2015- April - AGB Events- Artist Liaison Coordinator Discovery Day: Managing all activities, artists & speakers for each site of the event. Calling each group to make sure they have received important event details via email. Sending out emails too all groups containing information to assist them on arrival. Organising courier to pick up/ drop off needed materials for the event. Liaising with 3 site mangers from bump in to bump out, making sure they have everything as requested & everything during the event runs smoothly.

2014-Current- Banta Brand – Founder/ Marketing & Social Media Manger: working with a team of 4 to plan and execute different ways to market Banta Brand, Time Management, Deadlines & working under pressure while delivery marketing material for all social media platforms in a unique and different way.

2010- That Festival - Marketing / event director assistant: PA for director and making sure everything works smoothly and on time. Double checking certain things and working under pressure. First point of contact for all external activities, artists and staff arriving on site to assist with general knowledge of the site throughout the bump in/ bump out and festival duration.

2010-2013 - East Coast Blues & Roots Festival- Volunteer Coordinator’s assistant. Managing 20-60 Volunteers for 6 days & 6 nights, organising shifts, allocating jobs, liaising with department heads. Involved high level of team leadership and management skills while under pressure.

2010 - Canberra Day Live Concert- VIP Area. This involved the entire organisation of the VIP area at the Parliament House, Canberra. Organising a theme, designing décor’. Help organising the set up for catering, cocktail and wine bar. This involved a lot of team work and leadership skills while working in direct heat for extended hours

2010 - Australia Day Official Awards Ceremony, Commonwealth Park, Canberra. Assisting in event bump in and bump out, being part of the team organising staging, AV, lighting, MC area & making sure seating was set up correctly.

2010 - Fashion at Caldera- Event Manager- Budgeting, Promoting, hiring staff, organising meetings for the event, lighting, props, Bar, models and presenting the concept to our client in a professional way that satisfied them.
