31. Upgrade of Old Coach Road required past Princetown Recreation Reserve to allow access to proposed Eco lodge & Cabins

32. Outdoor heated swimming & heated spa pool with pool pumphouse and outside massage/day spa area in small pavilions. Pavilion forms to be reminiscent of bird nests

33. New unsealed shared pedestrian/bicycle path from Day Centre / Activity Precinct to Old Coach Road is proposed. Replacement of the existing walking trail between bridge and development entry is a future project and not part of this submission

34. Potential location for shared 12 Apostles Trail - connect to new shared path from Restaurant / Day Centre / Activity entrance (Future Project: part of Shipwreck Coast Masterplan works - not part of this submission)

35. Access through Crown Land allotment. Gravel road and path with no signage on Crown Land

36. Existing bridge approaches slightly raised to provide all weather access.

37. Cabin guest parking on north side of entry road and Lodge guest parking to south side of entry road with path connection back to lodge

38. Extend Old Coach Road in this area to meet property boundary
