Bar Guns

All hydraulic, non-electric Wunder-Bar® dispensers are

a convenient and reliable way to dispense beverages

and provide consistent brix ratios, correct mixture and

carbonation. Precision diff users provide fast fl ow rates

with minimal foaming and minimal brix stratifi cation.

“Kwik-Klip” retainers make connecting tubing to manifolds

easier and help prevent leaks. No tools are necessary for

installation.

Confi gurations are available for post-mix, pre-mix, juice,

wine and liquor. Each dispenser is factory wet-checked at

pressures far exceeding normal usage prior to shipment,

and every bar gun is backed by a 3-year warranty.

Carbonated and non-carbonated soda guns are available

in 5 to 14 button confi gurations. All bar guns include

quick disconnect manifold, stainless steel input fi ttings,

hose hanger and mounting hardware.

Our most popular bar gun modelsStandard hose length is 36". Other models with hose lengths up to 72" are available. Inlet fi ttings are ¼" stainless steel

Locking hat plugs allow for service to one valve cavity

at a time. Plugs stay put, even under pressure.

Optional shut-off screw extensions allow the shut-off

screws to be turned off /on with finger and thumb.

Includes cover guard. Order with or without this feature.

Manifold end of flex-hose assembly now includes a

welded stainless steel bushing, not plastic. Optional

barrier tubing prevents flavor cross-over from pungent

beverage syrups.

Replace stem seal O-ring from the top of the handle,

not the bottom, even under pressure. Retainer plate is

removed, then O-ring.

New shut-off screw includes soft-tip for positive shut-off . All handle heels now include split heel design.

NEW Kwik Klip stays put. Won’t pull out. Sanitary drip tray design catches any nozzle drip and

provides sanitary air-gap from nozzle. Nozzle stays clean.

New drip tray is NSF listed.

Mark 4 Post-Mix Bar Guns®

The Wunder-Bar mechanical fl ex-hose bar dispensers provide

excellent carbonation, minimal brix stratification, fast flow rate and

minimal foaming due to their precision machined diff users.

Bar guns are available in 1 to 14 button models (with the exception

of 11 and 13 button models) with three types of manifolds:

permanent connection, quick disconnect or flow-regulated. Barrier

tubing is optional. Choose from five colors: black, blue, red, green

and cabana blue. Dispensers include stainless steel input fittings,

hose hanger and mounting hardware.

All Wunder-Bar post-mix flex-hose dispensers include two water

meter adjustment screws which allow 2:1 ratio products to be

brixed independently from 4:1 or 5:1 ratios. No more sacrificing flow

rates to obtain a 2:1 brix! Juice dispensers also include two water

metering screw adjustments.

Bar guns can be confi gured for most combinations of carbonated,

non-carbonated, non-carbonated pre-mixed or wine products at

the factory, or in the fi eld without shutting off the dispenser. All

seven, eight, and nine button dispensers can be upgraded to 10

button dispensers since all the necessary valves and product tubes

are already installed into the dispenser. Simply add buttons on the

handle, and input modules and input fittings on the manifold.

Buttons and Butterfly Plates

By removing the button plate, buttons can be

changed. After removing the butterfly retainer

and screws and lifting out the butterfly plates,

various standard configurations and endless

special configurations can be created. Buttons

and button plates can be removed while the

dispenser is under pressure.

Mark 4 Post-Mix Bar Guns

Wunder-Bar’s Refurbishing Program

Wunder-Bar will refurbish post-mix dispensers within

8 years of original date of manufacture. To find and

understand date codes, please contact your MBS

representative. A $20 credit/rebate toward the purchase

of a new gun will be given for older guns. Refurbishing

includes a complete clean and strip, new tubing,

new O-rings and any new parts required, including a

MARK 4 dispensers begin with M4 followed by a dash.

There are no more dashes, unless the model includes

NSF designation. Example: M410620KSM3 is a... MARK4,

10 button, 6 carbonated, 2 non-carbonated, zero pre-mix

non-carbonated, black(K), Series 2.5 (S), metering screw

manifold (M), 3 ft. hose length.

Upon request shutoff screw extensions will be included

at no charge, and the model number will not be aff ected.

Upon request 8 barrier lines are available at no cost, and

are not part of the model number. 4 barrier lines are

standard.

Upon request old style drip cups and hangers are

available at no cost, and are not reflected in the model

number. New dispensers ordered without instructions

will include the new sanitary drip tray and hanger.

*Juice dispensers are only available with metering screws.

Installation Instructions:1. (FOR CONVERSION KIT ONLY) Remove the existing PM10-40 hose hanger (and old style drip cup) from the bar

top by un-screwing the three mounting screws. Discard the screws and old style drip cup.

2. Position the PH10-121 (drip cup holder) into the recess located under the PM10-40 (hose hanger) and align the

three matching mounting screw holes.

3. Position the combined PH10-121 and PM10-40 under the countertop, in the desired mounting location, with

the alignment line lined-up with the front edge of the countertop.

4. Install three PM10-65 (#10 x ¾" phillips pan head screws) through the three mounting holes and into the

countertop, completely, until no screw threads are visible or exposed below the screw hole mounting bosses.

5. Install one end of teh PH10-106 (6' drain tube) onto the PH10-121's (drip cup holder) drain nipple, fully.

6. Extend the other end of the PH10-106 (6' drain tube) to the fl oor sink or drain. Do not install drain tube end into

the ice bin or sink drain.

7. Install the PM10-76 (grommet) into the PM10-40 (hose hanger).

8. Install the PH10-122 (drip cup insert) into the PH10-121 (drip cup holder).
