Step 1 - Log into http://apna.csc.gov.in/

Step 2 – Enter the User Name (OMT ID) & Password and click on

‘ANTHENTICATE’

Step 3 – Once you land on the Services Page of Apna CSC portal, Select

TIRUBAA Service from the Dropdown

Step 4 – You will be automatically redirected to www.tirubaa.co.in portal’s

Candidate Registration page

Step 5 – Here you need to select the ‘New User’ Button for all Students who

will be paying the fees for the 1st time, and the ‘Existing’ button needs to be

selected when the same candidate comes after 1 month to pay the fees for 2nd

Month.

Step 6 – Fill candidate details in all fields. Mandatory fields have been marked

with a Red Coloured Asterix *

Step 7 – As can be seen above the VLE is then required to press on the button

“SUBMIT”.

Step 8 - After which the below screen will appear on which he needs to click on

PAY Button.

Step 9 - VLE will be redirected to Apna CSC’s payment gateway page where he

will be required to fill his OMT ID and Wallet Password.

This is how the screen will display an intermediate pop-up informing the user

of the ‘System processing the request’.

Step 10 – A Receipt will get generated as can be seen below. For Printing the

VLE needs to necessarily use the PRINT Button given on the webpage. If

he/she tries to use the Ctrl P function then the print will not come with right

margins and will look unprofessional. So VLEs need to use only the button

given here. Also, as can be seen there are 3 sections included in the receipt to

help the candidate understand the requirements for him/her to start the

course. 1) System requirements, 2) Terms & Conditions, 3) Assistance Options

Transaction Over / Candidate Registration Successful

Given below is a sample of the Automail which

gets sent on the registered E-Mail ID of the candidate –

Handling Transaction of an ‘Existing Candidate’ -

The Only difference between Existing User and New User is that in case of an

Existing User the User Name needs to be entered in the Registration page so

that the system shows all details of that candidate and the 2nd Month’s fees

can be paid. Also, do note that we have encouraged Email ID as the User ID for

the sake of candidate Registration. Its benefits are as follows –

The Candidate is not required to memorize the User name as Email ID

something he will be always using

Email ID is always unique in itself

During the 2nd month and subsequent month’s Fe payment, when the

candidate will come to the VLE, then even if the User Name is not handy

with the candidate, the Email ID can be easily recalled, because it’s a

mandatory field for payment of subsequent month’s fees.

Step 1 – Select the Radio Button ‘Existing User’, which will open up a new field

called ‘User ID’ which is by default the Email ID of the candidate

Step 2 – As can be seen above the VLE is then required to press on the button

“Proceed for Payment”.

After this follow Steps 8, 9 and 10 as can be seen in the New User

registration as discussed earlier in this manual.

Important Pieces of Information to be shared by the VLE with each & every candidate before doing a Commercial Transaction For any candidate to be able to do the course, there are certain Technical requirements that he/she needs to make available for a seamless experience –

System Requirements (Hardware & Software) –

a) Computer (PC) or Tablet with Internet Facility & with Sound card which means his computer needs to have Sound Output

b) Processor - Minimum Duo Core c) Browser Google Chrome (Recommended), Firefox, IE 9.0 or above d) Internet - Minimum 512 kbps Bandwidth e) Adobe Flash (CS3 or above), for Practice Session f) RAM - Minimum 512 RAM (1 GB recommended) g) OS Supported - Microsoft XP & above, Linux, MAC OS

Terms & Conditions –

1) Fee once paid will not be refunded. 2) Once 20 days are over, the access will get blocked and the candidate will

be required to appear for an On-Line Test/exam which will have a passing percentage of 50%

3) Once the candidate passes the exam, he will be able to pay the fees of Rs.1000, for the next module which will be again valid for a period of 20 days from the date of payment

4) Candidate will be expected to practice & perform the task learned so as

to gain proficiency in learning 5) This course does not guarantee any kind of employment 6) Certificate will be issued after completion of entire curriculum of 150

hours of Learning & Practice OR 100 days minimum 7) Certificate will be generated electronically in PDF Document 8) Candidates can get the certificate colour printed & laminated for

permanent use.

