and 151,555 KWh during semester 2. The increase was due to a number of repairs and addition of facilities in the office, including a bathingchamberrepair, thebuildingofafishpondin the lobby and ALC, the cojasco café

bike, and the construction of a waiting room for drivers. We are not currently able to report electricity use in our projects as they are spread out and we do not yet collect a consolidated figure for their electricity use.

The Company uses water for our operations in the office tofurnish employees’ domestic use as well as in projects. The water we use for domestic operations is mainly sourced from surface water and rainwater. The Company started recording our water use in 2019 and as such we do not have figures for the prioryears. Water consumption in 2019 was 6,786 cubim meters.

Limbah dan EmisiDalam praktik pengelolaan limbah, Perseroan menerapkan prosedur pengelolaan sesuai karakteristik limbah. Limbah dikategorikan sebagai limbah organik, limbah non organik, limbah B3 cair dan padat. Masing-masing jenis limbah dipisahkan dalam kontainer berkode warna. Penanganan limbah B3 dilakukan oleh mitra pihak ketigayangbersertifikasi,dansetiaptahunnyadiauditberdasarkanstandar yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah.

Saat ini Perseroan sedang mengembangkan lini usaha pengolahan limbah, sehingga diharapkan selain membidik beberapa Perusahaan Pengelola Kawasan untuk dikelola limbahnya, limbah yang dihasilkan oleh Perseroan pun akan ditangani oleh anak perusahaannya di masa mendatang.

Perseroan juga secara rutin memantau emisi (debu, SOx dan NOx) dari penggunaan genset serta kendaraan operasional.

Waste and EmissionThe Company implements waste management procedures that are aligned with the characteristics of the waste. Our waste is categorized as organic, non-organic, liquid and solid toxic and hazardous waste. Each type of waste is separated into color-coded containers. Our toxic and hazardous waste handling is carried out by a certified third party partner, and is audited annuallybased on the government’s standards.

The Company is currently developing a waste processing business, which we intend to serve Area Management Company. Once it is running, we expect our waste to be handled by this subsidiary as well eventually.

The Company regularly monitors the emission (dust, SOx and NOx) resulting from our electricity generators and operational vehicles.

Diversifikasi usaha yang dilakukan Perseroan pada beberapa tahunterakhir menegaskan arah Perseroan menuju “Beyond Construction” dengan melebarkan sayap ke bidang usaha lain yang masih terkait dengan bisnis inti Perseroan. ADHI juga menekankan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan oleh Perseroan bukan hanya dalam bentuk fisikbangunan hasil konstruksi, namun juga menciptakan value kepada para Pemangku Kepentingan, di antaranya melalui teknologi yang digunakan dalam konstruksi untuk meningkatkan mutu bagi pelanggan, berbagi pengetahuan bersama pihak ketiga yang terlibat dalam proyek, mendorong pihak ketiga untuk meningkatkan standar K3, dan mengembangkan potensi dan pengetahuan insan ADHI. ProyekADHI telah mengarah pada kegiatan operasi yang peduli terhadap lingkungan dan kesejahteraan manusia yang di antaranya adalah proyek Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) Air Baku. SPAM Air Baku sendiri adalah air yang dapat berasal dari sumber air permukaan, cekungan air tanah dan/atau air hujan yang memenuhi baku mutu tertentu sebagai air baku untuk air minum. ProjectsADHI initiated activities to express company concern for the environment and well-being of humanity include the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) project. SPAM water may come from surface water, groundwater basin and/or rainwater sources that meet the quality standards as suitable for drinking. ADHI also undertook the Construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant (IPAL) in Palembang and Waste Management Projects.

Pada tahun 2019 ADHI dipercaya untuk mengerjakan proyek strategis nasional meliputi LRT Jabodebek fase 1 dengan nilai kontrak Rp20,4 triliun. Pembangunan LRT ini tak terlepas dari struktur beton U-Shape Girder yang digunakan oleh ADHI. Struktur yang pertama kali diproduksi di Indonesia melalui pabrik precast ADHI di Sentul. Berbagai pertimbangan diperhitungkan dalam menggunakan U-Shape Girder antara lain adalah mempercepat pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembangunan akibat full span antar-bentang yang diberikan struktur tersebut, memiliki estetika yang lebih akrab dengan arsitektur perkotaan DKI Jakarta, dan mampu mengurangi polusi suara saat pengoperasian LRT.

