*Necessary Information/ Conditions about Cash Awards:

1. A student will be eligible for Cash Award in only one category out of the two programs either Classroom / Hybrid Course or Long Term

Digital / DLP Course and not in both.

2. To be eligible for Cash Award, it is mandatory for top 300 students (100 students from each class i.e. moving to Class VIII, IX & X) to

join our Long Term Digital / DLP Course before 28th February 2022 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom/Hybrid Course or

not. Once the Long Term Digital / DLP Course Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will fill separate

Enrollment Form for Long Term Digital / DLP Course. No fee will be charged for Long Term Digital / DLP Course. It will be 100% Free.

4. Students joining One Year Integrated Classroom/Hybrid Course for Class VIII / IX / X or Long Term Digital / DLP Courses will get total

Cash Awards disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th June 2022 & 2nd award installment by 15th

November 2022).

3. Students joining Two Year Integrated Classroom / Hybrid Course / Digital / DLP Course for Class IX & X or Three Year Integrated Course

for Class VIII to X / Class X to XII or Four Year Integrated Course for Class IX to XII will get 40% of total Cash Awards in Academic Year

2022-2023 which will be disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th June 2022 & 2nd award installment by

15th November 2022) and remaining 60% of Cash Awards will be disbursed in Academic Year 2023-2024 in 2 equal installments

(3rd award installment by 15th June 2023 & 4th award installment by 15th November 2023).

5. Cash Awards shall be paid by cheque. Installments will be paid by 15th June & 15th November of respective academic years as

detailed above, by the respective Aakash centre where the student appeared for ANTHE or enrolled in Aakash.

7. A student should maintain good performance i.e. score a minimum average of 65% marks in all Assessment Tests conducted by AESL

(including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) or maintain an AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom / Hybrid Course or

Long Term Digital / DLP Course failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.

9. Students enrolling for ANTHE will be allowed complimentary access to Meritnation School Booster Course till 31st December 2021.

6. To be eligible for Cash Awards, a student needs to maintain a minimum of 85% attendance in classes and tests conducted by AESL

failing which it will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.

8. The final decision in both cases i.e. clause (6) and (7) vests with the Managing Director, AESL and his decision will be final & binding

on the student / parents.

10. Students studying in Class VII, VIII & IX who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee & Tuition Fee

(1st Installment) on or before 28th February 2022 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash Byju’s Tab till 31st March 2022.

Scholarship Criteria

Engineering Aspirants

Type-F: These Cash Awards are for those students who will be joining Aakash for Long Term Digital Course / DLP Course.

Type-E: These Cash Awards are for those students who will be joining Aakash for Two Year Integrated Classroom/Hybrid Course for Class XI & XII for JEE

(Main & Advanced) & School / Board Exams.

9. Students studying in Class X who take admission with Aakash and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Fee & Tuition Fee

(1st Installment) on or before 28th February 2022 will be allowed all-features access to Aakash Byju’s Tab till 31st March

2022.

6. A student should maintain good performance i.e. either score an average of 60% marks in all Objective Tests conducted by

AESL (including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) or maintain an AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom /

Hybrid Course or Long Term Digital / DLP Course failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash

Awards.

7. The final decision in both cases i.e. clause (5) and (6) vests with the Managing Director, AESL and his decision will be final &

binding on the student / parents.

5. To be eligible for Cash Awards, a student needs to maintain minimum 85% attendance in classes and tests conducted by

AESL failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.

8. Students enrolling for ANTHE will be allowed complimentary access to Meritnation School Booster Course till 31st

December 2021.

3. Students joining Two Year Integrated Classroom / Hybrid Course or Long Term Digital / DLP Course for Class XI & XII will get

3. The exam will be conducted in both Online and Offline Mode. The students can choose to write the ANTHE exam in either mode as per their

preference. Once the Mode of Test is selected, a student is allowed to change it only TWICE. It should be changed 7 days prior to the exam date in

case of Offline Mode and 3 days prior in case of Online Mode.

5. ANTHE Sample Test Paper will be made available at https://anthe.aakash.ac.in/anthe for the students. User ID & Password will be sent to the

students on their Registered Mobile Number & Email Id.

(ii) Two Year Integrated Classroom/Hybrid Course: The students joining our Two Year Integrated Classroom/Hybrid Course (Class IX & X

combined or Class XI & XII combined) shall be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire period of 2 Years subject to Terms & Conditions.

9. Maximum scholarship for a student shall not exceed 100% of the overall fee in any case whatsoever.

11. Last Date of Registration: The last date of receiving the duly filled-in enrollment form by post at the Registered Office / by hand at Aakash Centre /

Online Submission is for ONLINE EXAM: 3 Days before the date of exam & for OFFLINE EXAM: 7 Days before the date of exam.

12. The merit list of successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there

may be ties and such ties will be broken by sequentially applying the following set of rules:

10. Selected candidates will be provided Classroom/Hybrid coaching as per the choice of their study centre (at existing Aakash centres only) but if a

student wants to change the study centre, written permission for the same will have to be taken from the Managing Director, AESL.