VLE Responsibilities

1) Provide necessary infrastructure – Min 1 dedicated PC for the Students

to access and learn the tutorials

2) Make available dedicated Bandwidth of min 512 KBPS as the courses is

Internet based

3) Create Awareness of Tirubaa Animation Creation Teaching Tutorial

through school visits, Paper inserts, Banners, wall painting etc. Sample of

a Poster can be seen below. Do take it from your SCA / Dist. Manager.

4) Ensure collection of course fees as per the amount stipulated of

Rs.1000 only, and not to indulge in any unfair practice involving

overcharging to students. However, if the VLE does Color Printing &

Lamination of the Certificate, he/she can charge for the same as per the

market rates.

5) Use his database of existing students for cross selling Tirubaa Animation

Course

Steps for Candidate’s Login & Study –

Step 1 – The candidate needs to access the Automail sent on his registered E-Mail ID to

check for URL, User name and Password . Sample Automail shown below

1. Login to http://www.tirubaa.co.in/apna_csc/animation/login.php using the above mentioned Username and Password

2. Change the system generated password to a permanent one for a secured and personalized access

Step 2 – Click on the link provided in the Automail

Step 3 – Enter the User name & Password provided in the Automail at the mentioned fields in the web page and click on SUBMIT button below it –

Step 4 – This is the page that the candidate will land on. On this page the candidate needs to click on the Course tab, which will show the Course Name for which he has applied.

Step 5 – The moment he clicks on the Course name link, this is where he will be redirected,

where he/she needs to click on ‘ENGLISH’

Step 6 – Now the candidate will come to the Index page which has multiple button with

specific features attached to it.

The Home button will take the User to the initial screen where he/she has to select the ‘ENGLISH’ option

INDEX button will always bring the user back to this index page where this list of

Chapters/Topics are displayed Save Bookmark – is a function for the User to keep marked certain important pages

which he/she would like to keep referring to at frequent intervals. Go to Bookmark – is a button given to help the User go to all the saved bookmarks

and start learning from those pages/topics instantly

Logout – a button to be used when the User is going to end his study for that moment, or hour or day.

In total there are 68 Chapters that the candidate will be going through. The list has been shown below for a quick reference. Each and every Chapter name has a link in it to navigate the user to that particular section.

Step 8 – Click on the 1st Link (Topic – Introduction to Flash). It may take few seconds for the

Video to load and start. You are expected to wait until then. Different browsers give different visual icons to hell the User understand that System is processing the request. As can be seen in the below example wherein Google Chrome browser has been used, the icon

can be seen in the top left corner of the TAB bar – when it is moving in the circular manner it means the user has to wait for few seconds. Once the processing is over the Page will

automatically load and the icon will stop moving.

Step 9 – This is how the screen will look once the video starts. Ensure the Sound Volume is adjusted to be load enough for you to hear the narration very clearly. In case you have ear

Phones you can also connect it to the Audio Out Port in the Computers CPU or the laptop

that you are using. The benefit of an Ear Phone will be have a personalized and uninterrupted environment for studying the Course.

At the Bottom of the web page you will see the Total number of pages that are part of the

Chapter that you are learning –

To activate the Scroll Bar you need to click on the Video screen once so that the

bar gets activated and you are able to use the PAUSE and PLAY button as per your

convenience.

Step 10 – Here you are expected to open the Adobe Flash (CS3 or above version) in the background on the desktop so that each and every instruction given in the video can be

implemented real-time. When you are implementing the learning from the video you should always PAUSE the video by pressing the below button so that you do not miss any of the Learnings from the videos shown.

Step 11 - Once the learning for that day/hour is over, the candidate need to Logout from

the session. And for Logging-In the same URL and User Name needs to be used which he/she did receive in the Automail from support@tirubaa.com .

In this manner the candidate needs to continue his learning. Once the 20 days are over from the date of registration, the access will get deactivated. After that the candidate has to pay the 2nd Month’s fee to reactivate the access. Fee Amount remains the same at Rs.1000

for 20 days.

Candidate will have the option to check his MIS using the top left corner tab for MIS. A

sample report has already been shown in the earlier section in MIS.

After completing the learning from all 68 Chapters and corresponding practice that he will do on Flash using VLE’s Computer or Self Computer at home or Cybercafe’ computer, the candidate will be eligible for a CERTIFICATE from Tirubaa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This

certificate will be generated as a PDF document and will be sent as an Automail to the registered mail id of the candidate. He/She can then take a color print of the same and can

also get it laminated. Here is a sample certificate -
