EB RiseUP!
AIESEC Javeriana Structure 2014-1
Application Process
“DP F Raise things UP!”
The first strategy forAIESEC 2020
“If you can do it, you can thrive it”
Here it is what you have been waiting for. For me it is a
honor to run this selection process. Now we are looking for
the next leaders of our home, just the bravest applicants
whose willigness is big enough to give everything in the
process. Leading AIESEC Javeriana, being a DPF Member, it
is a rewarding adventure. If this idea makes your heart beat
faster, you are in the right pathway!
Today we understood that when you want something you
have to run to achieved it because the world needs
entrepreneur people, need leaders to fulfill promisesthrough actions. Now it´s time to make it happen. We will
aim to conquest the top, and connect people to create the
greatest experiences we can offer in order to impact oursociety in a positive way. Now it´s time to be the boost that
our society needs and thrive for all.
Representing AIESEC Javeriana is a privilege. It is not going to be easy, but it’s going
to be worthy. Let’s expand our impact, through the efficiency to deliver more than
500 high quality experiences together in this year.
Your are the future leaders who will change the world, we will be the first strategy to
implement in IC 2015 when leaders around the world take a sit to think about AIESEC
2020, THIS WILL BE OUR YEAR, THE BEST STRATEGY! Now, the question is: Are you
ready to live the best amazing, fantastic, extraordinary and challenging experience of
your lives and also the fabulous year in AIESEC Javeriana´s life?
Welcome to the process. I wish you the best in it. I'm waiting to have you in our
Director Penguin Force.
Let´s go to break our bubble and drive our unstoppable growth by extraordinary
experiences!
“Penguins Raise things UP!”
Dear Penguins
It’s been six months since I entered the committee, and since
then I have lived experiences I never thought I would,
experiences that made me grow, both on the personal and
professional scopes. All this, shows me I’m on the right place - I
am where I’m supposed to be.
When I started, I tried really hard to accomplish and complete all
the tasks that were assigned to me; I tried my hardest to
demonstrate I was the right person for the job; I saw all my
efforts were being noticed and answered by AIESEC through the
new challenges to face and the new opportunities to take. I
continued working my hardest and ended up where I am today,
happier than ever.
AIESEC promises us Fulfillment of Humankind's Potential, and gives us all the tools and
opportunities to achieve it, but it is up to us to take these and make the best out of them,
not only for us but for the society in need of young people ready to work the way to change.
From what has been said before I want to distinguish two invitations for all the membership:
first, do everything on the best way you can, put every part of you into what you are doing so
you can get as far as it is possible in the road to success. The energy you put into what you
are doing will bring nothing different than excellent results. Do not dismiss opportunities,
most times these will only present once in a lifetime and you will surely regret thinking on
what could have been.
My second advice for you is to face the challenges that, on a particular way, AIESEC presents
to you. Go ahead and make a difference - do things different - you can get different, unique
and awesome results!
To conclude, I want to congratulate those of you who are accepting the opportunity of being
directors, those who are facing the challenge, that want to give more than 100%, those who
have nothing but the best to give, not only for personal growth but to achieve positive
changes for a society in need.
Don't forget, if you want real change, walk different.
Transcending together, shaping the world

replies: "I think you're bad for @Javeriana and I think you're the wrong person
to run this team… You really should leave this organization… You don't know

many middle managers don't respect you". How would you react and what
