Bill Gates’ 5G Strategies Recently, Bill Gates announced his financial support for a $1 billion plan to blanket Earth in video surveillance satellites. The company, EarthNow, will launch 500 satellites to live-stream monitor almost every “corner” of the Earth, providing instantaneous video feedback with only a one-second delay. According to Wikipedia, the company expects its customers to include “governments and large enterprises.” 5G Antennas deploying a vast array of ground-based 5G spy antennas. Through his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Gates purchased 5.3 million Crown Castle shares currently worth a billion dollars. The Foundation’s second-largest tech holding after Microsoft, Crown Castle owns 5G infrastructure in every major U.S. market. It operates and leases more than 40,000 cell towers, 65,000 small cell nodes which are the central infrastructure for 5G and 75,000 route miles of fiber to every major U.S. market that, instead of going to your home, providing you safe, fast, wired internet, has been confiscated to connect 5G cell towers. … 5G has almost nothing to do with improving your lives; it’s all about controlling your

life, marketing products, and harvesting your data for Artificial Intelligence purposes.

Bill Gates and His Stimulus-response Empire

By Jon Rappoport After reading Robert F Kennedy, Jr.’s devastating article, “The Brave New World of Bill Gates and Big Telecom” (my article on it here), I went back in my files and found two pieces I’d written several years ago on Gates as the new Pavlov. I’ve combined them, here, into one. Under the surface of this global civilization, a war is taking place. The two opponents hold different conceptions of Reality. On one side, those who claim that humans operate purely on the basis of stimulus-response; on the other side, and those who believe there is a gigantic thing called freedom. Phase One of the war is already over. The stimulus-response people have made serious inroads. In Phase Two, people are waking up to the far-reaching and grotesque consequences of the Pavlovian program. From the moment the first leader of the first clan in human history took charge, he busied himself with this question: ‘What can I say and do that will make my people react the way I want them to.’ He was the first Pavlov. He was the first psychologist, the first propagandist, the first mind-control boss. His was the first little empire. Since then, only the means and methods have changed. A thought-form is a picture-plus concept in the mind that tends to guide behavior. A dominant thought-form in Earth civilization today is: universal rule through gigantic,

highly organized structures; e.g., mega-corporations that owe no allegiance to any nation

Imagine a few thousand such corporations with interlocking boards and directorates; colluding with super-regional governments and their honeycombed bureaucracies; combined with regional armies, intelligence agencies and technological elites; hooked to a global surveillance operation; in control of media; cooperating with the largest organized religions on Earth. Imagine all this as essentially one organization—and you see the thought-form in its wide-screen version. Top-down as top-down has never been before. Functions and compartments defined and specialized at every level, and coordinated in order to carry out policy decisions.

As to why such a thought-form should come to dominate human affairs, the simplest explanation is: because it works. But beneath that answer, for those who can see, there is much, much more. Individuals come to think that “effective” and “instrumental” and “efficient” are more important than any other issues. Keep building, keep expanding, keep consolidating gains—and above all else, keep organizing. Such notions and thought-forms replace life itself. The Machine has come to the fore. All official problems focus on how the individual can be fitted into the structure and function of The Machine. Are human beings supposed to be social constructs? Populations are undergoing a quiet revolution. We can cite some of the reasons: television; education; job training and employment requirements; the Surveillance State; government organizations who follow a “zero tolerance” policy; inundation with advertising. Yes, it’s all geared to produce people who are artificial constructs. And this is just the beginning. There are a number of companies (see, for example, affectiva.com) who are dedicated to measuring “audience response” to ads and other public messages. I’m talking about electronic measuring. The use of bracelets, for instance, that record students’ emotional responses to teachers in classrooms, in real time. (Bill Gates shoveled grant money into several of these studies.) Then there is facial recognition geared to the task of revealing how people are reacting when they sit at their computers. Push-pull, ring the bell, watch the dog drool for his food. Stimulus-response. It’s not much of a stretch to envision, up the road a few years, whole populations more than willing to volunteer for this kind of mass experimentation. But further than that, we could see society itself embrace, culturally, the ongoing measurement of stimuli and responses. Watching a movie should include the experience of wearing electrodes that record my second-to-second reactions to what’s happening on the screen. I like that. I look forward to it…” In such a culture, “Surveillance State” would take on a whole new dimension. “Sir, I want to report a malfunction in my television set. I notice the monitoring equipment that tracks my responses to programs has gone on the blink. I want it reattached as soon as possible. Can you fix it remotely, or do you need to send a repair person out to the house? I’ll be here all day…” People will take pride in their ongoing role as social constructs, just as they now take pride in owning a quality brand of car. The thought process behind this, in so far as any thought at all takes place, goes something like: “If I’m really a bundle of responses to stimuli and nothing more, then I want to be inside a system that champions that fact and records it…I don’t want to be left out in the cold.” Here is a sample school situation: for six months, Mr. Jones, the teacher, has been video recorded, moment by moment, as he instructs his class in English. All the students have been wearing electronic bracelets, and their real time emotional responses (interest, boredom, aversion) have also been recorded. A team of specialists has analyzed the six months of video, matching it up, second by second, to the students’ responses. The teacher is called in for a conference. “Mr. Jones, we now know what you’re doing that works and what you’re doing that doesn’t work. We know exactly what students are positively reacting to, and what bores them. Therefore, we’re going to put you into a re-ed seminar, where you’ll learn precisely how to teach your classes from now on, to maximize your effectiveness. We’ll show you how to move your hands, what tone of voice to use, how to stand, when to make eye contact, and so on…” Mr. Jones is now a quacking duck. He will be trained how to quack “for the greater good.” He is now a machine toy. Whatever is left of his passion, his intelligence, his free will, his spontaneous insights, and his drive to make students actually understand what they’re learning…all subordinated for the sake of supposed efficiency. Think this is an extreme fantasy? See the Chicago Tribune, June 12, 2012, “Biosensors to monitor students’ attentiveness”: “The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which has poured more than $4 billion into efforts to transform public education in the U.S., are pushing to develop an ‘engagement pedometer.’ Biometric devices wrapped around the wrists of students would identify which classroom moments excite and interest them — and which fall flat.”

