You have the right to select the Startup Kit you wish. The contents of each Startup Kit are analyzed on the next page of this form. A necessary requirement for the completion of the Application Form is the free choice of products worth at least 70 € BEAUTY / 100 € MIX (including VAT). Each Startup Kit contains a “Discount Coupon” that is received upon the delivery of the Startup Kit. A necessary requirement for the redemption of the coupon is the New Partner’s participation in the Starter Seminar of the Teamleader or Organisation Leader, the Leader’s signature and its dispatch to LR within the next 8 weeks. The New Partner has the right to redeem the coupon from his next order. By signing the Application Form, I accept the transaction, commission and payment terms as well as the code of conduct as defined in the “Plan to Success” and posted on the web site of the company www. LRworld.com. The Partner Application Form cannot be submitted by people under the age of 18 or people who are unable for transactions or subject to relevant court prohibition. The personal data contained in this Partner Application Form will be used solely for the care of the Partner by the company and will not be disclosed to any third parties, with the exception of the Sponsor, the Team Leader and the Organization Leader.

Once you place your order, it is directly forwarded for execution and dispatch.The dispatch of the products is made by the Tachymetafores ELTA Service in about 1-2 business days after the invoicing of the order, whereas for Cyprus the dispatch is made by the courier company Kronos Express.
LR reserves the right to deliver the order or part of it later due to force majeure.
TERMS OF TRANSACTIONS WITH LR HEALTH & BEAUTY - The right to purchase products from LR is obtained on the day on which LR Health & Beauty ΕΠΕ accepts the Partner Application Form, grants a Partner Code and the Partner receives the Startup Kit.
- The Partner, in case he/she wishes to exercise free activity, should abide by the provisions of the current applicable tax law. In case the Partner is a trader and buys the products of the company in order to resell them, he should inform the company, give his personal information and his VAT registration number and ask for the issuance of a Sales Invoice.
- The purchase of products takes place directly by LR. The purchase of products from or among Partners is not allowed. The sale of products from LR takes place solely directly, i.e. the sale in a specific place, markets or trade fairs is not allowed. The sale of other products and services is allowed only with prior special approval by LR in writing. The LR Partner is only allowed to inform people about LR, the LR products and the way of promoting the products that align with the official publicity materials of LR. In no case should the Partner promote products and services of other companies to other LR Partners or mediate for the purchase of the above mentioned purchase.
- The online sale of products (on the Internet) is not allowed. The Partner has the right to own a personal site on the Internet solely for the purpose of advertising his/her activity as an LR Partner. The content of the webpage should be approved in writing by LR.
-The Partner, when he/she decides to engage in the sale of the products, shall use as Sales Tools (publicity materials, price lists, catalogues etc.) the ones of LR and only the original ones. The use of non-approved publicity materials gives the company the right
to terminate immediately the cooperation. -The publicity materials or advertisements with photos of LR products and the use of the trade names “LR Health & Beauty, LR International, LR Cosmetic, LD Racine, L DE Racine, Lady Racine, Line Racine, LR” require an approval by LR Health & Beauty ΕΠΕ in writing.
-The LR Partner shall not disclose the personal information of other LR Partners to third parties without prior approval by LR and the Partner concerned. If the Partner sponsors other partners, he/she gets a commission for the information and support according to the LR Marketing Plan.
-The known LR bonus provision system is explicitly part of this Agreement. The compliance with the guidelines of the sponsor is a fundamental principle of the LR system, absolutely necessary for the protection of all the Partners. According to the above mentioned, the transfer of a Partner to another line is impossible. Former Partners, spouses and at least first grade relatives of the former Partners may reengage in their activity at least 12 months after the interruption of their activity as LR Partners unless it is the sponsor himself/herself that mediates for them, which means that they can reengage in their activity earlier than that.
-The necessary requirement for the payment of a Bonus on the group turnover is fulfilled when the Partner has a 150 PV personal turnover at the end of the month. For the payment of the monthly bonuses to a new Partner, he/she has to attend at least two Startup Seminars and at least one product Seminar that can be certified by the career passport.
-The return of products is accepted within 14 days from the issuance of an invoice. The Partner will receive a credit note if the
products are in excellent condition, in their original packaging and suitable for resale or in case of a return due to a fault with the product. Sales tools or sales samples cannot be returned.
-LR has the right to pass on the debt in the Bonuses and the commissions of the Partner. The Partner is not allowed to deduct the Bonuses and the commissions from his liabilities. If he wishes a refund of his money for some of the products he/she has returned, then he/she gets the value of the credit note as a refund after the deduction of the already paid Bonuses and commissions, as well as a 15% compensation.
-In case of violation of the above mentioned terms, LR has the right to terminate the cooperation without any other obligation. If the Partner wishes to stop his activity as a Partner, he/she shall inform the company at the end of each month. The cooperation may also be terminated if the Partner has made no order within 6 months from the issuance date of the last invoice.
- If any of the above mentioned terms is found partly or fully void, this does not affect the validity of any other term. The void clause shall be replaced by the relevant provisions foreseen by the law.
