especially for Bar t in Perus Topara Valley, the varieties offer
a mixture of
fruity, smokey and sharp citrusy heat and can be used to fire up
a wealth
of recipes. This organic selection includes Aji Amarillo, Panca
and Limo
chillies and the Aji Limo variety is also used in our Peruvian
Chilli in
Sunflower Oil our hottest chilli paste ever.
SUN DRIED TOMATOESGrown beneath the warm Italian sun, our
organic sundried tomatoes have
a sweet and powerful flavour. These store cupboard essentials
are great
chopped and scattered over salads or to add flavour to fresh
tomato soup
or pasta sauces.
TURMERICOur organic turmeric is
grown by the Kuttia
Kondh people of the
Deccan Plateau, a
remote and rocky
corner of India. Thegolden yellow colour of
this spice signifies its
