Learning Outcomes After completing the programme the trainer has Increased expertise on managing an education programme and its course contents, teaching methods and learning Enhanced skills to use online learning platforms and ICT tools in teaching and course management Enhanced skills to integrate research and development into the education and into the co-operation with industry Increased skills to manage working practices and quality assurance in teaching and learning Increased skills for international cooperation in teaching and development work THE TRAINING PROGRAMME aims to provide higher education teachers and staff with a well-founded understanding of curriculum planning and teaching/learning methods in an environment where digitalization is playing an increasingly important role. Topical issues that will be covered in the programme relate to university-business/ industry cooperation, RDI-based learning, multidisciplinary and multicultural approaches as well as quality management. SEAMK INTRODUCTION Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) is a multidisclipnary institution of higher education and an efficient actor in education and research, development and innovation in the region of South Osthrobotnia in West Finland. The number of full time students is 4700, 10 % of them are international students. SeAMK has 18 Bachelor and 11 Master degree programmes, and 16 double degree programmes. SeAMK has international partner universities and networks in more than 50 countries. Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) has expertise in offering tailor-made customized global education services.

Modes of Study: The training consists of a two-week (10 days) intensive course conducted at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in Finland. The programme includes learning sessions, workshops, laboratory visits, company visits, classroom shadowing and discussions.
