STANDARD CABINET SPECIFICATIONS• Cabinet fronts ore made from 3/4” solid maple wood.
Rails are pocket drilled and assembled with 1 1/4” screws for rugged durability.
• Side panels and bottom -½” plywood with matching exterior laminate -glued and stapled in a ½” dado in the cabinet’s front frame.
• Back panels -mode from vinyl-covered (inside only) ½”
plywood -are glued and nailed in a ½” dado and stapled to the hang rail and cabinet bottom.
• All-wood 3/4” corner blocks are installed on all corners
• Half-depth adjustable shelf of 3/4” plywood with bull-nosed, foil-covered front edges. The shelves are held in place with self-locking 1/4” diameter clips on the sides. toe kick -4 ½” high x 4 1/16” deep on standard cabinets.
FINISH, DRAWERS & HINGES• All drawers are constructed using 5/8” clear finished solid
wood with dovetail construction. Drawer bottom is 1/4” plywood in a dado into drawer sides. All drawers (including Pull-Outs) are rated for 75 lbs.

laminated to provide a smooth, durable interior.Wall Cabinets:• Sides are 1/2” plywood and 3/8” plywood floors. Interior parts are

panel. For painted cabinets MDF substrate is used to prevent veneer checking.
Hang Rails:• All hang rails are solid hardwood lumber.Frames:• Face frames are constructed of solid 3/4” kiln dried lumber. Side, top, and
bottom stiles are I 1/2”, Intermediate stiles are 3”. -Frames drilled, glued, and joined by screw type fasteners to provide a strong durable joint.
Drawers:• 5 8’” Standard Dovetail Drawer Boxes, - 5/8” finger jointed hardwood with
1/4” plywood bottoms. 3/4” Premium Dovetail Drawer Boxes - 3/4” hard-wood with 1/4” plywood bottoms, fully sanded with multi-coat finish, and logo brand Premium dovetail drawer heights are 3”, 4”, 7” & 10” tall.
Guides:• Standard Premium guides for drawers are Blum Tandem Edge 55lb dy-
namic load, for 75lb static load, self-closing undermount. Premium guides for drawers are Blum Tadem full extension guides for drawers are 75lb. dynamic load, 100lb static load (self-closing) under-mount concealed guides.
Shelves:• Adjustable shelves are constructed of 3/4” plywood and supported by steel
shelf pins.Toe Kick:• 1/4” thick X 3 3/4” tall matching finish plywood toe kick.