7. Meaning of Scholarship: Scholarship means Fee Concession, Fee Discount, Fee Waiver, Cash Awards. If at any point of time, the Government

decides to charge GST on the scholarship / concession amount / fee waiver, then the GST shall be borne by the student / parent / guardian.

(b) TEST MARKS: The students will be required to maintain a

minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests** (For

Medical Aspirants & Class VIII / IX / X Students) and 60% marks

in their regular assessment tests** (For Engineering Aspirants).

(g) If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks

due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission

from the Centre Head, his/her candidature for the free-ship

program will be revoked.

1. Incomplete form will not be considered. It is compulsory to fill in all the

details in all the columns. Kindly attach all the required documents

along with duly filled-in Enrollment Form.

2. It is compulsory to provide Mobile No. & E-mail ID of the student / parent

/ guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the Institute

will be sent to the student via SMS and / or E-mail. Aakash Educational

Services Limited (Aakash/AESL/Institute) shall not be responsible if any

information regarding result or anything else does not reach the student

if he/she has not mentioned his/her or Parent’s/Guardian’s updated &

correct Mobile No. / E-mail ID in Aakash National Talent Hunt Exam

(ANTHE) Form at the time of enrollment. It is advised to write Phone No.

& E-mail ID of either father or mother for right & timely communication.

AESL is hereby authorized to send important communications, updates,

notifications, result of tests or any other information related to ANTHE

and any other activities or any other information to the shared Mobile

No. and E-mail.

3. During the Classroom/Hybrid Program at Aakash, a student must meet

the following requirements failing which his/her free-ship program will

be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of Managing Director,

AESL shall be final and binding on the students and the parents.

(a) ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching

class should not drop below 85% throughout the Classroom /

Hybrid program. It is compulsory for a student under this

program to write all his/her class test papers conducted by the

institute in his/her batch.

(d) Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the

administration of AESL in the classroom centre, will not be

accepted. A warning will be issued to such students, offering

them another chance to improve their behaviour. Despite

warning, if the student does not alter his/her attitude and

commits another act of indiscipline, his/her candidature for the

free-ship program will be revoked with immediate effect and can

be struck off from role.

(c) Additionally, students other than free-ship program or 100%

scholarship must also maintain a minimum of 85% attendance

throughout their Classroom/Hybrid Program and a minimum of

40% marks in their Regular Assessment Tests on Fortnightly &

Monthly basis to continue their scholarship award in

Forthcoming Years of their 2/3/4 Year Program.

(e) In case a student misbehaves / gets involved in negative

activities like teasing, theft, indiscipline, use of abusive

languages, he/she can be rusticated by the Centre Head and fee

paid shall not be refunded in such cases.

(f) If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes

without prior permission from the Centre Head, then a warning

letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if

the student continues to default further and does not change

his/her attitude, then the free-ship program of such student will

be revoked with immediate effect.

4. To be eligible for Cash Awards, it is mandatory for top 700 students out

of which top 100 in Medical & Engineering each from Class X studying

and top 50 in each Class XI & XII and each Stream Medical / Engineering

to join our Long Term Digital / DLP Course & Top 300 students in

Foundations moving to Class VIII, IX & X to join our Long Term Digital /

DLP Course before 28th February, 2022 irrespective of whether they

join our Classroom / Hybrid Course or not. Once the Long Term Digital /

DLP Course Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The

students will have to fill separate Enrollment Form for Long Term Digital

/ DLP Course. No fee will be charged for Long Term Digital / DLP Course.

It will be 100% Free.

5. A student should maintain good performance i.e. either score an

average of 65% Marks for Medical/Foundation Stream & 60% Marks

for Engineering Stream in all Objective Tests conducted by AESL

(including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) OR maintain an AIR in

Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom / Hybrid Course or Long

Term Digital / DLP Course failing which will lead to discontinuation of

that installment of Cash Awards.

6. The scholarship criteria mentioned in Table-1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10 & 11

given on Page No. 8, 10, 12 & 14 is meant for Regular Classroom /

Hybrid Courses.

7. ANTHE students can enroll in our Classroom / Hybrid regular weekdays /

weekend batches.

8. If any student fails in his/her school exam, the ANTHE facility including

but not limited to free-ship program & scholarship, will be withdrawn &

the student will be disqualified from the program.

10. The cut-off score for scholarship eligibility shall be decided by the

management at the time of declaration of Result.

11. In case, any dispute or difference arises between student / parents and

the Institute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions,

non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to

these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator

who shall be appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The

proceedings shall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of

Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Delhi only shall have the

jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.

If an arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any

reason, does not enter the reference or after entering into the reference

proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with,

it shall be lawful for the parties to appoint another person to act as an

arbitrator by mutual consent of the parties in the manner aforesaid.

Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at

which proceeding was left by his predecessor, if both the parties consent

to this effect, failing which the new arbitrator will be entitled to proceed

de novo.

9. Note: Course sessions at classroom location will be in continuation to

the online teaching. The Classroom Learning @Aakash will start as and

when the Government allows the re-opening of the Coaching Institutes

and in compliance with the Government directives. Until then, students

3. The exam will be conducted in both Online and Offline Mode. The students can choose to write the ANTHE exam in either mode as per their

preference. Once the Mode of Test is selected, a student is allowed to change it only TWICE. It should be changed 7 days prior to the exam date in

case of Offline Mode and 3 days prior in case of Online Mode.

5. ANTHE Sample Test Paper will be made available at https://anthe.aakash.ac.in/anthe for the students. User ID & Password will be sent to the

students on their Registered Mobile Number & Email Id.

9. Maximum scholarship for a student shall not exceed 100% of the overall fee in any case whatsoever.

11. Last Date of Registration: The last date of receiving the duly filled-in enrollment form by post at the Registered Office / by hand at Aakash Centre /

Online Submission is for ONLINE EXAM: 3 Days before the date of exam & for OFFLINE EXAM: 7 Days before the date of exam.

12. The merit list of successful candidates will be prepared by listing them in the descending order of the total marks scored by them. However, there

Guidelinesfor NASA Trip

• There will be no reimbursement in case student(s)/parent(s) do not avail the accommodation facility provided by AESL.

• Accommodation for a maximum period of 5 days.

• Airfare expenses.

• Entry Tickets to Kennedy Space Centre (Florida).

Inclusions & Important Guidelines

• AESL shall not be responsible in case of breach of provisions of all applicable laws by any student(s) and parent(s).

• Selected student(s) and parent(s) shall not indulge themselves in any illegal, unlawful, criminal activities.

Only the following expenses for the selected student(s) and one parent of each selected student shall be borne by AESL.

• Expenses other than AirFare, Accommodation, etc. such as transportation (taxi, cab), food etc. shall be borne by the student(s) / parent(s).

• It is clearly understood and agreed that travel shall be subject to the covid norms/guidelines as may be applicable from time to time.

• SIM card facility, currency exchange for the Student(s)/Parent(s) shall be done by the student(s)/Parent(s), AESL shall not be responsible for providing such facilities.

• Arriving more than 15 MINUTES LATE for your scheduled start time will result in cancellation of all or part of your tour.

• All decisions on the winners will be taken by the Management of Aakash and BYJU'S and it will be final and binding.

• The Documentation and processing of the visa shall be done by the Student(s)/Parent(s), AESL will reimburse the cost for the same.

Guidelinesfor NASA Trip

• There will be no reimbursement in case student(s)/parent(s) do not avail the accommodation facility provided by AESL.

• Accommodation for a maximum period of 5 days.

• Airfare expenses.

• Entry Tickets to Kennedy Space Centre (Florida).

Inclusions & Important Guidelines

• AESL shall not be responsible in case of breach of provisions of all applicable laws by any student(s) and parent(s).

• Selected student(s) and parent(s) shall not indulge themselves in any illegal, unlawful, criminal activities.

Only the following expenses for the selected student(s) and one parent of each selected student shall be borne by AESL.

• Expenses other than AirFare, Accommodation, etc. such as transportation (taxi, cab), food etc. shall be borne by the student(s) / parent(s).

• It is clearly understood and agreed that travel shall be subject to the covid norms/guidelines as may be applicable from time to time.

• SIM card facility, currency exchange for the Student(s)/Parent(s) shall be done by the student(s)/Parent(s), AESL shall not be responsible for providing such facilities.

• Arriving more than 15 MINUTES LATE for your scheduled start time will result in cancellation of all or part of your tour.

• All decisions on the winners will be taken by the Management of Aakash and BYJU'S and it will be final and binding.

• The Documentation and processing of the visa shall be done by the Student(s)/Parent(s), AESL will reimburse the cost for the same.

Terms & Conditions• Maximum 5 students will be selected on the basis of their performance in ANTHE 2021. • 2 students out of the Top 100 will be randomly chosen across all classes and streams.• The remaining 3 students will be chosen randomly from the other ranks• The Prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged in any other form.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the NASA trip, selected students must have enrolled in an Aakash Classroom Program for the academic year 2022-2023 and must have paid the first installment before the 31st March, 2022 where due. The Trip to NASA will be conducted sometime between the months of April 2022 to June 2022 or April 2023 to June 2023 subject to no restrictions on travel. The selected students will be allowed to be accompanied along with one parent for the trip.

Instructions for Visiting NASA Centre:

• Foreign nationals must bring their documents on the day of the visit (Visa, Passport, Green Card, etc.)

• While on the tour, the entire group must stay together, including bus drivers, chaperones, parents, and students. No one is allowed to stray from the group.

• Everyone 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER must have a valid PHOTO I.D. (School ID, Driver’s License, etc.)