“The foundation has given $1.4 million in grants to several university researchers to begin testing the devices in middle-school classrooms this fall [2012].” “The biometric bracelets, produced by a Massachusetts startup company, Affectiva Inc, send a small current across the skin and then measure subtle changes in electrical charges as the sympathetic nervous system responds to stimuli. The wireless devices have been used in pilot tests to gauge consumers’ emotional response to advertising.” “Gates officials hope the devices, known as Q Sensors, can become a common classroom tool, enabling teachers to see, in real time, which kids are tuned in and which are zoned out.” “Existing measures of student engagement, such as videotaping classes for expert review or simply asking kids what they liked in a lesson, ‘only get us so far,’ said Debbie Robinson, a spokeswoman for the Gates Foundation. To truly improve teaching and learning, she said, ‘we need universal, valid, reliable and practical instruments’ such as the biosensors.” “The Gates Foundation has spent two years videotaping 20,000 classroom lessons and breaking them down, minute by minute, to analyze how each teacher presents material and how those techniques affect student test scores.” “Clemson received about $500,000 in Gates funding. Another $620,000 will support an MIT scientist, John Gabrieli, who aims to develop a scale to measure degrees of student engagement by comparing biosensor data to functional MRI brain scans [!] (using college students as subjects).” When you boil it down, the world-view represented here has nothing to do with “caring about students.” It has everything to do with the Pavlovian view of humans as biological machines. What input yields what response? How can people be shaped into predictable constructs?

As far as Gates is concerned, the underlying theme, as always, is: control. As

His and other corporations will use these analytics to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) and turn you into a predictable, easily-manipulated consuming machine. Next time you buy a “smart” device, remember the device is not the product—you are! Surveillance State & Transhumanism Corporations will use Gates’ 5G surveillance system to sell products and escalate AI capacity. Governments will use it to transition the globe to a totalitarian singularity more despotic than Orwell ever imagined. Silicon Valley titans like Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, and Google’s Chief Engineer Ray Kurzweil talk longingly of “transhumanism,” the process by which humanity will transition to become part-human, part-machine via genetic engineering and surgical implants. Bill Gates is investing heavily to accelerate this altered reality. His ambition to tag us all with injected subdermal vaccine data chips seems to be merely a steppingstone toward an all-encompassing surveillance state. Rewarding Compliance Microsoft has patented a sinister technology that utilizes implanted sensors to monitor body and brain activity. It will reward compliant humans with crypto currency payments when they perform assigned activities. The Patent, WO |2020| 060606 has gained notoriety and the nickname “World Order 2020 666.” Microsoft describes this device as a “Crypto Currency System” and explains that it is “capable of” using body activity data to mine bitcoin in response to compliance with assigned tasks. People who agree to install the Microsoft harmful wireless sensors will receive periodic “duty” smart phone instructions to watch a certain advertisement, listen to a specific song, walk down a specific grocery store aisle, or to take a certain vaccine. This chip will collect data from embedded sensors that monitor brain waves, blood flow, and other body reactions. The system will transfer cryptocurrency into the subject’s account after completion of the assigned task. On the bright side, Microsoft’s dystopian invention should be a welcome source of income for the 40% of Americans put out of work by periodic COVID quarantines, by Musk’s self-driving electronic cars, which also rely on

