1 . NITROGEN STATION

The nitrogen storage station is composed of :

# 8 bottles with pressure 200 bar

# 8 bottles with pressure reduced to 200 bar 7 bar

2 . SEPARATOR THREE-PHASE

The three-phase vertical separator type , manufactured by Fratelli Cella - Cremosano ( CR) is an H2S

service ISPESL certified for a working pressure of lO bar, with safety valve 2 " calibrated annually , and

certified with an opening equal to 9,5 bar. Capacity of the receptacle is of 1800lt .

The working pressure in the separator is controlled by a pneumatic system Fisher-Control comprising:

n. 1 control panel system with Manual / Auto control set-point pressure

n. 1 drain valve with pneumatic control of the section of 1 1/2", normally open, connected via line 1 1/2"

to the Atmospheric torch.

The level in the separator is controlled by a pneumatic system ON/OFF LEVEL-TROL which controls two

pneumatic valves (normally closed) of the 1" section with direct discharge through valve Checkout

recovery fluids .

3 . RECOVERY AND FLUID STORAGE BOXES

The storage boxes fluids are constituted by vertical tanks, with pressurization system with nitrogen, by

the capacity of 200 lt. The cash recovery fluids instead has a capacity of 1,800 liters with nitrogen

pressurization system to a value of 500 mm H20 and flow device for exhaust torch

All those tanks are manufactured by Fratelli Cella - Cremosano (CR).

4 . PUMPING STATION

The pumping station was built by placing two pumps on a single structure. Pumps are of the

reciprocating type with ceramic pistons and driven by hydraulic motors.

The two pumps are assembled with suitable materials to withstand the corrosive attack of acids and

OLG .

PUMP n. 1: pumping capacity of 38 lt / min with working pressure of 400 bar.

PUMP n. 2: pumping capacity of 26 lt / min with working pressure of 500 bar.

On each pump is installed, on the delivery manifold, a safety valve with direct discharge to the intake

manifold common to the two pumps.

The pumps downloading of a single manifold 2" 5000 psi through non-return 1" valves of 5000 psi.

5 . HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

The hydraulic pump for the pump motors is driven by a 400 DIESEL ENGINE POWER PACK JET 100 HP,

with:

- Goodwill mechanical spring;

- Block for high temperature exhaust gas;

- Lock presence explosive gases;

- Block for high temperature water.
