My line experience has also taught me what good people policies and practices look like and the impact that sound advice and support in this area can have on the productiivy and health of any size of organisation.

I bring great thinking, practical line experience and consulting experience and pride myself on my ability to isolate key issues and to deliver practical, sustainable and timely solutions working closely with clients at every stage.
