barcelona, spaInThe Swimming Complex offers a fantastic outdoor heated olympic size
swimming pool ideal for winter training camps. This swimming pool complex
can be used all year round and is located only 100 metres from the beach.
The swimming pool is kep at a temperature of 27ºC, with the added bonus of
the micro climate of the area - almost rainless, quite sunny, and an average
temperature above 10ºC in the coldest winter months. These conditions make
it an ideal destination for swimming camps for clubs and teams from all over
the world who visit Barcelona to prepare for swimming competitions.
Adjacent to the swimming complex you will find a well equipped fitness
centre and weights room available for swimmers who chose Barcelona for the
swimming training camp.

Arrive into Spanish airport where the team will be transported via executive coach to your 4* swimming
complex hotel. Dependent on time of arrival at hotel there may be an opportunity for a swim practice and get
acclimatised to your swimming complex.
Today you will prepare for the competition ahead
with masterclass swimming coaching.
You will take part in a two hour session in the
morning, followed by a break for a nutritious lunch
before taking part in another two hour session in
the afternoon.
Compete in the first day of the friendly swimming
gala against local swimming club.
After the competition you will have plenty of time
to relax and enjoy your swimming complex at your
leisure, hit the gym or get some more practice in.

It’s time for your next masterclass swimming session with an Olympian Swimming Coach. You will be
given a pro-coaching session to improve swimming technique identifying areas for improvement.
In the afternoon you will take part in time challenges.
Compete in the second day of the friendly
swimming gala against local swimming club.
After lunch visit Girona, which is located between
the sea and the mountains, Girona boats a
privileged position. The Old Town is one of the
most reminiscent historical centre’s in Catalonia.

day 7Two hours training session in morning followed by a visit to the historic Roman Catholic Church La Sagrada
Familia, designed by the famous Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi as you soak up the rich history of Barcelona.
Enjoy the reminder of the day in Barcelona City before departing to home country.

After your morning training session you will enjoy
