RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITYIn consideration of your accepting my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, and my executors and administrators, waive and release forever any and all rights and claims for damages I may incur against all persons and agencies, namely Buffalo Trace Distillery and any others involved in promoting the race as listed by name, their successors, representatives, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me while traveling to and from and while participating in the Great Buffalo Chase 5K Run on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, in Franklin County, Kentucky. I hereby represent that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I understand that USADA representatives may be onsite conducting drug screening. If I am tested and found positive for performance enhancing drugs, or found to have sanctions from the USADA at the time of running this race, I will forfeit any prize money that I would otherwise be entitled to receive. I agree that Buffalo Trace Distillery may use any photographs of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, advertising or web content.
Minors accepting prize money may affect their eligibility status.

Wednesday, July 4. The run will take place on the Buffalo Trace Distillery grounds beginning at 8 a.m. The race route has changed this year due to
construction at the distillery, however the route will still remain fast and fl at. Results recorded by chip timing. Please feel free to dress in festive patriotic attire.
Proceeds benefi t VFW Post #4075 for their annual 4th of July Fireworks show.
No animals, please... Unless it’s a Buffalo.
