1. It saves money! The entire program costs only about $12 per student, peryear, for one campus.

2. It saves Time!Due to the effects of EAFK upon student behavior andattitudes, teacher workloads decrease and they discover an average of 45 additional minutes per day in recovered timeto do their jobs more efficiently.

3. It delivers results!EAFK reduces student disciplinary referrals, enhancesstudent academic performance, and improves campus interactions and relationships with student families.

All of these benefits create a LearningEnvironment that not only enhances academicsand SEL, but also, improves behavior, campus

culture and social awareness.

Service Above Self, the rotary slogan, applieswholeheartedly with EAFK. This program allows you toimpact an entire campus and serve your community.

EAFK teaches students to be ambassadors on campus. It helps them to take ownership of their emotions and

actions which gives educators strong talking pointswhen addressing a student.

EarlyAct FirstKnight (or EAFK) is a social emotional learning (SEL) program for

elementary and middle school students that focuseson students' social-emotional development. Using

the exciting world of the Arthurian knights, thisinnovative program develops strong character,

social skills, EQ, and resiliency skills. The program, that was developed by Randall Parr, is designed to

be funded by participating Rotary Clubs to minimizethe cost out of pocket to schools.

“INTELLIGENCE PLUS CHARACTER, THAT IS THE GOAL OF TRUE EDUCATION."

Faculty/Admin/Sponsor Training

Knighting Ceremonies

Student Service Club

The legendary world of Arthurian lore comes to life  during our regularly scheduled, school-wide Knighting Ceremonies lead by one of our staff Knights. Students, teachers and parents all  enjoy this time to celebrate the students who embody these virtues as real life examples to  the student body and uplift the campus  culture.

This hands on component of EAFK allowsstudents to experience the real-worldapplication of what they're learning. Student officers, guided by Rotarian  and faculty advisors, will plan andfacilitate one local and internationalservice project per year. Club meetings take place on campus bimonthly and last about 30 minutes.

You can expect EAFK staff to be there when you need us becausewe are here for you and your students.
