Die 10. Veranstaltung der La Leggendaria Charly Gaul – dem sogenannten „Bergengel“ und seiner mythischen Heldentat während des Giro d’Italia am 8. Juni 1956 gewidmet – wartet gerade auf Sie ab 17. Juli bis 19. Juli in dem fas-zinierenden Gebiet von Trient, Monte Bondone und Valle dei Laghi (Tal der Seen). Das hervor-ragende Granfondo im Trentino ist die einzige Etappe in Italien für die UCI World Cycling Tour Amateur-Weltmeisterschaft und stellt die Gele-genheit zur Qualifizierung für ihre Finale dar. Am Freitag, den 17. Juli, findet das Zeitfahren durch die typischen Dörfer der Valle die Laghi und entlang den Ufern des Cavedinesees statt. Die Granfondo und die Mediofondo finden am Sonntag, den 19. Juli, statt: Zwei interessante Strecken mit Start am Domplatz in Trient und durch bezaubernde Seen, Dörfer und Weinber-ge im Tal der Seen und in der Valle di Cembra (Zimbertal) bis zu der Steigung der anspruchs-vollen und entscheidenden Kehren vom Monte Bondone, um das legendäre Ziel zu erobern. Und dieses Jahr auch eine Neuigkeit, um den zehnten Jahrestag zu feiern: am Samstag, den 18. Juli, La Moserissima, die erste historische Radtour in der Valle dell‘Adige (Etschtal).

The 10th edition of La Leggendaria Char-ly Gaul, dedicated to the Angel of the Moun-tains and to his legendary enterprise during the Giro d’Italia on 8th June 1956, is waiting for you from 17th to 19th July in the enchant-ing territory of Trento, Monte Bondone and Valle dei Laghi (Lakes’ Valley). The prestigious Granfondo in Trentino is the unique stage in Italy of the UCI World Cycling Tour and is a chance to qualify for the Final of the Ama-teur and Master UCI – UWCT World Champi-onship. The time trial takes place on Friday July 17th through the typical villages in the Lakes’ Valley and along the suggestive shores of Lake Cavedine. The Granfondo and Medi-ofondo take place on Sunday July 19th: two engaging routes with start from the beautiful Cathedral Square in Trento and through fas-cinating lakes, villages and vineyards of the Valle dei Laghi and Valle di Cembra until the climbing of the engaging and decisive bends of Monte Bondone. And this year a new event to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the La Leggendaria Charly Gaul: La Moserissima, the 1st Historical Bicycle Race in the Adige Valley, taking place on Saturday July 18th.

La Moserissima ist eine Internationale, aber nicht Wettbewerbsfähige, Radrundfahrt für historische Rennräder. Klassische Räder der Vergangener Epochen, die bevor 1987 her-gestellt worden sind. Zu Ehre von Francesco Moser und seiner Fa-milie die, die Geschichte des Radsport der Fünfziger Jahren bis Heutzutage geschrie-ben hat, ist di Erste Rennrad-Oldtimer Rad-rundfahrt in Trento geboren, einzige Etappe des „Giro d’Italia d’Epoca“ in der Region Trentino-Süd Tirol.

Non competitive international bicycle tour with old-timer bicycles built before 1987.In honour of Francesco Moser and his family – who have written the cycling history from the Fifties until nowadays – the first Trento Historical Bicycle Race will be the unique stage of the Giro d’Italia d’Epoca in Trentino South Tyrol.
