•PROGRAM SERVICESSERVICES TO BE PERFORMED•Briggs & Stratton approved items only on virtual store sites

•Assist in design and implementation of Dealer promotions

•Will develop broadcast emails to end–users

•Returns will be allowed for damaged/defective/misprinted items

•Handling fees will not be charged on the employee/public site

•Handling fees to dealers will only apply for multiple drop shipments

•Dealer Site Set–up Fees –The set up fees for Dealer Site will apply to all logos not included in employee/public site assortment. –Any order requiring customization will require a set up charge. –All orders with vendor minimums will require initial set up fees. –The set up fees will be passed to the dealer at checkout.

Briggs & Stratton is seeking a single sign on platform which will allow the purchase of promotional products, and the ability to consolidate their ordering to a single vendor. OD Promo will build, host and maintain a branded website which offers various products selected by Briggs & Stratton.

HIGH LEVEL REQUIREMENTS1. One general login will be utilized

by all site users, with an option to login as an administrator

2. Host and maintain branded website

3. Branded website with Logo Library

4. No custom text to be allowed

5. Support a minimum of 40+ products, including apparel

6. One–color and full–color logo imprinting available

7. Entry of shipping information will be required

8. Allow credit card for employees & public, administrators will have the ability to enter a cost center

9. Site will allow administrators to place special order requests

10. Employee & public orders do not require approval, however administrators will have that option

11. Reports are available to administrators for the entire site

12. History is designed to allow the administrator to access past orders

13. New products can be added on an ongoing basis

14. OD Promo Team will provide training, promotion and support

Please note: The Dealer Login button will only be visible if the site is accessed from the a link on the Dealer Services site. A unique token will be transmitted from the Dealer Services site to the store. The store will check the existence of this token as well as check that the user came from the Dealer Services site before allowing a dealer access. IT Teams will need to be engaged.
