Career Prospects
The infrastructure development in Hong Kong and Mainland China generates an increasing demand for well-trained civil engineers.
This programme is designed to provide students with a broad-based and high-quality interdisciplinary educa�on in areas of environmental, geotechnical, hydraulic, structural and transporta�on engineering as well as construc�on management. It aims to nurture all-round civil engineering graduates who are ready to work on projects with commercial, social, legal and poli�cal complexi�es.
• Four-year full-�me comprehensive programme.• Opportunity to join exchange programmes for 1-2 semesters at interna�onally famed universi�es.• Prac�cal training modules in the technologically advanced Industrial Centre of the University.• Summer placement in Hong Kong, Mainland China or overseas.

Scholarship
Full accredita�on has been granted by The Hong Kong Ins�tu�on of Engineers (HKIE). Graduates of this programme are expected to be qualified for Corporate Membership of HKIE a�er appropriate trainings. Graduates are eligible to join Scheme A training of HKIE in the disciplines of Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural and Logis�cs & Transporta�on*.*For details, please refer to the curriculum.
