Green Mark Tours (Please refer to page 6 for more details on the Green Mark Tours)

Green Mark 2015 (Version 5) is BCA’s new Environmental rating tool for the built environment, building upon the 10 years and close to 2,300 Green Mark Buildings. This 5th incarnation of BCA’s Green Mark scheme is a paradigm shift that assesses the outcomes of the process of green building design through a set of connectable indicators that contextualises buildings through planetary boundaries and societal purposes, which ultimately aligns itself with best corporate practice. Green Mark 2015 embeds sustainability into early thinking of project development right through to the construction and operations. The criteria helps guide project ambitions and activities to drive sustainable outcomes and total building performance. This workshop shall provide a detailed introduction to the New Green Mark scheme.

The workshop serves as a platform for tenants to understand the importance of sustainability in the workplace. Case study of green office will be shared.
