Exclusive use of the Caer Rhun starts at 12pm on the intended day of arrival and ends atter breakfast time the following day.

The Apothecary

The Apothecary offers an intimate and stylish venue, with its high ceilings, bookcases, ornamental fireplace and large beautiful bay window overlooking our amazing cedar tree. This room offers a chic retreat for a small and intimate ceremony.

The Morning Room

Overlooking the gardens at Caer Rhun Hull, The Morning Room is a stunning venue. The large central open fireplace is the focus of the room and adds to the charm and character.

The Grand Hall

At the heart of the house, this magnificent oak panelled hall with leaded windows overlooks the courtyard. Features also include, a grand fireplace which provides a unique backdrop for both your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.

The Terrace and Garden Pavilion

For a wedding with a WOW factor why not hire our Garden Pavilion? We work with the very best marquee company to offer you a venue which will bring a touch of magic to your big day and will also be the perfect venue for your evening celebrations.

Food and Drink

Combining delicious flavours, fresh ingredients and stunning presentation, we’ll make sure you and your guests dine on fantastic food throughout your big day. From gourmet buffets to three course meals, we can tailor menus to your individual needs and cater for all different dietary requirements. We can also partner with carefully selected kosher caterers and specialist Asian caterers for large events, weddings and other celebrations.

St Mary’s Church Caer Rhun

Nestled alongside the banks of the River Conwy, St. Mary’s offers an oasis of calm on a site that was once a bustling Roman fort. The building has a beautiful simplicity and welcomes those who live nearby in villages well as those who live far away. St Mary’s Church is only a five-minute walk from Caer Rhun Hall.

THE CEDAR

YOUR LITTLE GUESTS We’ll prepare healthy and tasty meals for your little guests. Family rooms and cots are also available if required, just speak to your Wedding Planner.

Children over 12 years of age who are sharing their parents rooms will carry a supplement charge.

THE END OF THE NIGHT Your guests’ bedrooms will range from cosy single rooms to large feature rooms, boasting a large rainforest shower and plenty of Tara Smith products.

The Anderson, with its vast bed, freestanding bath, fully-stocked pantry and stunning views over the grounds, will be for the happy couple. The perfect place to relax and take in your thoughts after your perfect day.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? One of our experienced wedding planners will help you plan your wedding day at Caer Rhun from beginning to end. Once you have viewed the house and decided on a date, it can be held for up to two weeks with no obligation.

A non-refundable deposit of £1000.00 will be required to confirm your date and you will be sent two contracts along with our terms and conditions. The contract will contain a suggested structure for your day, this will be a working document which will be updated throughout the planning for your wedding celebrations.

Once you have made a provisional booking, if you choose to marry in one of our venues, it will be necessary for you to make contact with our local registry office who will advise you of the formal arrangements required for your ceremony. A fee will be payable for the services of the registration staff and this is made

directly to them prior to the ceremony. The registry office will be able to advise you of all the specific details. Please note, the booking of the registrar is your responsibility.

When you have signed and retuned your contract, your wedding has started. As your day approaches we will assist with the selection of menus, drinks and advise on all the important touches to make your day run smoothly.

We understand most details are ready to be finalised two months prior to your wedding day, however your wedding planner will be available for any queries or questions you may have or assistance you may require at any point. How little or how often this is, is entirely down to you.

All prices in this brochure include VAT at 20% and are correct at the time of going to print but may be subject to change.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Can we have fireworks or lanterns?

Due to our rural location, surroundings and wildlife we are unable to allow fireworks or lanterns.

What time can wedding guests check-in?

Our check in time is from 3pm. A changing room can be provided prior to check in on request if this is not included within your package.

What time is check-out for guests?

We ask all our guests to vacate their rooms by 11am.

Who sets up the tables on the wedding day?

As part of our commitment to you, our team will work with you and your suppliers to assist in dressing the venues. Please ensure that you make specific arrangements with us.

Can we bring our own wine or other beverages?

We do not allow you to bring your own beverages, however should you have a specific wine in mind we can source this for you with advance notice.

Can we have confetti?

Confetti can only be used inside Caer Rhun Hall.

Can you customise the menu?

Of course, our chefs will work with you to create a menu for your wedding day.

What time does the entertainment and bar finish?

Your wedding must end by midnight, however guests who are staying overnight at Caer Rhun Hall can continue to use the bar and charge drinks to their room account.