ADHI meraih dua rekor dari Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI) yakni Rekor Jembatan Kereta Box Beton Lengkung dengan Bentang Terpanjang dan Radius Terkecil di Indonesia, serta Rekor Pengujian Axial Statistic Loading Test pada Pondasi Bored Pile dengan Beban Terbesar di Indonesia. Jembatan lengkung yang berada di persimpangan jalan HR Rasuna Said dan jalan Gatot Subroto ini merupakan jembatan dengan panjang 148 meter, bertipe box girder beton dengan radius lengkung 115 meter. Dimana, beban pengujian pondasinya seberat 4.400 ton.

Proyek LRT Jabodebek ini diproyeksikan beroperasi penuh pada 2021. Saat itu, ADHI akan dengan bangga mempersembahkan salah satu proyek ikonik yang akan menghubungkan Jakarta dengan kota-kota penyangga, mengantarkan ribuan orang dari dan ke Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi setiap harinya dengan infrastruktur transportasi yang terintegrasi layaknya di kota metropolitan.

In 2019 ADHI was entrusted with work on various national strategic projects, including the Phase 1 Jabodebek LRT contract worth Rp20.4 trillion. The U-Shape Girder concrete structures used by ADHI are vital components of the LRT construction project. These structures were first produced in Indonesia by the ADHI precast factory at Sentul. The considerations for using these U-Shape Girders include accelerated implementation of development work due to the longer spans made possible by the use of these structures, an aesthetic more in tune with DKI Jakarta urban architecture, and the structure’s ability to reduce noise pollution during LRT operation.

ADHI won two records from The Indonesia World Records Museum (MURI), namely the Curved Concrete Box Train Bridge with the Longest Spans and Smallest Radius in Indonesia, as well as the Record for the Axial Statistic Loading Test on a Bored Pile Foundation with the Largest Load in Indonesia. The curved bridge at the intersection of HR Rasuna Said and Gatot Subroto Street is a 148-meter long bridge of the concrete girder box type with a curved radius of 115 meters; the foundation test load was 4,400 tons.

The Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodebek) LRT project is projected to become fully operational in 2021. At that time, ADHI will proudly unveil one of the iconic projects that will connect Jakarta with buffer cities, delivering thousands of people to and from Jakarta every day via an integrated transportation infrastructure befitting this metropolitan city.

Perseroan mengedepankan praktik pengadaan barang dan jasa secara efisien,efektif,kompetitif,transparan,adil,wajardanakuntabel.Aspektransparansi dapat terlihat dari proses pengadaan yang dilakukan melalui E-Procurement, di mana seluruh proses pengadaan dilakukan sesuai prosedur yang telah ada namun diterapkan secara elektronik.

Sebagai salah satu upaya mendorong peningkatan kompetensi kontraktor-kontraktor lokal, serta pemerataan distribusi nilai ekonomi yang dihasilkan, ADHI berupaya mengoptimalkan partisipasi kontraktor lokal dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa. Pada tahun 2019, sebanyak 91% kontraktor lokal berpartisipasi dalam proses ini melalui E-Procurement dengan total nilai mencapai Rp1,1 triliun.

Pada Roadmap K3L, Perseroan menargetkan implementasi CSMS (Construction Safety Management System) dapat dilakukan pada tahun 2020, di mana kontraktor-kontraktor lokal akan didorong untuk memiliki standar mutu dan keselamatan kerja yang tinggi sesuai dengan standar yang diterapkan oleh Perseroan. Hal ini akan meningkatkan reputasi kontraktor, sehingga menjadi nilai tambah tersendiri bagi kontraktor dalam menangani suatu proyek.

The Company prioritizes the practice of procurement of goods and services in an efficient, effective, competitive, transparent, fair, fairand accountable manner. This transparency may be seen in the procurement process carried out through E-Procurement, where the entire procurement process is carried out according to existing procedures, but takes place electronically.

Asoneefforttoencouragetheenhancementofthecompetenceoflocalcontractors, as well as the distribution of economic value generated, ADHI seeks to optimize the participation of local contractors in the process of goods and services procurement. During 2019, 91% of local contractors participated in this process through E-Procurement for projects worth a total value of Rp1.1 trillion.

In the K3L Roadmap, the Company targets implementation of the CSMS (Construction Safety Management System) in 2020, where local contractors will be encouraged to adopt higher quality and safety standards in accordance with the standards adopted by the Company. The results of this SMM survey were recorded from 125 projects & plants and involved 240 respondents, an increase from 2018. The SMMsurveyresultsreflectanincreasefrom77.82%in2018to78.58%in semester 1 and again to 80.06% in semester 2. We welcome this increase to show that slowly but surely ADHI continues to improve the quality of its work.

