Time has come, in this crisis-generated changing business climate of Romania to turn the attention to the crucial aspect of how the values and image of a company are reflected through the professional and personal image of its employees.
Concept2
The first conference will take place in Bucharest on June 30 2009.
Following Bucharest we are planning a conference tour across the country, in the main business centres of each historical region:
Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, Constanta and Brasov.
The dates for this tour will be announced in due time.
Concept3
2 half-day conferences
( 9:00 am to 13:00h and 14:00 to 18:00h) in 1 day
9:00 to13:00 – dedicated to managers from all business fields looking to “fine-tune” their interviewing skills & their ability to evaluate the candidate’s professional & personal image
14:00 to 18:00 - a half day full of tips & tricks on how to make a powerful impression and improve your chances of being promoted or employed in a new job
Concept4
Sotiris Karagiozidis holds an MBA degree from the University of Louisville – Kentucky, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from the DEREE College. Throughout his 19 year career he worked for ING Group, Nestle Greece, Castrol Hellas, Omega International Transport and Response International. With an experience of over 8 years in consultancy in Romania, Sotiris Karagiozidis has developed and delivered numerous training seminars on Selling Skills, Management, Leadership & Motivation, Communication Skills, Marketing and Negotiation Skills. He has built HR Departments for 4 companies in Romania. He is also an A&DC certified assessor.
He is a well known speaker and trainer in countries like Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, FYROM, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine.

Mihaela Berciu is a well known Romanian image consultant who has dedicated her professional efforts to successfully promoting principles of personal image and business etiquette throughout the past years.
A1996 alumni of the MBA program of American International University in London and a certified image consultant of London Image Institute, Mihaela Berciu is the only Romanian image consultant accredited by the prestigious Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).
Recently Mihaela Berciu has launched her new book “Tinuta pentru Succes”, a business dress-code manual for career women from all business environments. The book was strongly welcomed by business women everywhere and reached national NO. 1 position in DIVERTA libraries’ Best-sellers Non-Fiction Top.

The conference will be hosted at the Central University Library in Bucharest in the AULA Room, a conference room ready to comfortably fit up to 150 people.
Location address: Str. Boteanu no. 1, Calea Victoriei entrance. The building is situated opposite Hilton Hotel in Pta. Revolutiei.
Nearest metro station: Pta. Romana & Pta. Universitatii
There is large parking lot available right in front of the Calea Victoriei entrance of the building.
