Management Associate Partnership (MAP)

MAP is a scheme for SPRING to work with high-growth SMEs and LEAD TACs who believes in talent development

SMEs must be ready to recruit and employ fresh graduates and put in place a 12 to 18 months training and development programme.

The aim is to build up the company internal capability to provide structured training for graduates

To enable company to identify high potential candidates for further grooming into future leadership roles

$15,000 in grant per MA covers:

Singaporean or Permanent Resident

< 3 years of accumulated working experience(exclude internship, NS and Part-time jobs)

NTU, NUS, SMU, UniSIM (Long-Distance Learning Degree not accepted)

Minimum gross monthly salary of $2,500.00

What are my commitments to EIP?

* Internship Allowance (For a 4-month internship duration):

Polytechnic: S$450 per monthUniversity: S$850 per month

To be paid by company monthly during the actual internship

What type of students will be selected?

• Singaporean and Permanent Resident TP, RP, NP, NYP and SPNTU, NUS and SMU

• Possess leadership traits Leadership roles in CCA or other ad-hoc school events or activities • Demonstrate positive attitude and maturityDemonstrate qualities required to do well in a SME – e.g. resourcefulness, results-orientation, ability to think on his/her feet and make decisions, positive attitude toward learning and dealing with uncertainty

• Good learning aptitudeAt least an average B-grade provides a proxy.
