AUSTRALIAN GREENHOUSE BUILDING
The project will be submitted to the Department of Environment and Climate Change (DECC) for assessment of energy use under the ABGR scheme. Initiatives used to reduce heat and energy loads include the use high performance double glazing, efficient T5 lighting reducing office lighting power density and zoned lighting to illuminate independent occupied areas. The project is targeting a rating of at least 4.5 Stars energy efficiency.
