Application of Fuel Surcharge as of February 1, 2017

Dear Sirs, The transport area has witnessed a continuous increase in fuel prices which, together with the worsening of its tax burden, has a significant impact on the price of transport and therefore also on the costs of delivering goods. Although there is some uncertainty as to the increase in fuel prices, it is not expected to return to lower values, thus Schenker Transitários, SA considers it necessary to apply a fuel surcharge, as from 1 February 2017, indexed to the price of simple Diesel (Average price), and that will be adjusted monthly, according to the fluctuations of these prices. This surcharge, applicable to all road transport services, shall be calculated according to the following formula:

Surcharge = (current price – reference price) / reference price x 40

Surcharge = Fuel surcharge, in percentage. Current price = Arithmetic average of the last 4 prices of Simple Diesel in Continental

Portugal, published in www.dgeg.pt, in the last working day of the prior month to which the surcharge shall be applicable.

Reference price = Price of Simple Diesel in Continental Portugal, published on 26-12-

2016 (€1,213 / liter) in www.dgeg.pt. 40 = Percentage weight that the fuel represents in the total transport cost.
