Atwood SWA - Logan County

From Interstate 76 at the Atwood exit (Exit 115), go 3/4 mile north on Highway 63 to County Road 12 and then west (left). Go 1 3/4 miles west to CR 29.5 and then north (right).

Wildlife Area Offers:

Hunting: Deer, Rabbit, Squirrel, Pheasant, Turkey, Quail, Dove, Waterfowl

Recreation: Wildlife Viewing

A. Public access is prohibited from 9:00 pm – 4:00 am.

B. Camping is prohibited. C. Fires are prohibited. D. Dog training is prohibited. E. Horses are prohibited. F. Target practice is prohibited except when au-

thorized by the area wildlife manager.

G. All recreational activities, except deer hunt-ing, are prohibited on opening weekend of the regular plains rifle deer season and on the opening day and first weekend of the late plains rifle deer season.

H. The launching or takeout of vessels is prohib-ited during waterfowl seasons.
