The aluminium cross beam gantry frame is formed by airborne aluminium die casting and annealed at high temperature to withstand deformation.

Thick annealed steel frames hold the cutting bed slats to ensure long life and lower replacement frequency.

Large format or high power machines come standard with brass reinforced beds for additional service life.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

In 1964, Bystronic Maschinen AG was founded in

Switzerland. In 1984, they launched Bylas with a

focus on laser cutting equipment. This brought

widespread reputation to Bystronic.

DNE was originally established in Shenzhen under the

name ‘DNE Laser Science and Technology’. Due to the

successful research and development of their laser

cutting machines, DNE grew quickly, and in 2014, it

held a signifi cant share in the Chinese market.

After studying the high quality production facilities

in Shenzhen and rigorously testing the quality of the

DNE machines, Swiss laser cutting giant Bystronic

saw an opportunity and purchased 51% of DNE in

July of 2016. Bystronic quickly integrated decades of

laser cutting technology into the machines, most no-

tably introducing their patented zoom cutting head.

The DNE headquarters are situated in Shenzhen,

with showrooms in Beijing and Shanghai displaying all

models for inspection and testing.

To date, DNE have sold to more than 8000 fi ber laser

customers in over 60 countries and delivered over

1000 fi ber laser machines in the last fi nancial year

alone.

With the best cutting performance and speed in its

class for any given IPG source, it’s easy to see why.

DNE have found incredible success since partnering

with Bystronic and currently boast a production

workshop right near Shenzhen airport, where they

currently assemble over 150 machines at any one

time.

DEDICATED TO LASTING QUALITY

SWISS QUALITY ASSURANCE

Bystronic DNE machines come with a full factory war-

ranty for the entire machine excluding consumables.

Machinery consumables are held locally in Melbourne

for immediate dispatch Australia wide as required.

Any issues will be handled quickly and effectively by

the local support team. We have factory trained laser

engineers in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

The use of an interferometer records the machines x

and y axis movement to ensure accuracy. Adjustments

are made to ensure the machine is precisely tuned

before shipment.

A Marble Test is performed to measure the X and Y

axis, calculating any necessary adjustments to ensure

perfect level and alignment along the length of the

machine.

A collimator is run along the full length of the guide

rail, testing for straightness. Adjustments are made as

required to ensure linear accuracy.
