Pro-Wealth Consultancy Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2009 to create awareness in the public on wealth management. The company strive to educate and assist the public in protect, accumulate and distribute their assets. We assist our clients from four aspects- Risk, Estate, Investment and Taxation.
Our Company of Consultant consist of Ex- Government O�cers and Financial Professionals such as Accountants, Auditors, Company Secretaries and Tax Agents.
In view of most business only concentrating in their core activities, many external aspects such as Government Ruling and Subsidiary Legislation are often neglected. Hence the company is doing its best to create public awareness. Few years in service, we have helped clients in numerous Tax Audits, Company strike o�, Estate Distribution, and Assets Restructuring.
博闻顾问有限公司成立於2009年，宗旨是教育市民如何進行財富管理。公司協助客戶如何透過四個方面即，風險，房地產，投資和稅收，而達到有效的累計，保護和規劃个人資產。
公司的顧問團包括前政府各部門官員，金融專業人士，如會計師，審計師，公司秘書，稅務代理和律師。
至今為止，公司共協助旗下客戶節省了數以百萬計的稅務和協助客戶解決其公司的财务和税务問題。

Minson Teh started to serve clients from various industries across the nation in year 2006. With his background specialized in Personal and Corporate Taxation, he helped many clients in LHDN Field Audit and Tax Investigation. Meanwhile, he also advise the clients in planning their tax and assets to help them achieve their financial goals. 鄭名盛（RFC, BA Hons, UK）於2006年開始協助各行各業的客戶解決公司稅務和財政上的問題。主要是個人和企業的稅務規劃，主要是協助客戶解決馬來西亞稅務局的實地審核及稅務調查問題。同時，他建議客戶如何規劃其稅務及資產，以便客戶實現其財務目標。
Eddie Tan Marketing Director Eddie Tan, he officially joined Pro-Wealth Group on year 2009 as Marketing Director. He knows alot of Government Officials through his outgoing and proactive personality, thus he can assist client effectively in company and taxation issues.In year 2011, he has created a Financial Planning Branding- BSBH based on the strategic alliance concept. This is to serve the client in a faster pace and solve the problems faced more effectively.
陳宏富於2009年正式加入Pro-wealth出任公司的市場營銷董事。他的積極，風趣和交遊廣闊，讓他結識不少重要部門的管理層，讓他更了解，如何更精確的協助客戶解決公司和稅務上的問題。 2011年，他提出企業聯盟概念，設立了財務規劃品牌BSBH（博訊顧問）以更快的速度和更全面的服務來協助客戶解決公司面對的各種財務問題。