the 5G rollout, and by Artificial Intelligence, including robots. Will Gates sell the data we freely give him to companies that will take away our jobs? Owning Smart Cities Maintaining and analyzing the data collected by a 5G infrastructure require massive computers housed in major data storage complexes. To keep control of this infrastructure, Bill Gates is building his own “smart city” in Arizona. According to KPNX-TV, he spent $80 million on a 24,800-acre plot near Phoenix with the goal of turning it into a “smart city” where everything is interconnected via a wireless grid, including fleets of autonomous vehicles. The 80,000 residents of Gates’ company town will mainly work in data centers. Bill Gates is 64 and likely to be around long enough to bring into existence most of his AI toys and further enslave humanity. All despite he was a college drop out in his Sophomore year at Harvard To consolidate his control over what people hear, learn, and think, Gates bought shares in Liberty Global, one of the largest international television and Internet companies, operating in 30 countries and growing. Controlling Reproduction Bill Gates will even control your body, your bedroom, your medicine cabinet and even women’s menstrual and ovulation cycles. He invested approximately $18 million in MicroCHIPS, a company that among other chip-based devices develops birth-control implant chips with wireless on/off switches and chips for drug-delivery that allow a single implant to store and precisely deliver hundreds of therapeutic doses over months or years. The implants will be operated wirelessly by the patient to deliver medication. Knowing of Gates’ missionary zeal for population control, however, some customers might worry that the system could be remotely activated as well. The expansion of the wireless cloud between 2012–2015 was equivalent to adding 4.9 million cars to the roads. Controlling Climate: Geoengineering Gates’ apparent conviction that God has ordained him to use technology for humanity’s salvation is exemplified in one of his most ambitious projects. Gates is funding Harvard scientists to use Geoengineering to block the sun to reverse global warming and climate change. That project is a template for hubris, hypocrisy and risk. The massive expansion of wireless use and the 5G wireless grid—for which Gates is a major player—is the most significant contributor to increased energy consumption. The expansion of the wireless cloud between 2012–2015 was equivalent to adding 4.9 million cars to the roads. 5G is expected to exponentially increase energy use by upwards of 170% by 2026. Proposing to use the wireless “smart” grid to combat the carbon footprint with geotechnology is a hare-brained scheme—not a solution for climate change. Cashless Society

