INTRODUCTION

Description The BIM One Add-Ins Manager application allows you to install, update and uninstall additional tools for Revit from your account in

just a few clicks. In addition, you will also have access to a list of Dynamo scripts that can be downloaded directly via the application

which are fully developed by BIM One for download.

APPLICATION INSTALLATION For the installation of the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application, you must download the installation file by going to the address

https://www.bimone.com/fr/Apps/Info?id=addinmanager and clicking on the "Download" button.

The downloaded file is called "setup.exe". Once the download is complete, you must double click on the file to start the installation. The installation process will ask you to install additional components necessary for the proper functioning of the application. Click "Accept".

During the installation process, you can track the download progress of the files required for the installation using the window below

Once the installation is complete, the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application will open automatically.

APPLICATION UPDATE

The update of the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application will take place automatically when it is opened.

UNINSTALLING THE APPLICATION To uninstall the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application, you must use the Windows uninstall tool. With Windows 10, enter "Control

Panel" in the quick search box. Then, select the "Uninstall a program" option.

In the list of programs and features installed on your computer, locate the application to uninstall in the list. Once you find it, right-click it

and then select "Uninstall / Change".

To confirm the uninstall, click on “OK”.

INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL TOOLS To install an additional tool:

1. Open the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application.

2. Enter your login information and click on "Login".

3. Using a hook, select the add-on (s) you wish to install.

4. Click on the "Install / Update" button.

Please note that if additional tools have already been installed, a check mark will be visible next to it. In order to keep the

installation, you must simply leave the check mark selected, otherwise it will be uninstalled when the "Install / Update" button is

pressed.

Once you have selected the "Install / Update" button, a window will appear with a message asking if you accept the BIM One terms and

conditions. To continue the installation, click "OK".

You can follow the progress of the installation using the window below which will appear.

Once the installation is complete, a message will appear telling you that the installation has been completed successfully.

UPDATE OF A COMPLEMENTARY TOOL To update the additional tools, you must open the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application and enter your log-in information. Once you

are logged in, all the additional tools already installed will be selected using a check mark. Click on the "Install / Update" button to start

the update.

UNINSTALLING AN ADDITIONAL TOOL To uninstall an add-in from the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application:



3. Uncheck the boxes for the Revit add-ons to uninstall.

4. Click on the "Install / Update" button.

A window will appear with a confirmation message. Click "Yes" to continue.

Once the uninstall is complete, a message will appear confirming that the additional tool(s) have been successfully uninstalled.

DOWNLOADING A DYNAMO SCRIPT To download a dynamo script via the BIM One Add-Ins Manager application:

3. Click on the "Dynamo Scripts" tab to display the list of available scripts.

4. Using the check mark box, select the scripts you want to download.

5. Click on the "Download" button to start the download.

A window will appear showing you the list of selected Dynamo scripts that will be downloaded and will allow you to where to save the

Dynamo files. Click on the "Download" button to start the download.
