Introduction
Access Manager serves as the foundation storing user authorities and permissions that enable enhanced integration between Business Online and other applications such as ACH Manager, Wire Manager, Event Manager, as well as Activity Manager, which includes extended transaction history. As a result, financial institutions can provide corporate clients with additional functionality while generating service revenue for their organization. In addition, Business Online includes enhanced log on capabilities, encrypted email communication, and flexible control of transfers.
Note: Encrypted email is only available through LinkLive.
Business Online provides corporate clients the ability to conduct financial transactions over an Internet connection. In a highly secure environment, businesses can conduct real-time transactions, including account inquiries, fund transfers, and reviews of corporate cash handling logs. Business Online accepts fund transfers (ACH, internal, and wire), loan payments, and stop payments.
Encrypted software and user-specific passwords ensure only authorized access to customer’s corporate accounts. Customers can access their account information with a single Access ID and password. Specifications must be established through User Administrator functions in Access Manager to determine user access and functionality.

Pending transactions inquiry
Funds transfer between checking and savings accounts

Summarizing Account Information
All of the customer’s accounts at a financial institution are listed by clicking the Accounts list. Specific accounts can be selected to view details and perform transaction activities.
Fund Management Activities
This feature is used to review assigned fund transfer templates, issue fund transfers, and inquire into already issued fund transfers. Transactions may also be selected, sorted, and exported to other Personal Financial Management applications. Assigned corporate administrators may review issued transfers before they reach the financial institution, as needed.

Security
A dedicated communications server acts as a firewall between the PC of your customers and the confidential financial records of your financial institution, prohibiting unauthorized access. Message encryption secures account information privacy as it is communicated from the financial institution to your customer's PC.
Access to Business Online is controlled through both Access IDs established by the financial institution and passwords established by their client’s users. All access is logged and reported for a complete audit of activity.
MFA Authentication
Fiserv has partnered with industry leaders to offer two integrated authentication solutions. MFA (Multifactor Authentication) Device Security provides specific machine forensics information designed to identify authorized user PCs. MFA Security Tokens use advanced technology to provide a “connectionless” One Time Password (OTP) token that generates a unique digital password every 36 seconds.
Online Maintenance
The personnel at your financial institution can maintain Business Online Client and User records using Access Manager. User records provide a detailed log of Business Online usage by each user (listing access times and types of activity).Client records, accounts, fund transfers, and user records can also be established, maintained, and reviewed using Business Online Administrator. Access to Business Online is controlled by the financial institution employee’s Access ID and Password.
Business Online User records can be reviewed and modified using Access Manager. The client is automatically established in Business Online when the client is set up in Access Manager.
Premier ACH Editor
Premier clients only. For financial institutions using Premier ACH Editor, corporate clients can generate and modify ACH files directly from Business Online sessions. ACH files generated from Business Online can be formatted into NACHA files and transferred to Fiserv for processing. No additional software is necessary with Premier ACH Editor.
