Senior babus of Andhra Pradesh are not happywith the consultant policy adopted by AP CM.Thegovernment has appointed the consultants in someof the departments to use the new technology bypaying the huge pay comparatively which is morethan the babus. Now the consultants has to submitthe reports and proposals to the government andafter the review the officers has to implement thesame.

In total these days government is giving moreimportance to the consultants compare to seniorbabus, who are totally unhappy with the new trend.Intotal it is a unfair trend adopted by the government.Whereas the government has to utilize the servicesand the techniques of the experienced officers orelse the government has to face the angriness ofthe entire bureaucracy in coming days.Infact therewas a news that the CM had a one to one interviewswith the babus to place them in the right place, thistactic is ok, whereas appointing consultant beyondthe officers is just unfair.

No break for SCB, CEO Sujatha Gupta , aswhoever he or she may be they have to follow therules or else they have to face the heat. Recentlythe lady officer stopped the group of people whowere trying to construct the temple in the defenceland. Though it was tense for some time and politi-cal parties were trying to find a gap to enter andmake it as issue, but they have to drop ultimately. That is a style of lady officer.Whoever it may be, noexcuse ! Moreover the demolition drive on, the boardis targeting the illegal constructions after the re-cent flood.

Babus not happy with BabuThese days Telangana police head

Anurag Sharma is quite busy because ofthe new tasks, but amazing is that hehas set the things in a way the routineworks moves as usual. Really hectic, butstill the officer is not missing the griev-ances, as it’s an instructions from himthat the people who are coming from fardistricts should not be send back. Infacthe also attends the people who comesbefore and after the visiting hours. Con-clusion - ‘no words’ !

Many reasons that the Telanganagovernment is not willing to send-offofficer Rajiv Sharma from the post ofchief secretary. The officer experience& commitment is quite helpful for the gov-ernment and this is the strong reasonbehind it.Mr.Sharma played a vital role inthe process of state division and nowsee the coincident that in his presencethe new districts work is been done. Hisentire tenure is full of crucial decisionsand implementations. Question is will thegovernment leave him after the exten-sion, if yes then which officer will takehis place.

These days the Andhra police chiefN.Sambasiva Rao and his team are ontask in making the police department upthe mark and establishing of commandcontrol system is the one of them forwhich the team is set to take some feed-back from the New York Police Depart-ment. Great ! It means that control sys-tem is going to be exceptional, which willbe quite helpful for the department.

It’s a news for the people who werequite busy in spreading the rumors andwho were willing for a change in the com-mand that M.Mahendar Reddy’s charmis to continues in city police until the fur-ther orders of the government. As todaythe city police has its own image and inlast year’s many feathers has beenadded in its regime and all these hap-pened in the supervision of Mr.Reddyfor which he had put all his efforts. So, it’sa time to be positive and to appreciatethe hard work been done by the officer.

The city residents ,who usually tar-gets the traffic cops for jams are gratefulfor the commitment of cops for their su-per-duper performance during recentfloods. The people have really shown theirgratitude among the traffic cops on thesocial media. It is not a card to make thecops happy to set aside from the regularchallans, but really they deserves theapplaud for taking a step forward andjoining their hands in the reliefoperation.Lets not forget the efforts madeby traffic chief Jitender , who was notonly monitoring the situating , but alsovisiting the spots to motivate the team.

From the day one the baldiya chiefDr.B.Janardhan Reddy is vigorously dedicatedfor the routine & new tasks, but during the lastfloods he was committed for each minute andfor each second. He was available 24x7 duringthe entire relief operation and did beyond theboundary work for which the city residents areappreciating the officer. Thanks that the sincereofficer like him is at GHMC, infact the creditgoes to the government for making right choice.

The happening officer Navin Mittal has anawesome fan following and credit goes to hispractice of maintaining the good relations withthe people from the beginning. The officer cel-ebrated his birth day last month and the bignumber of wishes from the people on the socialmedia is the best example of his popularity.Andthe coincident is the officer is also heading theI&PR department apart of Finance departmentas a Secretary.

Economic Times has published an exclu-sive interview of IPS officer RS.Praveen Kumar, which is quite in discussion. “I am comfortablewith my identity today”.The above picture alsocarried with the story, which is sketchbeautifully. So thought not to miss ! Picture cour-tesy #ET.

