Using your knowledge of performance measurement, personal development and goal setting, produce an example of an employee’s work performance. Identify areas for development and explain what criteria must be attained in order for that employee to qualify for a development opportunity. Select an area for improvement, such as time management, and outline the training that your hypothetical employee could take in order to improve their performance, such as by informing them of the effect their lateness or slow pace has on the business and their teammates.
