A development of 84 luxury apartments
Occupying one of the best locations in Manchester with
superb views over the water to the Castlefield basin.
Braemar Estates began managing the development, inheriting
a situation of service charge deficits, a high level of debt
peaking at over £35k and a considerable number of unhappy
residents.

Our strategy was to engage with the residents and work with
them to focus on top quality service delivery and active cost
management.
Today – Significant turnaround
Development is 100% occupied with high approval ratings
£13k surplus of income over expenditure and reserve funds in
excess of £100k in the financial year to March 2011

Braemar Estates acts on behalf of Zolfo Cooper, administrators
of property developer Millennium Estates, to provide expertise in
bringing together all elements of building management to ensure
Alexandra Tower is run efficiently.
The building is a prominent new development on Liverpool‟s
historic waterfront. The 25 storey building contains 201
apartments and a 4,000 sq ft ground floor commercial area.

West Tower, LiverpoolBraemar Estates is working with Grant Thornton on the Block and
Portfolio Management of this landmark development containing 123
residential units, a restaurant on 34th floor and 4 floors of Grade A office
space.
Braemar Estates has successfully let the residential portion of the
building delivering outstanding occupancy and rental growth. This has
provided increased levels of income to the commercial lender.
