Asit K. Biswas, Ph.D. Distinguished Visiting Professor Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy National University of Singapore
Prof. Asit Biswas is one of the world’s leading authorities on water management. He has been a senior advisor to many governments and UN agencies. He has published more than 680 scientific and technical papers.
Cecilia Tortajada, Ph.D. Senior Research Fellow Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy National University of Singapore
Dr. Cecilia Tortajada has over 20 years experience on water, environment and natural resources management. She has been an advisor for several international and national organizations, such as UNDP, FAO, the World Bank among others.
Yutaka Takahasi, Ph.D. Professor Emeritus
Prof. Yutaka Takahasi worked as a professor in the University of Tokyo from 1968 to 1987, and Shibaura Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2010. He was a senior academic advisor to United Nations University. He was awarded Japan Prize for his contribution to research on river basin management.
Taikan Oki, Ph.D. Professor Institute of Industrial Science The University of Tokyo
Prof. Taikan Oki is a prominent researcher on global water balance and water resources, remote sensing in hydrology, and other fields. He contributed to the IPCC Fifth Assessment Report as a coordinating lead author.
Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy will set up a booth near the hall entrance to provide information and consultation.
