Following are guidelines for build-up and breakdown: 1) Build-up

Friday 21st February Space only exhibitors 10.00am – 7.00pm Gangways must be cleared by 7.00pm Saturday 22nd February All exhibitors 8.30am – 7.00pm Gangways must be cleared by 7.00pm Sunday 23rd February All exhibitors 8.15am – 9.45am Gangways must be cleared before 9.45am

Breakdown Monday 24th February 5.00pm – 8.00pm BREAKDOWN MUST BE COMPLETED AND HALL CLEARED BY 8.00PM

Please ensure that any contractors working on your stand are also aware of all regulations and restrictions.

2) Due to the width of the show’s gangways, any exhibitor displaying a large item on

their exhibition stand ie an item that should be in your allocated stand area before the exhibition shell scheme is erected (eg a vehicle) must notify me immediately. I will need to allocate a specific time for delivery of the vehicle/item. If I am not notified of your special requirements before Monday 10th February, I cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you on the day.

3) I have enclosed a map showing unloading facilities to the Central Hall, this will give direct access in to the hall. There are clear signs for Manchester Central deliveries directing vehicles up to the back of Manchester Central by the Central Hall. Please unload your vehicle in this area. Once unloading has finished, you will need to move your vehicle to one of the onsite NCP run car parks. Exhibitors can obtain special Car Park Vouchers at a reduced rate for the event. These tickets are limited. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the NCP website (http://www.ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park/car-parks/manchester-central-under-jv/). Please enter the code EXHIBMC to receive the discount. Please note that the Manchester Central UnderCroft Car Park has a height restriction of 2m.

4) All vehicles wishing to unload at the Central Hall must display the Vehicle Pass.

Please fill in the details and display the pass for the duration of the show. Vehicles will not be allowed into the unloading area without this pass on display.

5) Manchester Central does not have pallet trucks to help with build up or breakdown. Exhibitors must bring their own if they are required.

6) Manchester Central will issue passes to wear at all times during build-up/breakdown. When the show is open Exhibitor badges must be worn. These can be pre-ordered from the show website (www.prohairlive.co.uk).

7) There will be members of staff from Hamerville on site during build up, who can

assist your staff during the day. There will also be staff from our contractors on hand to help with your shell scheme or electrical requirements. Please provide the staff who will be building up your stand with the necessary copies of forms that needed to be completed for the show’s contractors, for reference on the day, as these should have been returned directly to the contractors. Hamerville do not have copies of these forms so resolving any problems on the day would be made much easier if these were available.