To consolidate global control, Gates has declared war on cash, and the COVID-19 lockdowns have provided governments a convenient pretext for scuttling cash as a health hazard. Gates and his foundation are spearheading the global shift from a cash economy towards digital transactions. Gates and Microsoft are perfectly positioned to profit from a digital payments system. By controlling digital transactions (and removing cash), Gates can control and monitor everything commercial that a country and its citizens do. Western financial institutions—MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, eBay, and Citi—have long pushed for a cashless world. Electronic banking allows banks and financial consortiums to levy fees on every transaction. The Digital Economy will allow the Government to monitor and scrutinize every transaction, to freeze digital accounts, and to block “financial flows” to punish disobedience. Operating in a public-private partnership with government, tech billionaires will not only control the nation but will be able to micromanage the worldwide population. Digitized currency is the ultimate instrument of social control. After all, in a cashless society, survival is impossible without access to the digitized economic system. The poor—lacking bank accounts—will suffer disproportionately. Trillionaire Borg While the lockdown is a cataclysm for the world economy, it is an opportunity for Gates. By purchasing our devalued assets at a penny on the dollar, Gates’ $100 billion might make him the world’s first trillionaire, not. The Rothschild’s hold that honor! But the quarantine is also an opportunity to enlarge his power and domination. Under Gates’ leadership, Microsoft became known as “The Borg” because of his appetite for total market control. Now, Gates seeks to bring all humanity under his boot. His worship of technology and his megalomania threaten our freedoms, our democracy, our biology, our planet, our humanity, and our souls. Thousands of peer-reviewed, published studies abundantly document wireless technology’s profound, adverse, physical effects on humans, animals and plants. Sickness and environmental degradation from wireless technology is already widespread. Big Telecom control of U.S. and global regulatory agencies and media and Gates’ financial control of the World Health Organization have allowed a few billionaires to propagate the patent lie that wireless is safe. Gates’ technological dreams are not biologically sustainable. His Tower of Babel is bound to collapse, with catastrophic impact for lesser humans. working Billionaire Bill Gates has warned that "crazy" anti-vaxxers are threatening to jeopardize the success of the coming COVID-19 vaccine. Speaking Thursday, Gates, the second-richest man in the world, said those who oppose vaccinations could wreck attempts to develop a coronavirus vaccine if they refuse to take it and reduce the level of herd immunity. For the vaccine to work as planned, over 80 percent of people may need to be vaccinated. Microsoft co-founder Gates says he fears anti-vaccine "craziness" might put people off getting it, however. Gates, who now donates hundreds of millions of dollars to global health causes, describes the prospect as "worrying." For a vaccine to be successful at stamping out a virus, enough people must get them to ensure that a vast majority of the population is immune and the disease can no longer spread. The fastest moving COVID-19 vaccine is being developed by the University of Oxford Mr. Gates's comments come as vaccine trials on humans are in full swing in the UK and the University of Oxford has announced it will test its candidate in Brazil now. Falling levels of the virus circulating in Britain, where the outbreak is fading, means it will be increasingly difficult to test the vaccine because there is nothing to test it against. In Brazil, however, COVID-19 cases are still rising rapidly and its outbreak is second only to the US, with 555,000 confirmed diagnoses. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which Gates runs with his wife, has donated more than $250 million (£200 million) to the search for a coronavirus vaccine. A vaccine is considered to be the only way to stamp out the virus because it is too deadly for countries to leave it to run unchecked. The widespread use of a vaccine would build up herd immunity to the virus, meaning that so many people are immune to it that it doesn't have a big enough pool of potential victims to cause a proper outbreak. There will always be people who cannot have vaccines - those whose immune systems don't work, such as cancer patients, for example - so high uptake in the healthy population is crucial. Experts say at least two-thirds of people would need to be immune to COVID-19 to stop another epidemic. The higher the uptake of a vaccine, the better it works. For measles, the target is to vaccinate 95 percent of the population. But anti-vaxxers refuse to have jabs or give them to their children over concerns they may be harmful or used only to make money. Mr. Gates said on BBC Radio 4 Thursday morning: "It is troubling that in times like that, and accelerated by digital tools, there is so much craziness. Eventually, when we have the vaccine, we will want to develop the herd immunity to have over 80 percent of the population taken. If they have heard that it is a plot or vaccines, in general, are bad, and we don't have people willing to take the vaccine, then that will let the disease continue to kill people. One theory suggests Gates, who made his fortune as a computer magnate, plans to use a vaccine to implant microchips in people, and that the global pandemic, which has killed almost 400,000 people, is a cover-up. The theory is based on a suggestion by Mr. Gates that there would one day be "digital certificates" to show who had been vaccinated or had COVID-19 already, like medical records, the BBC reported. it wanted to track people or use microchips were "false." Gates added on Radio 4: "I'm kind of surprised that some of that is focused on me. We are just giving money away to get there to be a tool. We just write cheques to pharma companies [and] we happen to have a lot of the smart pharmaceutical expertise in our foundation, and are considered a fair broker between governments and the companies to help pick the best approach." One of the fastest moving candidates for a vaccine is that being developed by the University of Oxford, which is already in human trials in the UK. The vaccine has recruited thousands of people to test the safety of the jab, but testing whether it actually works will become a tall order now that the virus is fading out in Britain. As a result, the team is shipping it to Brazil, which is now in the grip of the world's fastest-growing outbreak. There have been more than half a million people diagnosed there and more than 30,000 have died. Bill Gates says he is “worrying that there is some of that crazy stuff.” The vaccine will be tested on 2,000 people working in healthcare environments between the ages of 18 and 55, said the Federal University of Sao Paulo, which is in charge of the study. The president of the university, Soraya Smaili, said the volunteers "must be health professionals between 18 and 55 years old and be at high risk of infection, for example, cleaning and support staff in units treating COVID-19 patients." Professor Smaili added the vaccine was being tested in Brazil "because we are in the acceleration phase of the epidemiological curve." Britain, on the other hand, is coming out the other side of its peak, and case numbers are declining, meaning it will be hard to measure the effects of a vaccine because so few people are getting infected. The current best estimate is that around 8,000 people per day are catching the virus, with around 54,000 infected at any given time. The university added: "The results will be fundamental for the vaccine's approval in the United Kingdom, expected late this year." Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca has agreed to mass-produce Oxford's vaccine and help to distribute it if it becomes successful.
