1. When selecting your bike, check the tires to ensure they are properly inflated before checking your bike out.

2. Adjust the bike seat height before checking your bike out.

3. Ride codes only last for 5 minutes once they are generated.

4. Always input a valid phone number so that we can send you messages to ensure your bike is properly docked.

5. Always wait for the green light!

6. When undocking the bike, pull up on the back of the seat for easy undocking.