Hasil survey SMM tercatat dari 125 proyek & plant dengan 240 responden yang merupakan peningkatan dari tahun 2018. Survey SMM meningkat dari 77,82% di tahun 2018 menjadi 78,58% di semester 1 dan meningkat lagi menjadi 80,06% di semester 2. Manajemen RisikoIndustri jasa konstruksi merupakan industri yang dinamis dan memiliki risiko-risiko yang beragam dan signifikan. ADHI menyadari bahwadalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya terdapat dampak positif dan negatif yang ditimbulkan.

Adapun dampak positif dari kegiatan operasional Perseroan yaitu turut membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi di mana Perseroan membangun infrastruktur terutama di daerah-daerah tertinggal di Indonesia. Infrastruktur juga berpengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan manusia, antara lain dalam peningkatan nilai konsumsi, peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja dan akses kepada lapangan kerja. One positive impact for the Company’s business operations involves the growth of local economies where the Company develops infrastructure, especially in underdeveloped areas of Indonesia. The development of infrastructure also improves the quality of life and increases prosperity, especially by increasing consumption value, increasing labor productivity, and generating more job opportunities. Etika Bisnis ADHI & Anti Korupsi[103-2; 103-3; 205-1; 205-2; 205-3]

Dalam mengembangkan bisnis secara berkelanjutan dan menjaga reputasi, ADHI menjunjung tinggi integrasi dan nilai-nilai etika dalam bisnis dengan menerapkan pedoman perilaku yang berlaku di setiap unit bisnis bagi semua insan ADHI baik di level manajemen maupun seluruh jenjang organisasi.

Pedoman Etika disusun sedemikian rupa sebagai panduan bagi insan ADHI dalam menghadapi isu-isu etika sehari-hari yang umum terjadi. Perseroan melakukan sosialisasi pedoman perilaku ini secara berkala, dan insan ADHI mengisi lembar pernyataan kepatuhan terhadap Pedoman ini sebagai wujud komitmennya.

Etika Bisnis Adhi diterapkan mengacu pada kebijakan Perseroan berdasarkan GCG, pakta integritas, manajemen risiko, pengendalian internal, penyampaian keluhan, tata kelola Teknologi Informasi, menjaga keamanan informasi dan hal-hal lainnya yang berhubungan dengan praktik tata kelola Perseroan.

Whistleblowing System[102-11; 103-2; 103-3; 205-1; 205-2; 205-3]

ADHI menyediakan sarana penyampaian keluhan atas dugaan tindakan pelanggaran terhadap Pedoman Etika melalui sistem Pelaporan Pelanggaran/WhistleBlowing System (WBS) pada website ADHI (www.adhi.co.id). Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memitigasi potensi risiko dan sebagai mekanisme deteksi dini dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang bersih dari praktik korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme.

Perseroan menjaga kerahasiaan identitas pelapor dengan jaminan perlindungan, dan tidak menoleransi tindakan diskriminasi atau pembalasan terhadap penyampai keluhan.

ADHI menangani laporan dugaan pelanggaran dengan cepat dan tepat, membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan pelapor, dengan tetapmenjagakerahasiannya.Laporandiverifikasidandiinvestigasiberdasarkan data yang akurat oleh Komite Etik.

Komite Etik dibentuk untuk menegakkan kemandirian, transparansi, kewajaran dan profesionalitas dalam melakukan proses penelaahan, verifikasi dan investigasi atas setiappelaporan.Komite Etik bersifatad hoc/ ex officio yang bertanggung jawab kepada Direksi, terdiri dari:

1. General Manager Legal2. General Manager Sumber Daya Manusia3. Kepala SPI4. Sekretaris Perusahaan

Untuk menjaga independensi, sewaktu-waktu investigasi dapat melibatkan investigator dari pihak eksternal. Hasil verifikasi daninvestigasi dilaporkan kepada Direksi.

Komite Etik membuat laporan status proses investigasi dan hasil verifikasi kepada Direksi, dan dapat menginformasikan statusnyakepada pelapor.

ADHI’s Business Ethics & Anti-Corruption Stance[103-2; 103-3; 205-1; 205-2; 205-3]

In developing its business in a sustainable manner and maintaining its reputation, ADHI upholds the value of integration and ethics in business by implementing a code of conduct that is applicable in every business unit for all ADHI personnel, from the lowest level to the highest level.

