1) Operating temperature2) Move gear selector through all gear

check ATF cooler in radiator

Bring Tranny to Operating temperature Drain and remove oil
pan
(It is easy to spill HOT ATF all over)DO NOT use shop rags to
clean inside tranny
lint can trap/block shift valves & passagesMake Sure the old
oil filter O-Ring is removed!Use clean ATF to lubricate any O-rings
or seals

Clean and straighten oil pan stamped steel oil pan can
“dimple”
from being over-tightenedAvoid using sealer on oil pan unless
specifiedDo not over-torque anythingRefill with proper type of ATF
