Pisco, Raspberry, Lemon, Cava, Dill & Akvavit.

Raspberries are in Southamerica like diamonds. Not joking (maybe just exaggerating a bit), but buying them is as hard as it is expensive. So making this Pisco infusion over there, would be almost impossible.

Good that we live in Sweden...

An original Miss Voon signature cocktail that changes a bit with every menu, using the concept of making a twist on the classic Moscow Mule. The drink has been around for over seven years now, that must mean we’re doing something right.

Mandarin, Scotch, Umeshu, Mandarin Cordial & Bitters.

Absolutely zero waste was the plan for this concoction. The fruit used to infuse the whis-ky was later used to make the cordial, the hand carved ice are the remains of the big-ice-cubes we work with and the zests come from the fruit which infuses the whisky. A full circle!

“Take a little walk to the edge of town and go across the tracks...Where the viaduct looms like a bird of doom as it shifts and cracks... Where secrets lie in the border fires in the humming wires, Hey man, you know you’re never coming back...” If this still doesn’t ring any bells we’ll make it easier for you: Is a Nick Cave song. Of course we had to honour him like this...

...For many others, the classic Whisky Sour is the queen of cocktails. And of course everyone knows that a king is nothing without a queen, so we made this creamy twist with a japanese touch to counterpart the one above. Gender equality for the people!

For many of us bartenders, the classic Daiquiri is the king of cocktails. This is our hommage to the drink that’s made itself all over the entire world. In our version, we’ve added some of our favourite ingredients that really highlight what a good cocktail should be. An original Miss Voon signature and the perfect crowd pleaser.

Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and moreover, a way of life. In many cases, through different kinds of herbs, shamans will treat your mind, body and soul. Just like a shaman, this cocktail based on rosemary and lavender will help you to become a better you, at least for tonight.

Irish whisky, Lemon, Miso-Yuzu, Ginger & Smoke.

This twist of a contemporary classic has everything in it, it’s salty, sweet, acid, spicy and even smokey. It might be wrong to call it a flavour bomb, but damn… we might just go ahead and do it…

Tequila, Mezcal, Kiwi, Lime & Agave.

Actinidia Chinensis is the botanical name of this cocktail’s main ingredience. It was known in ancient China as Yang Tao and during the late 1960’s it was called ‘’Chinese gooseberry’’ by the Americans. Finally, by the kiwis in New Zealand it was named in honor of their native bird, Kiwi. Together with some tequila and mezcal it will make you go nuts.

Cachaça, Kahlúa, Ananas, Espresso, Salt & Coconut Foam.

Jabba the Hutt was one of the galaxy’s most powerful gangsters. Just like this fictional creature, our cocktail Java the Hutt is one of our menus most powerful flavor-bombs. Combining espresso, cacha-ça, pineapple and coconut, this unlikely combination will rule the galaxy.

Apple, Bourbon, Kabosu, Ancho Reyes, Lemon, Cinammon & Fire.

Tsugaru apples come from the Aomori pre-fecture in Japan, which is widely known for its apple production. The region produces the most apples in Japan, and also the highest quality. Our bourbon comes from Kentucky. It felt like a right choice to mix apples and bourbon. And sake. Orient and Occident in a mug. Prove us wrong. We’ll wait.

Gin, Green Chartreuse, Maraschino, Lemon & Ginger.

People start thinking green when it comes to drinks as well. The green project sym-bolizes all the 130 different herbs that are being used in the making of Chartreuse. Without a functioning earth we wouldn’t have an amazing spirit such as “the green button”.