Online auction of property is catching onThe real estate industry has joined the online bandwagon that enables quicker and more profitable sale

of property. With 402 million active internet users in India by the end of 2015, phenomenal growth ofecommerce and availability of adequate infrastructure and system controls, the real estate industry hasbecome a veritable goldmine once again. ”E-auctions have a tremendous future considering the benefitsthey bring to the entire process of buying and selling properties. It’s early days yet, and early adopters ofthe exciting and immensely lucrative e-auction platform will be the ones to benefit the most. In fact, e-auctions are all set to become the new standard in real estate marketing, and will totally revolutionise thesector in the years to come,” said Ashwinder Raj Singh, CEO-Residential Services, JLL India.

Bengaluru has seen a rapid rise in real estate development with both commercial and residentialleasing space growing exponentially in the past. The first to capitalise on the internet was the renting andselling platforms and in a short period of time, many companies joined the race. The growth of the realestate business also brought with it the drawbacks associated with it.

A senior manager with State Bank of India working in the housing loan department said that due tolower home loan interests and fabulous offers, the city saw one of the highest number of borrowers in thecountry as the urge to invest in real estate is high and it is still a favoured destination because thecompared to other big cities the asking rate of property is still low, which provides more lucrative invest-ment opportunities for the future.

Tourism

India saw a 10 percent rise in foreign tourist arrivals (FTAs) in the first eight months this year, enabling Asia’sthird-largest economy to earn close to $15 billion in foreign exchange earnings (FEEs). The tourism season, so tospeak, begins in October and ends in March next year, in the country.

Data released by the government on Tuesday showed that 55.92 lakh (5.59 million) foreign tourists visited Indiabetween January and August this year, including 6.70 lakh last month, marking an increase of 10.2 percent over the50.73 lakh (5.07 million) tourist arrivals during the corresponding period last year.

During the eight-month period, earnings from these tourists rose 7.8 percent to $14.92 billion from $13.83 billionearned between January and August last year. The data also showed that Bangladesh, the United States and theUnited Kingdom are the top three countries from where tourists came in large numbers, followed by Sri Lanka,Malaysia and China. The spike in arrivals and consequently, earnings, can be attributed in part to the popularity ofe-tourist visas that are now extended to citizens from 150 countries. More and more foreigners are availing of thisfacility to visit India, spurring the multi-billion dollar industry.

The tourism sector has been hit in Kashmir ever since violence erupted in the Valley after the killing of HizbulMujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani on July 8 in Anantnag. Tourist arrivals to popular destinations in the state, includingSrinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg, have seen a sharp fall, apart from cancellation of bookings for the coming months.

Companies that are directly associated with the tourism and hospitality sector, and listed on the stock exchangeinclude Indian Hotels Co. (owner of Taj Group of hotels), EIH (owner of Oberoi and Trident hotels), Hotel LeelaVenture, Taj GVK Hotels and Resorts, and Asian Hotels. Companies that offer holiday and travel packages, such asThomas Cook (India), Cox & Kings and International Travel House, are also listed on the stock exchanges in India.

Inviting Indian tourists to St. PetersburgSaint Petersburg was, more than 250

years ago, for the first time called “thewindow through which Russia looked atEurope.” The phrase was coined by aforeigner, the Italian traveler FrancescoAlgarote. The city is perceived in Europeas the city built by Peter I, and it reflectedhis designs as a modern king.

This unofficial name for the city wasfixed by the good graces of the poetAlexander Pushkin, and continues to thisday. St. Petersburg really is, in many ways,a window to Europe for Russia, but it isalso a window to Russia for foreigners.

Even more specifically, it is a window into the European Russia, which wanted to and becamea part of Europe. The city is a window into Russia’s history, culture and spiritual quest.

That is why St. Petersburg is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Russia, forforeigners, including Indians, and for Russians themselves.

The tourist flow from India to Russia is growing. According to the Federal Tourism Agency, for the first 9 months of 2015, 23,300 Indian tourists visited Russia, compared to 16,000 whovisited in 2014. The figure is set to rise this year, the Russian Embassy in New Delhi estimates. The number of tourist visas issued to Indians in 2016 will rise considerably, and may exceed30,000.

According to the Embassy of India in Moscow, “Almost all of the Indians coming to Russiaare visiting Moscow and Saint-Petersburg”.

tary, Tourism, Government of Kerala and Kerala Tourism Director U V Jose. A pavilion themedon the Muziris Heritage Project and the Spice Route- was inaugurated by KTDC Chairman MVijayakumar. “The response from the delegates has been overwhelming. This may be attrib-uted to the fact that both buyers and sellers were accommodated in the same premises thisyear, facilitating meetings.Overall, it has been a very successful beginning,” said AbrahamGeorge, President, KTM Society. KTM, India’s biggest tourism conclave focused on a singledestination, has 265 stalls featuring an array of products, packages and services offered bybusinesses and entrepreneurs.
