There are many ways to deal with the challenges facing successful businesses, functions or teams and the Cheshire Cat gives us a sensible place to start our conversation!

I set up Petram Consulting because I’m passionate about helping business owners and leaders build effective and ‘future fit’ organisations. You may be responding to or planning for growth, a change in ownership or an acquisition. You may be thinking about new markets, products or services. You may simply be responding to cost pressure or the impact of re-structuring. What you need in all these situations is friendly, objective and experienced support and practical solutions throughout.

I will work with you to set out a clear vision of the future of your business, function or team and to understand and identify the challenges you face in getting there. I will use tried and tested approaches to helping you get your structure right, ensuring that you have the right people with the right skills and capabilities focused on your priorities and to anticipate and manage the inevitable bumps in the road. We’ll also work together to understand the leadership style and ways of working that will lead to motivated, productive and happy teams now and in the future.

Petram can also be there to provide tactical and operational advice and support across the full range of people issues from attraction and recruitment, to managing performance and dealing with employment related matters.

I am an experienced consultant and senior HR line practitioner with 25 years experience across a range of sectors and a track record of helping clients through major transformation and making this a positive experience for their people. My line experience has also taught me what good people policies and practices look like and the impact that sound advice and support in this area can have on the productiivy and health of any size of organisation.

I bring great thinking, practical line experience and consulting experience and pride myself on my ability to isolate key issues and to deliver practical, sustainable and timely solutions working closely with clients at every stage.
