1 Introduction To ensure a smooth user experience, the browser used to log in to INSIGHT must be setup to

accept Third-Party Cookies.

This User Guide documents the steps on how to complete this for the following browsers:

• Google Chrome

• Mozilla Firefox

• Microsoft Edge

• Opera

The intended audience for this document is all INSIGHT users.

Readers are advised to refer to INSIGHT Online Help for further related content.

NOTE: If INSIGHT is currently open in a tab, after the browser settings have been updated, ensure to also refresh the INSIGHT tab to apply the updated settings.

2 Google Chrome 1. Open the Google Chrome browser.

2. In the top right corner of the browser, select the three vertical dots to display the

Menu actions.

3. Select Settings.

4. In the top of the page, use the search bar to enter the text cookie – this will filter

the list to only display settings related to third-party cookies.

5. Under the Privacy and Security section, locate and select the setting Cookies and

other site data.

6. If not already selected, select Allow all cookies.

7. If you have other tabs open, close the Settings tab, refresh the existing tabs and

continue using the tabs as per normal. Alternately, close and reopen the browser

to continue using the browser as per normal.

3 Mozilla Firefox 1. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser.

2. In the top right corner, select the three lines vertically on top of each other.

3. Select Settings.

4. In the top of the page, use the search bar to enter the text cookie – this will filter

the list to only display settings related to third-party cookies.

5. Under the Cookies and Site Data section, select Manage Exceptions.

6. Select the + sign to open a new tab.

7. Open INSIGHT (if not already open), go to the Home page and copy the URL.

8. Return to the Settings tab, paste the INSIGHT URL to the field Address of

website and select Allow.

9. Select Save Changes.

10. If you have other tabs open, close the Settings tab, refresh the existing tabs and

continue using the tabs as per normal. Alternately, close and reopen the browser

to continue using the browser as per normal.

4 Microsoft Edge 1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.

2. In the top right corner, select the three dots horizontally beside each other and

select Settings.

3. In the left side of the page, locate and select Cookies and site permissions, then

select Manage and delete cookies and site data.

4. Activate the setting Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended).

5. If you have other tabs open, refresh the existing tabs and continue using the other

tabs as per normal. Alternately, close and reopen the browser to continue using

the browser as per normal.

5 Opera 1. Open the Opera browser.

2. In the top right corner, select the settings icon and select Go to full browser

settings.

3. Under the Privacy and security section, select Cookies and other site data.

4. Select Allow all cookies.

5. If you have other tabs open, close the Settings tab, refresh the existing tabs, and

continue using the tabs as per normal. Alternately, close and reopen the browser

to continue using the browser as per normal.
