• A blockchain is a digital record of transactions. The

name comes from its structure, in which

individual records, called blocks, are linked together in single list, called a chain.

made with cryptocurrencies, such as

• Artificial intelligence and algorithms are behind many of today’s products and services.

• Take Netflix for example. By collecting, storing, and analyzing your data, the platform curates lists of movies it believes you would like to watch.

• And the truth is, its curated lists are typically spot on to our interests.

• But collecting, storing, and analyzing this data costs an enormous amount of money and we’ve seen time and time again how traditional forms of data storage can lead to disaster.

• Data breaches are all over the news on a regular basis.

• Multiple parties are involved in the process with different interests or having different policies: Supplier, External Supplier, Bank, etc.

• Free information exchange among involving parties to improve the transparency of the processes.

• Any of the participating parties can be compromised at any point of time, but the system should not fail as long as majority are good.

• Data stored in a blockchain environment is highly secure. Cryptography is integrated into blockchain’sfiling system, making it perfect for the storage of personal and confidential data.

• When unlocked and combined with artificial intelligence, groundbreaking technologies can be used to add much convenience to our lives.

• All in all, AI and Blockchain technologies work very well together to mine data and pinpoint patterns and hidden insights.

Pengertian Agroindustri• Agroindustri adalah kegiatan yang memanfaatkan

hasil pertanian sebagai bahan baku, merancang dan menyediakanperalatan serta jasa untuk kegiatan tersebut.

• Agroindustri merupakan bagian dari kompleks industri pertaniansejak produksi bahan pertanian primer, industri pengolahan atautransformasi sampai penggunaannya oleh konsumen.

• Agroindustri merupakan kegiatan yang saling berhubungan(interelasi) produksi, pengolahan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan, pendanaan, pemasaran dan distribusi produk pertanian.

1. Data collection to capture human-to-human, human-to-machine, machine-to-machine, human-to-environment interactions.

2. Building Universal Big Dataset that consists of large volume of data, various types of data, and various media forms of data. This Universal Big Dataset has the 5V’s: Value, Volume, Velocity, Variety, Veracity.

3. Features selection and use them to develop A Framework. At this stage, several data pre-processing techniques may apply in order to reduce dimension, clusters them, find relationship, etc.

4. Platform design is where one to choose appropriate algorithm for the model chosen, determine the technology to use to support computations, establish database schema, etc.

• Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain evolve to the socialization of software.

• It’s clear to see combining blockchain technology and artificial intelligence is going to transform every industry.

• Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain are going to lead to enhanced efficiency in business processes, higher quality services, and products

• Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain will further push the development of computer science.

• To get the full benefit of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain, at least three prerequisites are required: Decentralized Applications, Distributed ledger, Cryptography

• Blockchain impacts to agroindustry performances are high. The nature of data in agroindustry is big, multiple sources, multi-dimension, temporal, and spatial. So the applicability of AI technology is high.
