The street performance program is simple and versatile with the capability of quick implementa-tion and full customization to meet any clients needs. By strategically placing live performances in various

locations throughout the venue, we can increase traffic flow, engage patrons and increase the overall aes-thetic appeal of the venue. The program has been successfully tested in other markets including the Denver

Performing Arts Complex, Denver Theatre District, 16th Street Mall and Mile High Marketplace where results demonstrated increased stay time, traffic and spending. It’s an interactive way to create tangbile and intangible asstets for your inventory.

5280 Live hires visual and musical artists to perform before, during or after your venue’s event. Acts consist of painters, sculptors, dance groups and musical acts of all sizes and genres. Musical groups can be acoustic or

amplified depending on the client’s desires or venue’s regulations. Performances are placed at regular recurring locations inside or outside the venue, or could be mobile if desired. The program costs vary on number of

performances, types of performers, whether or not artists are allowed to accept tips, and whether or not a sound system is desired.

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDESS POLICE idea cost

4 EVENTSThis concept is based on the essence of community support and rewarding people for

treating one another with kindness and respect. Any company who wants to merge PR with marketing would have interest in this idea.

5280 Live will develop promotional cards and a team of individuals to be the “Random Acts of Kindness Police” or the RAK Police. The team will circum navigate your venue looking for unsuspecting individuals who perform an act of kindness for a peer. These acts would include things as simple as holding open a door, picking up a dropped item, helping them up off the ground to more important things such as turning a lost item into the authorities.

Each card will have a unique promotional code on the back. Consumers will go to the designated “landing page” and enter their code to redeem their prizes. The software allows for the collection of

consumer demographic and contact data. Additionally, the landing page can provide consumers with multitudes of mixed format media and discount offers for long term benefits.

Add a little class and elegance to a brand awareness by integrating fine art and music to their marketing inventory. 5280 Live will create a program that matches musical and

visual art around one central theme such as “A Night In NOLA,” where we bring in a sculpture artist from who grew up in New Orleans, a Dixie Land Jazz Band, and offer Cajun drink and food specials. Art can be contracted locally or nationally and can be of several different mediums such as oil, sculpture, or video. Artists will often agree to appear or create art on site - provid-

ing patrons an intimate look into the creative process.

If you pay attention to YouTube’s latest viral mega-hits, you have seen video projection mapping in action. Video projection mapping is an exciting new art form that can turn almost any surface into a

dynamic three dimentional video display. Specialized software is used to warp and mask the projected image to make it fit perfectly on irregularly shaped screens. When done right, the end result is a dynamic projection

installation that transcends ordinary video projection.

5280 Live works with a national partner who has created successful events in New York City, Los Angeles and across Europe. The possibilities for this programming are endless. Whether it’s created as a 3D promo video

for a season kick-off game, a celebration rally in Downtown, pre-game entertainment on the side of the stadium or an unforgetable half time show, this installation is sure to capture the attention of any

audience and create national buzz.

URBAN ZIPLINE idea cost

Becuase of the uniqueness of the event, national press can easily be acquired. This unique event lets visitors experience the thrill and exhilaration of ziplining in an urban setting. Traditionally done in nature areas, ziplining lets participants glide down a suspended cable mounted between

two secured towers (launch tower: 85’ tall & landing tower: 35‘ tall. The program has demonstrated successful results at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver, and again in San Francisco. Denver would be only the

second US city to host such an event.

Our success with the Southwest Airlines Ice Rink this past winter demonstrates a demand for a similar summer program. Our zipline partner opened the first North American zipline tour in 2002 and remains the industry leader as the largest company with the most sophisticated engeneering, construction and operational capabilities. 5280 Live

will manage the event top to bottom in association with our zipline partner. All operations include security, staff-ing, construction, licensing & permitting and safety plans. The event provides a unique and interactive way to

connect with the residents of Denver. More detailed operation information is available on request.