The Ethical Code was composed in such a way as to become the main guidance for all ADHI personnel in managing various ethical issues that often occur in our daily lives. The Company conducts periodiccampaign activities to instill the ethical code, where all ADHI personnel complete the statement of compliance with the Ethical Code form as an expression of commitment.

ADHI business ethics are implemented by referring to Company policies based on GCG, the integrity pact, risk management, internal control, complaint submission, Information Technology governance, maintaining information security, and other aspects related to the practice of corporate governance.

Whistleblowing System[102-11; 103-2; 103-3; 205-1; 205-2; 205-3]

ADHI provides a complaint submission access system for any allegations of violations of the Code of Ethics through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) on the ADHI website (www.adhi.co.id). This whistleblowing system was designed to mitigate risk and features an early detection mechanism to create a work space free from any corruption, collusion, or nepotism.

The Company will keep an informant’s identity secret and provide them with full protection, and not tolerate any kind of discrimination or retaliation towards the informant.

ADHI will take appropriate action based on any reported allegation swiftly and effectively, by reaching out to the informant in afriendly manner, while maintaining the confidentiality of theiridentity. Any reports involving allegations will be verified andinvestigated based on accurate data by the Ethical Committee.

The Ethical Committee was established to enforce independence, transparency, equity, and professionalism in the process of studying, verifying, and investigating every report submitted. The Ethical Committeeisanadhoc/exofficiocommitteedirectlyaccountabletothe Directors, and consists of the following:

In order to maintain the principle of independence, the company may hireanexternalinvestigatoratanytime.Theresultsofverificationandinvestigations are submitted to the Directors. The Ethical Committee will compose an investigation process status report includingverificationresultsandsubmitthistotheDirectors;the Committee will also alert the informant to the status of the report.

Dalam mendorong budaya kejujuran dan keterbukaan, secara berkala ADHI melakukan pemilihan Insan ADHI yang dinilai memiliki integritas yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya.

Demikian pula sebaliknya, ADHI menetapkan sanksi atas pelanggaran terhadap Pedoman Etika ini. Mekanisme dan jenis sanksi yang dijatuhkan sesuai dengan peraturan Perseroan yang berlaku, termasuk prosedur yang diatur dalam Perjanjian Kerja Bersama. Sanksi yang diberikan akan diterapkan secara konsisten dan proporsional kepada Insan ADHI yang telah terbukti melakukan pelanggaran.

To instill a culture of honesty and transparency, ADHI periodically chooses an Insan ADHI (ADHI Person of Excellence) considered to have displayed great integrity in carrying out their tasks and exerting proper authority.

On the other hand, ADHI also imposes sanctions for any violation of the Code of Ethics. The sanction mechanism and categories are in accordance with the applicable Company rules, including the procedures governed by the Collective Labor Agreement. Any sanctions will be imposed consistently and proportionally upon ADHI personnel proven to have committed violations.

PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. atau ADHI (“Perseroan”) bermula dari sebuah perusahaan milik Belanda bernama Architecten-Ingenicureen Annemersbedrijf Associatie Selle & de Bruyn, Reyerse & de Vries N.V. (Associatie N.V.). Pada tanggal 11 Maret 1960, perusahaan tersebut dinasionalisasi untuk menjadi Perusahaan Negara, PN Adhi Karya, yang menjadi cikal bakal dari salah satu perusahaan pembangunan infrastruktur terbaik di Indonesia. Berdasarkan pengesahan Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia No. 26 tahun 1974, sejak 1 Juni 1974 status PN Adhi Karya berubah menjadi Perseroan Terbatas. Pada tahun 2004, ADHI menjadi perusahaan konstruksi pertama yang menjadi perusahaan publik, dengan mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia. • Lini bisnis EPC meliputi dua tahap yakni:

a. Engineering design (basic design, detail design, instrument design, termasuk di dalamnya kegiatan procurement) dan tahap construction baik pekerjaan sipil dan non sipil. Dalam hal ini EPC memainkan peran dalam memperluas penciptaan nilai value creation.

b. Meliputi bidang kelistrikan, telekomunikasi, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, dan Industrial Plant, agro industry dan petrokomia, termasuk perbaikan atau pemeliharaan pekerjaan

a. Engineering design (basic design, detailed design, instrument design, including procurement activities) and the construction phase of both civil and non-civil works. In this case EPC plays a role in extending value creation.

b. This comprises electrical field,telecommunication, petroleum, agro-industry and petrochemicals, including the repair and maintenance of those areas.
