ASBA is the Peak Body representing eight regionally-based Chapter associations of Bursars and Business Managers from non-government schools throughout Australia and New Zealand. These Chapter associations have a combined membership in excess of 1,300 key purchase decision makers, responsible for the sound financial management of their schools.
ASBA members work closely with their School Board and School Principal in areas of capital and recurrent acquisitions, construction and maintenance, risk management, human resource management, payroll and superannuation, information technology, transport, catering, boarding and many other facets of the non-academic life of a dynamic school environment.

In 2019 the Association of school business Administrators Limited (AsbA) will host a major national conference at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart from 1-4 October 2019.

The ASBA2019 Organising Committee will be hosting a trade exhibition to coincide with the Conference. The exhibition is a major component of the Conference and will feature the most up to date information and products available.
The Conference Program has been designed to maximise the opportunity for delegates to visit the exhibition. All refreshment breaks will be located within the exhibition area and this will be the primary networking arena for delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.
Companies have the opportunity to purchase one exhibition booth. If you are interested in purchasing multiple booths please advise the Conference Secretariat at the time of booking, so that your details can be included on a wait list should there be a surplus of booths closer to the time of the Conference.

Limited exhibition space
As exhibition space is limited in this venue, priority will be given until December 2018, to sponsors based on the number of ASBA National Conferences at which they have previously exhibited. After this, priority will be given by date of application and payment of booth cost in full.
A waiting list will be put in place for booths and maintained in order of application.

Conditions of payment
Payment of a 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of your sponsorship and exhibition selections. Of the balance owing 50% will be due 12 months prior to the event and the remaining 25% will be due 6 months prior to the event commencing. failure to pay your sponsorship and exhibition invoice in full, by 12 April 2019, will result in your sponsorship item or exhibition stand being released for sale. Please Note: All benefits will be extended subject to the time of confirmation of sponsorship. In some case deadlines may have expired and the benefits cannot be extended.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email and must be signed by the person whose signature appears on this form (or their nominee). Cancellations received prior to 13 April 2019 will have their deposit returned less a $100 administration fee. Cancellationsafter12April2019andpriorto8June2019willforfeittheirdepositpayment.Cancellationsafter7June2017 will receive no refund and will be liable for payment of the balance should it not have been received by the cancellation date.
